This was our first time experiencing Cava. Catherine made our experience even better with her patience, friendliness, and attentiveness. We ordered the Harissa Avocado bowl, Steak and Harissa Bowl, Crispy Falafel Pita and the Steak & Feta Pita… All of these were AMAZING. An explosion of flavors. Wish we had a Cava in Hawaii! I recommend everyone trying this place at least once.

I got the build your own bowl and Mia is the wonderful person that helped me out! She was so patient and kind as I am new to the experience of CAVA. She gave delicious recommendations and answered all of my questions! She made ordering dinner the highlight of my day. I will most definitely be coming back!

Surprisingly good. I was not expecting it to be so delicious, to be honest, but I'm glad I ate my words and my entire bowl. The chicken was really spiced up and delicious. I think the winners here are the sauces and dressings. Really complete the whole blast of flavor in your mouth. You also get pita triangles on the side, which are optional, but also pretty cool. They also had sodas, fruit drinks, and teas available at the refreshment area. Way to go, CAVA!

Service is good.Items on menu are good. Build my on falafel bowl. Combination was quite good and delicious. Items are fresh and flavorful. Would like to return back. Return back and tried falafel bowl again with different toppings - always taste fresh. Like their mint cucumber drink.

CAVA by far is a 5/5 in every aspect! They’re the nicest people and always have fresh food and great portions! Krista, Miranda, Malyah, Kyli, and Trevor are the best!! I highly recommend CAVA at the downtown location in Brea!!

Stopped by this afternoon for a late lunch. Luckily there was no line. Was helped by Frida. She was great and recommended several meats and toppings that she thought were good. Overall, food was fresh and service was great!

This was my first time at CAVA, the food and service here was really good. I could tell they used fresh ingredients and don't skimp on their quality. Maliyah was so sweet, patient, and helpful answering my questions about the dips and sauces, her recommendations were delicious!

Ordered the Chicken & Rice bowl online for pick up on 3/9/25. The order was promptly prepared and ready soon after I arrived. The items were fresh and tasty, but the quantity of the bowl was very misleading. The online picture shows a bowl filled to the brim, while the bowl I received was only half full. Should have checked it out before leaving the store.

I don’t write reviews often unless I think it’s necessary. I’ve visited the brea Cava many times as well as other locations around the area. When I order I typically order through a third party app such as Ubereats or DoorDash. Often times I will purchase a greens and grains bowl with a multitude of items such as tomatoes and pickled onions. One of those toppings or the other is always missing as it was today. The worst part is that my family and I would take a bite and the rice was so hard it was hurting our teeth every time we tried to eat it. It would be nice if the rice was cooked when we ordered next time. Evidence of the uncooked and inedible rice is in the photos and videos attached. We love the flavors and pricing of Cava so it is sad to write this review. Just hoping for better quality control the next time we purchase Cava.

It was ok. I'd describe it as a Mediterranean Chipotle. I think the girl working was upset, because all of the food was made very messy and ugly. The appearance did not make it look appetizing at all... it actually grossed me out. I really wanted to like this place since people always talk about it.
