Donde El Flaco Bogota Reviews
Hidden Jem for amazing local food and affordable prices, came here multiple times and the food was simple fresh and delicious every time. Authentic local food with restaurant seating in the back. Don’t think it’s just a bakery they have amazing food
Donde El Flaco : Very good strawberry Swiss roll with cream and very tasty banana filled donuts. Their black coffee aka tinto is very aromatic. Reasonably priced ( 6,500 ) for 2 cups of tinto and cakes as an afternoon snack. Highly recommend.
The Panadera is across the street from the "La Jaula 161" in an area with impressive street art. I visited the Panaderia as part of a walking tour. Behind the small sales room in the front, there is a larger room in the back to sit down and eat. I had the milk soup for breakfast, which is enormous and tasty. The other people in my group also had food, that smelled wonderful and looked interesting. The room of the cafe itself might look a bit sketchy, but is decked out with artwork to make it homely. This definitely is not a typical tourist spot. Other than us, there were only locals both in the sales room up front as well as in the cafeteria in the back.
Breakfast place
Funciona no domingo.

Delicious bakery close to the chorro de Quevedo. There you can try all the variety of tasty traditional Colombian bakery.
Our favorite bakery in the area. We can definitely recommend their chocolate croissants and croissants filled with ham and cheese. The prize was also reasonable (around 2000-3000 COP)
Came here for breakfast every day in Bogota. The food is really delicious and economical. I'd recommend.
Nice big Tamale and great value too. Great spot for cheap bite to eat and close to the action.
Absolutely wonderful experience, first breakfast in Bogotá, not somewhere I'd normally enter but it was so worthwhile! Excellent breakfast, very patient and amazing service!

If there were an option to put 0 stars I would do that. The waiter didn't give us any cutlery or napkins, just stuck a single fork into the tamal and left. Tamal was reheated. The service was extremely unfriendly. Had to pick up the beverages from the stall on our own. The restaurant itself is very dirty, with untidy tables and stinky bathrooms. The prices are very high for such a "great" experience. Never coming back again.
The chicha sucks. It's not the same as before. Servers inattentive. Horrible TV shows.
