I was in the area and decided to stop here with my beloved partner Christopher, me and Christopher always opt to get our triple combos with onion rings and 2 vanilla shakes. When we stopped at this bonham location, they were very friendly and for the first time in a long time, it felt like an accepting and respectful atmosphere, as well as surprisingly fast service! We were in and out and finished our food in less than 43 minutes! (Only took about 5 minutes or under to get the food, however we are slow eaters haha). Great work!

This place was packed tonight! A HS basketball team showed up right after we ordered (good timing, I'm sure). Our order was perfect when brought to our table, the people working there were nice enough amid all the craziness! I bet I'll go back.

I had just pulled up to the Whataburger drive-thru window at the fast food restaurant, but as I tried to speak into the intercom, I realized it was broken. The employees inside seemed to be in a rush, speaking quickly and not giving me a chance to ask any questions about the menu. When I finally reached the window, Elizabeth at the Bonham location greeted me with a noticeable attitude. She seemed annoyed and impatient as she took my order and handed me my food. As I pulled into the parking lot to eat, I couldn't help but feel frustrated by the lack of customer service I had received. I wouldn't eat there again just not on this shift

It’s Sunday March 8 at 3:00 pm and this place is FILTHY! Dirt pieces everywhere on the floor, food all over the floors and tables, crumbs everywhere, used napkins on the floor and tables have spilled drinks. Unbelievable!!! When my salad tray was delivered it had 3 lone French fries on it!!!??? No utensils! Bathroom sink is out of order and trash is spilling onto the floor.

Multiple people waiting not being served. Multiple staff in the toilet talking. Waited a while no one looked our way so left. 2 cars in drive through so not busy there either. Worst whataburger I've ever been to.

Ordered French fries, said I would wait for hot ones. In 5 minutes they brought a large fry halfway full of warm French fries, people just don't get it. There's vary few fast food places that's even worth eating at anymore !

The manager was too busy talking to be bothered to get our order right, so I asked nicely for my order to be remade and it still came back wrong. All I can hear are the employees yelling hatefully to each other. Idk if they are having a bad night, but you shouldn't air out your beef in front of customers and take it out on them.

Don't bother using the app at this place. Passing through the town, Ordered 2 burgers, got 1. Found out after getting on interstate. Too late in evening to turn around and get the order corrected. We had to wait forever for wrong order. Aggravating to say the least..

We are Bonham TX Whataburger after a football game. Service by the cashier was horrible and then all the tables where nasty. The guy that brought out food to the kids next to us walked up to the table and just threw there bag on the table and one kids never got there food. The worse experience I have ever experienced at a Whataburger. Will never be back. They need nice people to work there. There was a girl that was the nicest one there.

On Friday, July 18, 2025, my mom and I were at the Bonham Whataburger at 10:45 am. We both ordered breakfast thru the drive thru which took about 40 minutes of waiting, but that did not even bother us. We knew the food would be good, so we did not mind waiting. They gave us each our bag of food and we drove off. My order was correct, but my mother received a hamburger and french fries instead of the breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns that she ordered. She went into the restaurant to ask them to correct our order. She spoke to the woman in charge at that time Who told her she could not change the order because my mother had pulled the receipt off of the bag. However, she had the bag, right The time and her order, but the woman refused to change the order and give her the correct food. She went so far as to say that my mother was lying, and then she walked to the back of the restaurant and would not continue talking to my mother. That is when the manager Took over. He was equally rude and refused to change the order. My mom spent at least 15 minutes in there, trying to get them to correct the order, but they continue to refuse. They were rude and argumentative and their customer service was the worst that we’ve ever seen. My mother is an elderly lady, 86 years old, and we were out for a fun day with friends. We had stopped at Bonham and this episode. Just totally ruined her day. She was so upset that people were thinking that she lied about an order when all she’s trying to do is return the incorrect food. All of this could’ve been avoided if they had just quickly switched over her order to what she said that she got, but they were on some kind of power trip. I refuse to ever go to this Whataburger again, and probably any Whataburger ever again. Reactions of these two employees were horrendous.

Tell me how this costs 18.49, when the combo costs 13.99. The same order at Burger King costs 7.35 and 8.25 at Braums. Keep this in mind keto and carnivore people.

Do not shop here, they do NOT deserve people's hard earned money. The last 4 or 5 times I've been here they have made me wait close to an hour for a single item, with no one else in the line. My family has all had the same experience as well EVERY time. The last time I went here I ordered honey butter wings and got home to find a bowl of dried up chicken with no sauce. I took a picture and returned the next day just for them to refuse to make it right. They are careless, have no respect for their customers, and will steal from you at the first chance. Give your money to Braum's instead. Let this place shut down, or fire the manager and get a new staff.

4am in the morning, and you try and pawn off some old, mummified fries off on me! Then have the audacity to act like I should be grateful that you gave me even that! No apology or even a "My bad"... Since y'all went corporate, y'all's service, and food have gone downhill considerably. The sad limp lettuce looks like it's seen better days, and it's seriously questionable about the tomatoes. The only reason y'all are still getting business is because you're open 24/7 and the food is cheaper (both price and quality) than KwikChek.
