A few friends and I had an fun Saturday night at Dave & Buster’s Islandia. We enjoyed fresh and tasty burgers, wings, and chicken strips. Despite being busy, there were plenty of games to play for all ages, thanks to their recent renovations. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, making great recommendations. The place felt safe with lots of staff and security around. Overall, a fantastic experience we highly recommend!

Definitely one of the better D&Bs I've been to. If you've been to D&Bs you know EXACTLY what to expect - a ton of games, a large food area, and some bar games spread around the perimeter. It's probably a temporary promo, but tonight being a Wednesday night, all games were half price!! So I got the $75 food+chip combo - so I had a full meal, and 500 chips to play half price games - best deal I've ever seen at a D&Bs!!

The arcade games were a lot of fun. Visited on a weekday evening, most games were easily available to play. My 3 year old ate chicken bites and fries. Would recommend skipping the kids blue lemonade. The nachos looked and tasted like something a prisoner would put together in jail, so thankfully my wife and I enjoyed the wings. Didn’t get much food and the bill was $86 after tip, I will eat elsewhere and come only for the games next visit.

Wouldn't recommend eating there if ur expecting some good food, but the pizza and nachos (tho they were stingy with the toppings) were good. My family and I had a fun time playing the games, though. The VR game (which was $6) was fun, too.

We went on a Saturday morning for my sons birthday. Just a family lunch not a full on birthday party. The waitress was nice and the food was served promptly. It was pretty good. Disappointing that they no longer have the deals where you can order food and get play cards for the kids. The kids had fun playing the games. One issue that was concerning was the fact that they only have one bathroom which is all the way in the back corner of the game room. It was very difficult for my father, who had a disability and a cane, to get to the bathroom. I really think a large place like this would have more bathrooms and accessibility.

Just not the same as it used to be. They lowered ticket rewards on every game, the food is not as good as I remember (except for this dragon fruit drink), it is so overpriced as well. But idk, if i were still young, maybe id like it. But honestly the only games that look appealing to a younger me are crossy road, snd this new zone game

I do have to say I'm a little disappointed in my last visit to Dave& Buster's. Don't get me wrong we had a great time and the food was good. We went there on a busy night which is why I think the service wasn't on top or as good as previous times which is understandable. We went to be seated but the table wasn't even cleaned yet so we had to wait additional 5-10minutes before being seated. The waiter that we had didn't write down our order which is why I think we got something we didn't order. They took it off our bill without any questions. Rarely did I see him on the floor so I had to ask other waiters for napkins and refills. We also stayed to play games. My 4-year-old had a blast but to me at my older age I feel Dave& Buster's had a better gaming layout 5 years or so ago.. but I will say having a birthday party here for our son is still an option.

It's fine. It is a decent place to kill a few hours. The food is decent, and the staff has been MOSTLY kind and helpful. Also, there's a good selection of games for all. My issues are fully my own. I don't like the push towards only tap power cards, and the eat and play combo has gotten significantly less worthwhile. It's fun enough to try, but not what it used to be

I’m extremely disappointed with Dave & Buster’s and will not be returning after our experience. Over the past 1.5 years, we’ve spent money on well over 30,000 game credits as avid arcade players, but this was the final straw. For the second time, we had an issue with not receiving the extra 15% bonus credits from the loyalty program — and once again, it was with the same manager (a short balding older guy, we never got his name unfortunately). We even had a receipt showing that the bonus was supposed to be applied. Whether it was their glitchy system, an error entering my loyalty number, or something done incorrectly on their end, the outcome should have been simple: acknowledge the mistake and fix it. Instead, the manager insisted that they “can’t give bonus credits on Wednesdays” and that “nobody deserves 200 extra credits” for making a purchase. Not only is this untrue based on their own loyalty policy, but it completely ignores the principle of the issue — we were owed credits, and they wouldn’t even acknowledge that. He also said we couldn't get a refund when I asked because we had used the gift card we purchased a week before when they had a deal and told us call their 1-800 customer service number.. At this point, it’s not even about the credits. It’s about how poorly the situation was handled and the dismissive, disrespectful attitude we received when we were just trying to have a fun night out. With prices and redemption thresholds already increasing, this experience was the last straw. After years of being loyal customers, we’re done. Dave & Buster’s just lost a family of dedicated arcade players because of a manager who doesn’t understand company policy and refuses to properly resolve customer issues. There’s plenty of other places to spend our time and money.
