Poor experience for me today at the drive-through. The speaker was picking up the other drive-through speaker, so I couldn't tell if I should be ordering or not. The lady taking my order asked me to wait (no problem), but she took the order of two cars in the other lane even though we were there before the second car. When returning my change, she dropped a coin (it happens) and didn't acknowledge it at all and shut the window. It's ironic since I would have been happy to round up the change for charity since I think all the other McDonalds do that, but I was never asked. Not recommended, hit the Wendy's up the road or try another McDonald's if you can.

​I’ve been rocking with this McDonald’s 3 to 5 times a week for the last 22 years. I’m as "regular" as it gets. But today? The vibe was just completely off, and frankly, pretty disrespectful. ​While I was trying to place my order, I could hear the crew in the back just laughing it up. I’m all for having a good time at work, but it felt like they were more focused on the joke than the customer. When I pulled up to the window, the laughing just kept going—no professional greeting, no "thanks for coming in," just a total lack of awareness. ​It’s disappointing to be a loyal l for over two decades and then get treated like an afterthought. I’ve seen a lot of crews come and go, but this was a major swing and a miss on basic courtesy. ​Bottom line: I’m a fan of the brand, but the service today was a joke—and I wasn’t the one laughing Ks#13. 2/21/26. We went through the drive through and was told to wait in the reserved drive through parking spaces for our food. 20 min later we got our food while car after car behind us got there food and left. Horrible system. We will not return.

These people tried to charge me $14 for a Mcdouble, a drink, and fries. A burger that used to cost a dollar now costs as much as a real burger from a restaurant. No more McDonald's for me. You guys better fix those prices. Unless people are stupid enough to pay $14 for a $1 or $2 max burger.

This Mcdonalds is always super slow, and when you get your food the hamburgers look like someone smashed them super flat and the fries are cold, so in other words its a prefect way to waste $50 dollars for a family of 4…… STAY AWAY

Why does McDonalds allow this franchise to continue? It’s horribly ran. Always have to park when going through the drive through, and the wait is ridiculous. This is the only location with these problems. McDonald’s-you need to mystery shop this location especially the drive through service and reconsider this owner as a franchisee.

There was nobody at the window this morning and I watched multiple people drive away. I was asked for my code three times and the guy kept leaving and coming back so I was just sitting there waiting while people behind me were beeping their horn.

The service was slow and they did not take credit card through the drive thru. This McDonald's is terrible and I wonder how they stay in business.

On 2 occasions that I was sent to the reserve stalls forgot to give me a straw and on my most recent visit I asked for a straw and the person just never came back so I left. I'm not sure what's going on but the service has gone down recently.

I waited 15 mins in the drive thru line and when I placed my order, I received my order wrong, they girl told me I had to go back Lon line or go inside to Apple Pay the cheeseburger that was the order takers mistake for not capturing. Additionally, I waited in line again for my order. Service is terrible here

I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s. I waited over 32 minutes for a simple Happy Meal, even though the order status moved from ‘processing’ to ‘now serving’ within the first five minutes. During my wait, I noticed that a family of six who ordered three Happy Meals received their food about 10 minutes before me, even though they ordered after I did. I also asked an employee about the delay, but it still took quite a while to get my order. I hope McDonald’s can address these inconsistencies to provide better and more efficient service for all customers in the future.
