One of the best bartenders in DC works here! Michael makes a mean pornstar martini. And one crowded night, somebody bumped into me and spilled mine all over the place. Michael not only saw it, but immediately made me a new drink, came out into the crowd and found me with the cocktail shaker in hand, poured the new drink into my glass, and kept it moving. No notes.

This is a fantastic queer dance bar. The lights and sound and dance floor make it one of the best places to dance in DC.

This bar is so fun! 3 different bars with their own vibes in one space. It gave me cruise ship vibes in the best way. Something for everyone!

I come here often and always enjoy the vibes, but my experience was elevated by the great service I received from the bartender DJ on the 2nd floor. Not only was he attentive, but he was very personable and timely when making drinks for me and the people around me. It was pleasant to be acknowledged in such a busy atmosphere while not feeling like I was waiting forever to be approached. I WILL be back and look forward to it!

have to start off with a HUGE shoutout to Michael the bartender, he is so sweet and deserves the world. I had so much fun here though, probably a little too much fun because I temporarily lost my phone (completely my fault lol). I was honestly about to accept that it was gone, but Michael went above & beyond to look for it without me even asking & didn’t stop until it was found, a total lifesaver. So if you see this, thank you for the 100th time! The person working the door & the DJ also did everything they could to help me. The staff here is just amazing as a whole & I really appreciated it. The music was really good too. Definitely 100% recommend this place :)

We got married on a Friday and wanted to have a few spots lined up for any guests sticking around in DC that weekend. Stephen the owner reserved a couple of tables for us in the front room...and we had an absolute blast! The staff was fantastic, the drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for. Everyone had such a great time! This place is amazing —10/10! Would highly recommend booking a party here, especially with the holidays coming up!

Michael is the most gracious bartender in D.C. and makes the best Orange Crush in all of D.C.

Me and my friends came here for a night out and it did not disappoint. The music was on point all night—nonstop bangers that kept us on the dance floor. The vibe was fun, welcoming, and high energy without being overwhelming. Staff were super friendly and the drinks were strong (in the best way 👏). Definitely our new go-to spot for a fun night out. Highly recommend if you’re looking to dance, vibe, and let loose!

I was recommended to go check out an DC bar Crush. What an Amazing time! I love the indoor/outdoor set up. Music on each level was top notch. Our bartender Moe was TRULY AMAZING! He’s drinks were delicious and drink presentation was so fancy. Moe made our experience rememberable. I am definitely recommending others to check out Crush Bar. I can’t wait to go back.

Had a FANTASTIC time here! I was visiting DC from Florida and was told Crush Bar was the place to be! The best thing about the experience was the bartender, Mo! So friendly, funny, and provided phenomenal service! Ask for him if you go, he makes a great lemon drop Martini! Can’t wait to go back next time we are visiting the area

Crush is one of the best bars in DC by far. It has everything you could need: a fire dance floor, social area to chill and talk to friends, patio to get some fresh air. Their DJ selection is phenomenal and I always have a great time dancing with friends. AND if you need a drink, find Stephanie. Not only is she an excellent bartender, but she also is an incredible human being. Rarely do I see bartenders using a straw to try each drink before they serve them to make sure they are quality. This bar truly is a gem in DC and all the others need to take note.

I've been frequenting Crush since its opening last year and most notably had the chance to celebrate my birthday in their Disco Room. The room was seamless to book and provided such a fun, private setting for my twin sister and I to celebrate with nearly 30 friends. We had a wonderful bartender (Yusuf!) and they had fun touches like a customized sign and more (which they even updated on the fly) to make it an even memorable experience. Cheers to Crush!

Celebrated some friends post wedding after party in the second floor front room - the room with the disco balls. Service was fantastic. From the security / door person outside managing the line to the bartender Michael upstairs. Love the fact that I can easily just get some own iced water. And drinks were strong! Will definitely go back.

If you're searching for the perfect spot to dance, look no further than Crush Bar! This vibrant venue has revitalized the DC bar and dance club scene, offering an experience that's hard to beat. Despite its growing popularity, the staff remains incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive. Their drinks are top-notch, especially the espresso martini, which might just be the best in the city. What truly sets Crush Bar apart is its dedication to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated. Fully recommend!

Opening on a great foot! Good service, space, and location. The orange crush and grapefruit crush drinks, with fresh squeezed juice, were great. Both the staff and crowd were diverse, noticeably more so than some other places in DC. Only critique is that the heaters in the outdoor space were too strong for spring, but I’m sure they’ll work that out. Fantastic addition to the DC queer scene!

It was very crowded and hard to get around. It has a small dance floor, but the music was good. You can get some reprieve from the starlight lounge that is illuminated in pink and full of mirror balls. Tailored to all types of guys and drinks are $15.00

Upstairs was great. Good vibe, good cocktails, good music. I really liked the little lounge tucked away at the top of the stairs. Unfortunately, I had to dock this place a few stars because when we went downstairs to dance the whole dance floor smelled like cat urine. It really smelled like someone had not emptied the litter boxes in a very long time, though I didn’t see any evidence of cats. It smelled so bad we had to leave. I really hope they can take care of the smell problem downstairs.

I like the vibe of the bar and the patio is super nice. The biggest negative for me is drinks can be really overpriced and the last couple times I went the bartender was kinda rude too for no reason, which like I get it we all have bad days but it’s been a recurring thing. Like how are you gonna charge $40+ for two singles and act like youre annoyed at everyone for ordering something from you. Not an experience I’ve had at any of the other dc gay bars to date. That plus the overpriced drinks make me avoid crush

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Crush Bar in DC. The security staff, particularly the man in charge of the door, was rude and aggressive towards my Latino friends for no apparent reason. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and it made us all feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What made matters worse was that the manager was fully aware of the situation and chose to do nothing about it. It’s shocking that a place like this allows such behavior to go unchecked.
