We were at Jenos on the second floor of Unicentro. The place is a bit too hot and the chairs are somewhat uncomfortable, but nothing terrible. The service was fast and the waiters were always attentive. The food was very good; the thin-crust pizza was crispy, with a good amount of cheese, sauce, and toppings. If you don't know what to order, do yourself a favor and order the Mexican pizza. I highly recommend taking advantage of the 2-for-1 Tuesday deal; you can get a good amount of pizza at a very good price.

The service was fine, the atmosphere was average, the pizza was mediocre and expensive for the quality. We ordered a two-topping gourmet pizza that was anything but gourmet... Very ordinary in terms of ingredients and the flavor was just okay. In the end, I ate it more out of habit than enjoyment. I remembered this place as one of my favorites for pizza when I was little, and I'd like to think it's because my expectations were too high and not because the recipes have gone downhill, but honestly, I was quite disappointed.

I went to Unicentro, where there are two of these restaurants. We went into the one on the first floor and the service was terrible. It took over 40 minutes to bring our order, and everything was messed up. It was very annoying. The one on the second floor is good.

We were at the Unicentro location last night and ordered a pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, and carbonara. The pizza was fine, but the pasta was terrible—overcooked, unsalted, and a horrible mush. When we told the cashier about our complaint at the checkout, he just said, "Oh, we'll take a look." But he didn't say anything else. It's a shame that the standard of service has dropped so much.

We come to this Jenos every eight days, and today when I went in with my young daughters, I asked for a table to finish the ice cream we had (the place was empty). They were kicking me out for not buying anything. I had to buy water. What a terrible experience for my daughters. Thanks, Jenos :(

Terrible. I got a text message on my phone saying they had a 2-for-1 deal, which caught my attention. The pizza arrived cold. I supposedly ordered large pizzas, but they arrived as medium-sized ones cut into several slices. The crust was soggy, the cheese was bitter, and the ingredients weren't fresh at all. I wasted my money that day. Canceling this restaurant.

I just ordered two set lunch menus at Unicentro: one with pork ribs, spaghetti, and salad, and the other with chicken, with the same sides. What a terrible experience! The spaghetti was cold, the Bolognese sauce was completely tasteless, and the ribs were mostly fat. The portion size was tiny, and they weren't even at the right temperature. The salads were bland, and the chicken was just as bad. Conclusion: save yourself the trouble.
