We had such a great experience at our local IHOP, and I have to give a special shoutout to Elizabeth! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We were dining with our toddler (which can sometimes be a whole adventure 😅), and Elizabeth was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with her. It truly made our breakfast so much more enjoyable and stress-free. What really stood out was seeing how caring she was not just with us, but with the older guests at the table next to us. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does and treats everyone with so much warmth and respect. IHOP is lucky to have her, we’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Elizabeth again! 💛

Went in for a quick brunch and had a great experience. Our server, Sonia, greeted us with a smile and helped us right away. She was awesome—took our order smoothly with no issues. The food was perfect and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Food was very good. We liked the option of unlimited pancakes (even though we did not order any extra). The first portion was PLENTY. Service was excellent. Sonia was very attentive. Our drinks were kept filled and she checked in on us. No complaints, great breakfast!

It was my first time eating at an IHop. All I will say is it exceeded my expectations I absolutely loved the food. Braulio made it so warm and comforting to eat at the restaurant as well. Very grateful to him for serving us. I can safely say after 15 years of waiting to try it out the entire experience was lovely, flavourful and brilliant.

As many diners are painfully aware, eating out these days can be an avoidable expense by cooking at home. The star rating doesn't include value (⭐️⭐️) so my review is for the food (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️), service (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) and atmosphere (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). If there were more vegetarian options and salads, add a 5th star. Juana has always been the best and sweetest server since meeting on her very first day. She always greets us warmly, suggests new menu items, anticipates when we are low on drinks, need additional napkins, checks on our satisfaction of the food and adjusts the blinds for dining comfort. She really cares about her customers and it shows. The restaurant and restroom is always clean and orderly. The restroom was not so good the last visit and hopefully Juana was able to report and correct the problem . One annoyance is never being able to log in as it tries to send a confirmation text to an old phone number that I'll never receive. I already reached out by phone twice and online twice but will see if my new phone number works the next time.

Sylvia is the best waitress here—so patient and genuinely understanding and in XMAS Day!!!!!. I always order a medium‑rare T‑bone at IHOP and most locations miss the mark, but this kitchen nailed it perfectly. The steak was cooked just right and the service was calm and attentive the whole meal. I’m definitely coming back and will be asking for Sylvia every time.

This IHOP is unlike any other we have visited. Our waitress Elizabeth was extremely friendly and courteous. We came in as a big family and she was attentive and well informed on all the offerings. The ihop itself was extremely clean and organized. Bathrooms looked and smelled very clean. Looking forward to coming back.

Elizabeth was fantastic and her service was great! Food was also delicious too. Was up to par with what you'd expect from an IHOP haha. Restaurant was a little cold though, had us shivering a bit. But other than that, everything was great :)

The quality and service is excellent. I Hop is perfect for most budgets. From the 7- dollar value meals everyday to omelettes with all you can eat pancakes. I have been to serval locations over the years and Brea is my favorite.

Can’t go wrong with IHOP! Food is always good and consistent and service here is top notch! Our server Braulio was super helpful and always checking in on us. But based on my previous experiences at this location you can say the same about all of the servers working there 😀

Great place! There are many other iHops around where I live (which is 40mins away). I always go out of my way to come out this one. The staff is friendlier, the foot is better, and it's a much more calm and clean environment. Definitely recommend.

The food was SCRUM DILLY ISOUS 😼 blue raz drink was very sweet. Jesus was nice and attentive (means he payed attention to us)

We stopped by IHOP for a late-night dinner and were greeted promptly with no wait time—seated right away, which was a great start. Our server, Rosario, was very friendly and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu before taking our drink orders. Our family ordered breakfast items, including omelets and the Split Decision plates. My wife’s Build Your Own Omelet came out missing a couple of ingredients, but impressively, the kitchen and Rosario caught the mistake before we even had a chance to say anything and fixed it right away. I did end up grabbing condiments myself after asking, but Rosario appeared to be the only server managing five other tables and handling to-go orders—so it’s understandable. She definitely deserves some extra support, but she stayed friendly and professional throughout. All around, it was a great meal with good service. We'd definitely come back again.
