We have been ordering from this location for about 3 years now. It is, by far, our favorite pizza place ever. It really IS in the crust lol, but seriously. I think I’ve had everything in the menu and each item was delivered HOT, by a super friendly delivery driver, pizza cooked perfectly with a ton of toppings and always on time too. The XL is our go to and they’re huge. HIGHLY recommend the stuffed crust double layered meat lovers…… my god. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had! We always point friends and neighbors in their direction when wanting to try something new and a must if we have company over or sleepovers for the kids. 10/10 RECOMMEND.

I’m dumbfounded by other reviews as I have never had any issues with their service at all. Mr Jim’s is our FAVORITE and our number one go to for pizza. My only complaint is that we order the cinnamon bread nearly every time and it never has any frosting on it (and I order extra!!). Their site advertises that it does in fact have frosting so idk🤨. Besides that, We love Mr Jim’s, the meat lovers is the BEST!!

This is a place where the staff goes beyond making their customers feel comfortable, making sure I ordered what I was looking for in price and fullness. They ensured that I got my pizza fresh and timely and delivered as such . Thank you for being a ,'must stop' at least once a week!!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from this pizza place and was thoroughly impressed! The pizzas arrived hot and fresh, with a perfect balance of toppings and just the right amount of cheese. Each bite was delicious, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring my order was accurate and delivered promptly. The whole process, from placing the order to receiving it, was seamless and efficient.What stood out the most was their excellent customer service. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure a great experience.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fantastic pizza and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

This was our first time eating there because we don't live in Texas, but we travel there quite often. The food is delicious, and the people are sweet! It took us about 15 minutes to decide what we wanted, not once did the gentleman at the cash register get annoyed or tried to rush us. The place was very clean and sanitary. I definitely recommend this place, and we will be eating there again.

Decent pizza for the price. I personally think the crust has good flavor. Almost always have some kind of deal on their website. I have never had any issues with the food or service from this location.

We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheese bread. 1 of the cheese bread was supposed to have Jalapenos on it and they forgot to add Jalapeno. The pizzas were a meat pizza and Supreme and they barely had toppings. I have only seen young people working in here on all 3 of my previous visits, this may be why the food is lacking at the times I visited. They have the potential to have a great establishment.

This used to be our go to pizza place. We ordered a pizza last night, and while the delivery and customer service was excellent, the quality of the pizza has definitely gone down. That is not to say it was bad pizza…..but definitely not the quality we have come to expect. Kinda sad

Placed delivery order on Friday evening. Said will be delivered in 45-50 min. Get a call 20 min later from Mr Jim’s letting me know they actually can’t deliver. Pizza will need to be picked up in 20-25 minutes. Then, the pizzas I ordered to be delivered but have to come pick up took over 30 min to get done. The employees were super apologetic. The pizza is fantastic. Still makes it hard to order from here again.

The employees and manager are great and friendly and will do what they can to help you - but the online ordering service is absolutely horrible - you literally either drive there to get the soecial or go elsewhere that can take your online order over the phone if it isn’t working.

Funny, my phone was in my hand the entire 30 minutes they were making my pizza and no calls were received. No missed calls either. Their solution was to give me part of my order and say sorry, there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the trouble and get a frozen pizza. It’s not that great of pizza. Edit: it’s so interesting how the story changed for the reply considering the “manager” on duty told me himself the computers weren’t working so that’s why the “call” they made didn’t got through. Now it’s we called several times and tried to make it right? Watch out for these liars here. They will do anything to make themselves look better. Anything but actually provide good customer service.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with Mr.Jim’s they are normally awesome. Not tonight unfortunately.
