Nice sports bar with great fish and chips. Like really good. The rest of the menu is also great. Service was fast and very friendly. Will come again.

The clam chowder was good. Lobster tacos would have been better if the lobster didn't taste dry. Otherwise it was a good spot with decent food choices and drinks. Very cool on the inside with decent views of that area.

Great venue. Friendly staff. Amazing country dance event.

Great place to sit down at the Market and get out of the busy foot traffic. Ned Devine's upstairs is the place for that. Nice and relaxing. We ate a light lunch. My wife had the Margherita flat bread, and I had the turkey club wrap with a side salad. We really enjoyed it.

This place has a really nice patio. The staff are efficient and friendly. The food was good and the prices are decent for a place in the middle of a tourist trap. It is a great spot to rest and refuel in downtown Boston

Seated quickly on a busy Summer Saturday and with a group of 6. Staff was friendly and quick with drink and food orders, and the food was great for everyone in our party. Really could not ask for more on a hot Summer day in the middle of the high summer tourist season in Boston.

Bangers and mash in Boston! Can't beat that. Great food, excellent service. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice when in the Quincy market area. All food freshly prepared and local. Outside dining was beautiful. The fish and chips were awesome and Hugh. Our waitress,Neve was on top of everything and we were a group of 10. Couldn’t be better

I get that this place is super touristy, however, if you’re a tourist in Boston, this place is a good time. We sat outside on a beautiful Monday afternoon. There was live music in Quincy Market that we got to enjoy. The beer was cold, and the fish and chips was absolutely delicious. Service was great and you can’t beat the atmosphere. It was expensive, but again, touristy. Definitely check it out.

Came here with my wife while visiting Quincy Market in Boston. We had the beer battered chicken tender appetizer, a shrimp caesar salad, the salmon dish, a beer and a mixed drink. We were seated immediately which was nice and there was some live music just outside. Our server was very friendly and attentively, and our food came out very quickly. Other than recommending less dressing on the caesar salad, everything was great! Would return!

My fish and chip dinner was so wonderful. My waiter was really friendly and helpful, the pub itself was much nicer than eating in the dining hall downstairs, they got my food out so quickly which was great because I had a tight schedule I needed to stick to. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for a quick and delicious cooked meal.

Just the best pulled pork I’ve had anywhere. For sure. I’ve been thinking about that pulled pork sandwich the rest of the day, it was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was also extremely pleasant, one of the nicest waiters I think I have ever had without being over the top fake-nice. Pleasant experience all around. Will be returning just for the pulled pork of course. Did I mention it was delish?

My husband and I were visiting Boston for the day and found this place while walking around Quincy Market. We sat outside on their patio in the shade, which was so nice and enjoyable on a hot day. I ordered the lobster roll and he the fish and chips... our food was delicious! Our server was also very pleasant and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience!

For a restaurant located in the tourist trap area of Quincy market, the food and service were excellent. Our server (who was a manager at another location owned by this group that is on shut down during the quarantine), was excellent at checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The employees followed all protocols, and we felt very comfortable dining out here. The pricing was reasonable, the setting was nice outside, and the tables were set far enough apart that everybody was comfortable. Portions were generous, and the food was all very tasty, and the wait wasn't very long to get the food. We don't generally eat at Quincy market now that Durgin Park is closed, but this is a place we'll come back to next time we are in the city.

Out door dining excellence! The service and atmosphere were incredible. If you can catch it on a sunny day, order the lobster roll and clam chowder. The manager convinced me that bread bowls cover up the soup, so he serves his in a porcelain bowl. It was good fun. The caprice sandwich is equally amazing. Everyone leaves happy!

What a surprise! We had boated to Ptown for the weekend and when we left the Marina we wanted a quick lunch before heading north. We walked to Faneuill Hall and looked for the first restaurant so we could get in and out quick. My expectations were ok food, high prices this place is a tourist destination. I saw the Lobster Cobb Salad and figured lots of salad and maybe a splash of lobster. It was 100 degrees outside and I needed something cool. The very sweet waitress comes a few minutes later with this masterpiece of a salad. I really couldn’t believe it, it was fresh, well presented and loaded with lobster. What a great end to an amazing weekend. See photo. The place is big huge outdoor seating area which I would have preferred if it wasn’t scorching hot, inside downstairs seating with a cool little bar and upstairs, were we sat, it was open with even more seating. Next trip in we are coming back thanks for the great food and wonderful service.

Super fun spot. They have great dance music and throw killer parties. See you next year at the Halloween party. Supposedly the place is haunted.

We just had lunch and beers in the outside courtyard. Our server, Gio was so nice and attentive. I am not sure I spelled his name correctly. The food was delicious and the beer was cold. A perfect lunch spit.

Ned’s has a classic pub vibe and great staff. They have line dancing on Sundays and Tuesdays in the upstairs back room that is a perfect layout and very well done!

Honestly this place was a great relief after waiting in long lines elsewhere. No line, cover only $10 after 11 pm, music upstairs was awesome when dj played and even better when a killer live band came on. Energy was sweet. Only downside was bathrooms were pretty dirty. Recommend!

Loved our short visit to Neds. We only stayed for food and one drink as we were visitors and had places to go lol. Food was great. I had Neds Burger as I do like a good burger and this was really good. Fries are the best ive had in a long time. Hubby had the fried chicken sandwich which looked good and he enjoyed too. Our server, Niamh was lovely. Nice friendly and helpful. Being located at the end of Quincy Market building, you have seating options. Just inside where you are still in the market, outside, which we chose as it was a lovely day, and there was seating upstairs too, which is also where the washrooms are located. Not sure if there was an elevator!

Great menu and food! We love this place and usually stop for lunch when we are in the city. The service is a little slow and are food got cold while we waited for silverware but the atmosphere and food make up for it.

Came from Chicago while my wife was shopping Quincy street market. This is a Good place to grab a drink and chill out. Came in for 10 minutes to just chill out. Place was clean and the bartender was cool. Plenty of seats no wait time. Would stop by again!

Ned Devine's holds a unique place at Quincy Market. They sit at the very end and have renovated their space to really look like an old-time Boston Pub & Brewhouse. They also feature an outdoor eating area and the summer and spring and fall. They serve a variety of local Brews and microbrews. Definitely a good spot to have a drink.

Just sit there for 30 minutes. I tasted lobster chowder soup and grab a beer. Soup was delicious but a bit salty.

Stopped in for their famous clam chowder. It did not disappoint. It was creamy but not too thick. Was rich with clam flavor. Only downside was I had very few pieces of actual clam in the chowder but overall a very good chowder and would come back to have it again.

The out side seating area was very accommodating for my group of 8 people, the atmosphere was very nice people around dinning as well but enough distances were we weren't listening to each others conversations. There were musicians station near by playing there music as well so it was a very good vibe. They also had a nice Jumbo screen for sport fans. The food was good, my burger was delicious but the bread underneath did get soggy upon arrival and my bacon was definitely burnt. Other than this it was a good dish. No complaints from any of my party members in regards with there dishes. Nice place overall

Just had a couple of beers which were fantastic. Huge outer area as well big area indoors specially on 1st floor. The weather was fantastic so sat outside. Didn't have food so can't comment but the beers were good and service was quick and efficient. It looked like a place which will have great vibes during peak evening hours.

Stopped by Ned Devine’s without any plans to eat, but ended up pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the visit. It’s a lively spot with a great mix of locals, tourists, and after-work groups. The outdoor seating was perfect—comfortable, energetic, and anchored by a massive TV that made it a prime place to unwind and people-watch. Even without food, the highlight was clear: their espresso martini. I’ve had my fair share of them across Boston, but Ned Devine’s version stands out. Smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet, it had that perfect blend of coffee richness and a subtle creamy finish. It’s a beautiful sipper—strong enough to wake you up, smooth enough to keep you ordering another. You can tell they actually thought about the recipe instead of just throwing coffee liqueur into a shaker. Service added to the experience. Our waiter, Juan, was fantastic—personable, quick with a joke, and attentive without hovering. He had that kind of charm that makes the whole table relax and enjoy themselves. Even though I didn’t try the food this time, the vibe, drink quality, and service alone made it worth recommending. For anyone looking for a solid cocktail, a good seat with a view, and friendly service that feels genuine, Ned Devine’s hits the mark. 4.5 out of 5.

Really great place and setting. Priced affordable for the area considering middle of Bostons historical area. Fantastic burger

Interesting and attractive bar/restaurant. We sat at the bar and had appetizers with drinks while watching Olympic highlights.

Great service. Good beer. It's a tourist trap location. But Neds has an upstairs, down stairs and outside tables. It's spacious.

Sat at the inside bar downstairs, waitress was 5 stars but that’s where it ends. Only thing Irish about this so called Irish pub is that they have Guinness on tap. Waited over half an hour for chicken tenders. They had no seasoning whatsoever and the batter wasn’t cooked all the way through.

Host seem to be unavailable to seat you or get a name to place you on a waitlist. They don't provide any information such as aside from outdoor seating, there is also a bar and an upstair dine in area. So if host is not assisting you, feel free to go inside and figure it out yourself, or you will be ignored. We came here to try the clam chowder. It was good but pretty pricy for the portion size. The bartender was nice and provided good service, unlike the host.

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars for Neds Devine's. The food was really good. It's located on the second floor. Has a really wide open floor plan and high ceilings. The place has kind of a dark environment to it but wide windows overlooking outside give a nice view. Our waitress was brand new and admitted that. There was a few small mistakes but I'm 100% ok with that due to that. The menu is a little pricey to me and I don't feel like the kids menu was exactly great. Overall the food was great but my experience was lacking a little. I'd have no problem recommendi g people here but probably wouldn't go again myself.

I only come here, because it’s one of the few places in Boston that I’ve found to offer clam chowder with NO bacon. I came here several years ago, and remembered the clam chowder and lobster roll as being some of the best I’ve had in the area. The chowder was good, but could have been creamier and thicker. It was a loose consistency. And they don’t offer the warm lobster roll anymore, which is the only way I’ll eat it. So that was pretty disappointing. I also ordered a drink. I believe it was the mermaid margarita. I could have did without that. It was weird.

I never leave negative reviews but I was so disappointed with my visit. Server was cold and kind of off-putting, waited forever for our food and drinks. They also were out of anything on tap- they only had cans of things. Strange that and Irish pub didn’t have anything on draft? When I finally got my food it was cold and disappointing. I got the chicken and waffles (they were only doing brunch when we got there at 1:30) and it was a tiny & sad piece of grilled(?) chicken on a bland waffle. I expected more from a restaurant in the middle of Boston. Definitely disappointed I paid $18 for a small, sad chicken thigh and bland waffle.

Came her for the award winning clam chowder, and that is what the two stars are for. It was actually tasty. I don’t like leaving a bad review but the way we were treated by our server was just weird. We ordered beers but were brought cans and disposable plastic cups and were told the draft lines were “old and weird” but watched literally every other table get pints of beer in glasses. I’m sure there was an explanation, it would have been really nice to have been asked if canned beer was okay. We also would have ordered more drinks, but she only came by the one time, and by the time we saw her again we were so put off by the whole place we just wanted to leave. Service was inattentive, food was cold (except for the chowder!), table was dirty, just all in all a bad experience.

Extra expensive, worst food and service. Look at that salad… 17$ for this is criminal

food is so so. Got a chili lime rice bowl with chicken, they forgot my dish while everyone else ate. finally went to our waitress who was folding napkins and said i never got my food. Well lucky for the table she came back and brought my dish. They then could all order more drinks and ask for napkins, cause if it weren’t for that.. she wasn’t coming back to check on us… my dish was 90% rice and the 8$ added grilled chicken was dry and flavorless. It was topped with tortilla strips and corn. Literally flavorless.. and 26$…..

I had bones in my fish & thanks God i didn't chock...i was able to quickly throw it up once i felt it in my mouth. Food didn't taste good in general, it's fast food type which is very disappointing.

Do not go here!!!!! This place and its workers treated us with the so much disrespect. I have never been more upset about the treatment of customers. The bouncers ridiculed us, and ruined pur graduation night. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I

Terrible customer service. Not recommended. I would give less than zero stars. The bartender repeatedly left the bar unattended and did not serve customers properly. There were no signs stating that outside food was not allowed, including for people with special diets. An elderly family member and my youth daughter and son was treated rudely and yelled at for eating while 8 family members were actively purchasing drinks. No food options were offered beforehand. We left and spent $753 with a generous tip at Union Oyster House, where we received excellent service — ask for Lorena!

B
Beau Bradshaw

Hostess was extremely rude. Refused to let our table of 8 sit together. Wasn't even that crowded. Their loss was about to spend over 400 bucks there. All I did was move two chairs. Asked to speak to the manager. They refused.

T
Thomas

It's always hit or miss with this place. I ordered the fish and chips this time, what I got was a massive singular fish on fries and when I asked to replace the tartar for cocktail sauce, the server literally told me he doesn't know if they have cocktail sauce. I got the massive fish without any sauce. How are you a New England restaurant that offers fish yet don't carry cocktail sauce? I'm done. I'll go somewhere else. The entitled tourists can have this place.

C
Chloe Lacouture

I’m very disappointed. We came here for Halloween because we saw an instagram post about the Halloween party. The post promised 5 dollar drink menu and when we went to the bar no bartender knew what we were talking about. I loved this bar, but unfortunately the false advertising really made a bad impression, we will not be returning. We bought tickets for this event due to the ad, and none of the offers were real. Next time don’t add things you can’t promise.
