I would give 6/5 starts if I could. An amazing atmosphere, great cocktails and super friendly staff. Not just nice to you, but also can say some history facts. I recommend Basil smash as the best cocktail.

Super cool bar that looks like a cathedral. The drinks were really refreshing — my favorite was the amaretto sour. We had to ask for a seat in the front which I think had the best vibes.

Le Stanze is located in a stunning venue that adds so much charm to the experience. The service was absolutely exemplary—attentive and professional. Their cocktails are a creative twist on classics, and they are very well-made. Definitely a place to visit if you’re in Bologna and looking for great drinks in a beautiful setting!

Came for early cocktails. It was not busy and I had a good conversation with the bartender. The Negroni was excellent although it was vermouth forward I think due to the vermouth used. The atmosphere is great and the music track was enjoyable and not too loud. I did not eat so I can't comment on the food.

One of the most impressive restaurants I have ever been to. Beautiful original ceiling decisions. They have wide variety of drinks but offer some food as well. Everything we ordered was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. I also recommend making a table reservation in advance because there are limited tables in this nice part of the restaurant. The other parts are very modern and seem not to belong to the first room. I took one start down for atmosphere because of the music - they played rock and I think something classic would for there much more and add to the magic of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location for an evening drink. The interior is impressive as it’s located in an old chapel, which makes the whole experience really unique. Besides drinks they also serve food, but we decided on the cheese platter- which wasn’t very big for 3 people, maybe it’s better for two people - depending on how full you want to feel 😊 The wine was tasty, as well as beer. The staff was kind and the service was quite quick. Definitely an interesting place on the map of Bologna.

In our time in Bologna we visited a lot of bars, but this one was special. The place is an old church that has kept its character in a special way. The decoration was amazing and very atmospheric. Bistrot in centro a Bologna. La location è veramente suggestiva, ricavata dalla cappella sconsacrata di un antico palazzo. Lo definirei un locale perfetto per aperitivi e spuntini in compagnia. Tuttavia, noi che abbiamo consumato qui il nostro pranzo, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è gentile ed accogliente, i piatti sono ricercati e molto ben preparati. Quindi mi sento di consigliarlo, qualora ricerchiate qualcosa di un po' diverso dalla tradizionale cucina bolognese.

Il motivo principale per venire qui, è sicuramente l'esperienza di bere un buon vino in questa magnifica stanza affrescata! Ottimi e abbondanti anche gli stuzzichini che sono inclusi con i calici. Raccomando al 100% se passate per Bologna

Vale davvero la pena di essere visitato, è un locale molto piacevole e suggestivo. Noi siamo stati per l'aperitivo ed abbiamo prenotato una settimana prima per essere sicuri di trovare posto. Il personale è accogliente e gentile.

The bar is in an old chapel so you're mainly going to the atmosphere and vibes. It still has some of the structure of the chapel, but some parts are fake (wallpaper looking). The espresso martini was good, and the staff were friendly. It's cool for pictures, but that's mainly it.

Great spot for drinks in Bologna. Bar is a former church which certainly adds to the ambience of the place.

Very interesting interior! Worth a visit for that alone. Oh yes and the drinks were good and reasonably priced. They also served a lovely snack with the drinks. Nice surprise!

Posto molto caratteristico nelle immediate vicinanze del ghetto ebraico nel centro storico di Bologna. Ottimo per stuzzicare o bere qualcosa. Peccato per il servizio, non particolarmente cortese e professionale. Alla mia richiesta su quali rhum avessero il cameriere mi ha fatto cenno di andare al bancone e chiedere lì per ricevere anche dal barista solo l'indicazione di dove fossero i rhum tra i quali scegliere. Mah.....

Locale bellissimo, sicuramente fuori dal comune e in pieno centro. Però, io sono andata là per cenare e la sala ristorante è una sala secondaria e non particolarmente interessante. Sicura la gestione dà più spazio al bar, agli aperitivi ecc. Ho preso una insalata Caesar ed era veramente bruttina alla vista. Inoltre il pollo era abbastanza duro. Sembrava riscaldato. Mio figlio ha preso una versione alternativa della carbonara e anche quella si presentava piuttosto male e il sapore era insignificante. Poi tre tagliate. Carne insipida. L'insalata presa da mio fratello era buona e si presentava bene almeno ! Sul sito i prezzi pubblicati sono notevolmente inferiori agli attuali, tanto che mi sembrava piuttosto strano. Infatti i prezzi sono sicuramente alti, ma il locale li può giustificare, ma ci vorrebbeveramente una maggiore attenzione al ristorante. Diciamo che l'esperienza di consumare in chiesa sconsacrata non può e non deve bastare. Un ottimo servizio.

Sono andata per una bevuta dopo cena. Il locale è molto suggestivo e scenografico, arredato con gusto. Il personale gentile. I drink (Hugo e Aperol Spritz) non erano particolarmente buoni. I prezzi medio-alti... vale la pena farci un salto solo per la location 😊

Le Stanze è un locale storico a Bologna, che si trova all’interno di quella che era la Cappella privata della famiglia Bentivoglio. Si caratterizza dagli affreschi presenti nella sala d’ingresso, assieme al lungo banco. Oggi locale della movida bolognese : dall’aperitivo alla cena, da un buon bicchiere di vino al cocktail internazionale. Però gli arredi sono molto freddi non in sintonia con l’ambiente. Personale poco accogliente. Prezzi adeguati. Aperitivo lo consiglio. Bagni puliti

Cena con amici, abbiamo preso 2 taglieri per 8 persone più un piatto a testa tra primo/ secondo, 2 bottiglie di vino, acqua, 6 tenerine e un amaro. Pessima la tagliata arrivata praticamente fredda, nonostante dopo sia stato fatto notare. Buona la entrecote di carne e la tenerina. Taglieri sufficienti. Parmigiana cara. Nel complesso posto caro e qualità del cibo sufficiente. Location carina soprattutto all'ingresso con quel bel bancone. Consiglio per bere qualcosa ma sconsiglio vivamente per cenare!!

The employees are so friendly and smiling that I love them so much ♥️ you usually don’t get that in Europe. We went there for a drink, but we didn’t get the complimentary aperitifs that comes with the drinks. The table was a bit dirty, but the ambiance of the place was so nice. It’s like drinking in the chapel with good music.

Very beuaitufo architecture in the main area of the bar, where it plays music from a stereo sound. The aperol was OK at best, but the covert food that came with it was plentiful and good. The service was slow. The washrooms were very dirty and smelled like urine (mais reason for 3 stars instead of 4).

Went to the bar thinking it would be a good time but left with a bad experience. The drinks were over priced for bad quality, ordered an old fashioned and a mojito just for the drinks to come out with a pure cup of sugar sitting on the bottom. The place looked cool but the “church” was just a painting around the walls. Don’t get me wrong if the drinks were better I’d drink more and care less about how it looked inside.

Beer was tasty, service was friendly, location is amazing. However, the gin basil smash is not a gin basil smash? it’s gin with lemon and sugar. Either the usual Bartender wasn’t here, or they just never do it right, but this was definitely not what i would expect when ordering it.

I would have liked to try it out but the very rude host turned us away from sitting when there were empty tables available. Can’t imagine the service would be any good based on what we saw.

Ero un invitato di una festa di laurea. Ho deciso di acquistare un drink da offrire a qualcun altro, che poi è stato ritirato da questa persona 40 minuti dopo l’emissione dello scontrino. Mi hanno accusato di rubare un drink, dicendomi che mi avevano già visto uscire con quel drink in mano, senza neanche voler sentire ragioni. Mi hanno insultato con brutte parole e trattato malissimo, non lo consiglio a nessuno. L’educazione viene prima di tutto, soprattutto in un attività di questo livello. Non lo consiglio a nessuno!!!

Metto 1 stella solo perché non si può mettere 0. Arrivati alle 13:20, abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di formaggi e tre primi, ma il cibo è arrivato alle 14:50. Un’attesa interminabile senza spiegazioni o scuse. Esperienza pessima, non torneremo.

Siamo stati attirati dalla location molto bella ma è l’unica cosa che merita del posto. Abbiamo preso due drinks: un disaronno sour e un moscow mule, il moscow mule servito in bicchiere di vetro (e già qua…) con dentro il cetriolo (colpa mia che non ho prestato attenzione al menú) ma il peggio deve ancora arrivare. Il disaronno sour è arrivato poco shakerato e dopo aver fatto notare la poca cura ci è stato ritirato e “corretto” senza impegno. Al momento del pagamento non c’è stata neanche rivolta la parola sebbene abbiamo lasciato il drink intatto, dimostrando la scarsa attenzione alla clientela. Non sicuramente all’altezza del prezzo richiesto, ce ne siamo andati abbastanza avviliti…

Cocktail preparati con poca cura e un trattamento della clientela piuttosto selettivo. L’ambiente è carino, con buona musica. La sala principale, affrescata e suggestiva, colpisce alla vista ma rimane un po’ una bellezza di facciata: gli altri spazi, a confronto, risultano molto semplici. Ho ordinato un Disaronno Sour, arrivato quasi privo di schiuma e apparentemente senza albume, preparato in meno di un minuto. Alla mia richiesta di rifarlo più shakerato, mi è stato riportato un drink con lo stesso difetto. Ho lasciato il bicchiere pieno sul tavolo. Al momento del pagamento, nessuno ha chiesto come mai non avessi bevuto il cocktail. Rapporto qualità-prezzo deludente.
