A manos peruanas Bogota Reviews
This is a great restaurant that specializes in wonderful Peruvian cuisine. I had a craving for a ceviche so this was an appropriate restaurant to try. I had the salmon ceviche and it was delicious. The service staff were friendly and understood some English. The restaurant has a pleasant Peruvian influenced decor. The ambiance was casual and relaxed with nice music playing softly in the background. This is a terrific place for those that enjoy Peruvian food served by courteous staff in a comfortable environment.
This place has everything that you need/want. Really friendly people working with love for what they do. Easy to reserve. Fresh Peruvian food made from scratch. They decorate the table for my mom’s birthday without asking and on top they invited her a free dessert an gave her a beautiful souvenir. Finally, the prices are reasonable, if you compare them with other overpriced places. So, please keep the good work! It will pay back sooner than you think! Congratulations 🥰
Just dropped by this cute restaurant and the beautiful scenery made us go in. The food is Peruvian style, very very uncommon taste for us, but amazingly good. We had two vegetarian dishes, a nice potato based starter and cakes as desert - all really good The boss speaks perfect English & the crew is nice & helpful Well deserved 5 stars
Great peruvian restaurant with a lovely decoration, great food with huge portions and excellent pisco sour. Near the university and close to very popular areas, a manos peruanas delivers great peruvian food - but it‘s also a bit more pricey. The food is great and portions are huge! Pisco sour creations and cocktails are really great and the service is really helpful, though lacking english skills.
Great tasty Peruvian food for a great price! The fish was perfectly deboned and the everything was cooked just right. Service is great too.
Ironically, some of the best food I ate in Colombia. The food was absolutely brilliant; rich in flavour, well balanced and really charged those taste buds that Colombian cuisine hadn't touched for a while. Gorgeous. Don't hesitate to visit.
Excellent food! Really good service. Nice atmosphere including the Peruvian music and the Llamas 🦙. Thanks! Best Peruvian restaurant in Bogota.
Walk in during rainstorm. Officially closed. Great atmosphere! Nice drinks. Nice staff. Would go there again even if it wasn’t raining.
The food and service are really good. 👌🏼 If you are into Peruvian food, this is the place.
This place is amazingly good, kind of a surprise as it is not easy to find such good food in the vicinity. Food is delicious and abundant, prices may seem high at the beginning but given the quality and the amount they are at least fair. Service is decent, not as good as it could be, probably because they seem to be understaffed, and decorations are quite simple as it is mostly an office lunch restaurant. The restaurant gives a small ceviche sample at the beginning, great and it makes clear what their special dish is. I had just main dish, my choice was "Chaufa de la casa" (House Chaufa), which is the Peruvian version of the fully loaded Chinese rice, with a good amount of seafood included; great flavor, good balance between rice and seafood, and fantastic size for a good appetite.
The chaufa here rocks. The one with chicken and beef. Also great atmosphere good service.

If you want to try delicious peruvian food, this is the place to go, they put love and effort in every detail, I definitely recommend this place!!
The food was simply amazing, and was the best I had in my trip to Bogota. I still miss the ceviche and the hearty fish soup. The salmon entree was excellent also. The waitresses were super helpful and patient as we communicated via Google translate. Highly recommended.

Peruvian restaurant in the Candelaria district in Bogota. Great ambiance and decoration, bar was full of dirty glasses piling up until the barman started to wash them, not a good sight. Aji amarillo is the basis for many Peruvian plates and the plates we ordered (chupe de camarones and aji de gallina) lacked that strong flavor and colour. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10. Will give it another chance in the future.
Food in general was ok but the chaufa I ordered with seafood wasn't the best. The Octopus and calamari were overcooked and therefore very chewy. Service was good and the restaurant itself is lovely.
Interesting Peruvian restaurant, food was a little different from the pics, the pasta marinera the taste was salty, maybe because of excess of soy sauce, but not too salty to harm the plate, nice sangria with Peruvian flavors, exquisite causa! And very good rices. I will comeback to give it a second round.
definitely on my ‘will come back again’ list me encanta el ceviche!

The food was very good, nicely prepared, and a good portion. The music was really nice, and accompanied the meal nicely. The service was also very good and very friendly. I would return.

Nice place and friendly service, but the food was just okay. I tried the dish in the photos and it looked good, but the flavours were a bit flat and not as impressive as I expected for a Peruvian restaurant. Portions are decent, just nothing that really stood out for me. The staff were kind and the atmosphere is cosy and colourful, so it’s still a pleasant spot to sit and eat. Overall, good service and vibe, but the food felt average.

It was delicious but the waitress recommended a main dish when it came it was the same side dish we ask but bigger so we ate the same thing twice which was not fun at all, the place is nice but the recommendation was awful.
