Fuimos a comer dos parejas y todo espectacular, pedimos de entrantes croquetas, ensalada de tomate pesto y burrata ,que estaba buenísima y alcachofas con foie y huevo ,que si vais las tenéis que pedir, deliciosas. Todas las carnes impresionantes y de buenísima calidad, yo pedí bacalao a baja temperatura que estaba también de 10. Recomiendo pedir también las patatas fritas de la casa. De postre la falsa torrija que nunca decepciona.
Muy buena experiencia en este restaurante de carnes. Disfrutamos de diferentes cortes, todos de excelente calidad y muy bien preparados. El personal fue encantador desde el primer momento, atento y profesional, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto durante toda la comida. Ante un pequeño detalle inicial, reaccionaron de inmediato ofreciéndonos alternativas que superaron nuestras expectativas, demostrando un gran compromiso con el cliente. Sin duda, un sitio al que apetece volver tanto por la calidad de la carne como por el trato tan agradable.

A great experience at this restaurant in Borja. It offers a à la carte menu and several set meals with varying main courses. We chose one with sea bass and another with pork ribs. Everything was delicious, grilled. The portions were very generous. The restaurant is cozy, the service is good, and the garden is spectacular. We'll definitely come back again!
César's thoughtful gesture was impressive, giving us a plate of grilled sweetbreads to try. Delicious. Spectacular quality and service.
