Dunkin' Brentwood Reviews
I was quite excited to redeem the coupon for a free breakfast sandwich that Dunkin has been emailing me over and over. Of course, the 3 servers were jammed and jumping with a long drive thru line. With three people in front of me in the lobby line, service took 20 minutes. I tried to redeem the coupon and was told " if it doesn't work in the app, we can't do it." This is truly an app problem. Dunkin here offers cases of cold beverages, lots of donuts including fall favorites like Apple cider and pumpkin. Hot beverages include a varieties of coffees, teas, matcha, and fall favs including a potion made with marshmellow and ube. The store is wheelchair access with accessible bathrooms. Signs are black letters on white blackground but small and might present a readability challenges for some. In this commercial Center, this place is just off Old Hickory, and easy to get in and out. Free parking and lots of it in the morning, but lunch and dinner time might present parking challenges. Excellent quality green teas, especial compared to the more expensive places. The three people are working very hard to get everything out. You can take home your own Dunkin coffee ground or whole bean to avoud the lunes
Coffee seemed like it was watered down. It didn't have the great taste that Dunkin is known for.
The manager was yelling at the staff about the cars being in the drive thru too long. She said “why do I have 317 seconds in the drive thru”. She should be embarrassed that customers heard this AND how rude her tone was to the employees.
Similar to other reviews service was terrible. Person taking my drive thru order was pissy and cut me off constantly. Also messed up the order. When I brought it up to someone else we were missing items he was just as pleasant and walked off never to return with the missing items. We had to park and go wait in line inside to get a drink remade and the missing items. Only reason I gave more than 1 star is the remade drinks were good. Still wouldn't go there again.
Only reason I’m not going to give one star is because the girl handling my order was polite. Everything else was just not good. They were out of basically everything I had ordered. No hash browns. No everything bagels. Their blender wasn’t working. No glazed donuts. Seriously, a place called “Dunkin Donuts” has no reason to be out of the most popular kind of donut there is. Whoever owns this location seriously needs to re-evaluate their management because they just simply are not doing a good job.
I was visiting from out of town and this was truly worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever encountered. I ordered in restaurant two bagels with different toppings and two hashbrowns. While waiting one of the employees kept saying out loud how she wanted to kill herself. After waiting over 15 minutes, I had to go back up to the window to find my order. Apparently, it was sitting at the drive-through window by accident. After leaving the restaurant, I realized that I was given two of the same type of bagel. I then went back to fix the mistake and was given another bagel of the kind I did not ask for. I had to ask a third time to get the correct bagel. While waiting for this third bagel, I watched who I assume is a manager due to them holding a laptop behind the counter take a doughnut from the shelf with her bare hand and eat it. This location should be closed.
I understand that they are short staff but that is no way to treat customers. The lead supervisor was very rude and frustrated, took the anger out on the customer. One customer left due to that experience. Pretty rough experience and don’t think I’ll be back to that location.
Can't say much for food they didn't have anything left but plain glazed donuts at 9am. And turns out don't make on site so yea. Staff was freindly not sure why they were there with nothing but coffee really to sell.
They don't honor their posted business hours. They claim to be open till 9:00pm but they refused to serve me at 8:30. If you want to close at 8 then update your posted hours to reflect that and stop wasting people's time.
I was the only car in the drive-through. I was picking up a ton of donuts for my students. I asked the cashier if my food could be bagged as I’m carrying a lot into the school building. She individually handed me every single food item. Then she handed me a bag. I found it incredibly rude to not simply just bag the items for me; perhaps I am being petty, but I just did not consider it to a very good customer service experience. . In the past, I’ve also had to wait 20+ minutes on a food order that I put in 40 minutes earlier. I just don’t find their customer service to be pleasant. I’ll stick to local businesses or Starbucks.
Normally other drive through locations are very accommodating and friendly. This was one of the only drive through locations I did not feel that Dunkin’ friendliness and helpful attitude from the staff. I tried to order an offer I saw on the app, was told that was only through the app, cant be ordered through the drive through. I wanted 15 munchkins, was told I can only get 10 or 25. No positive attitude was received. Decided to not order at this location and left, also the first time with a Dunkin’!
Manged poorly. Drive through order begal and tea. They ask few of us to pull forward and they will deliver in couple of minutes waited 30 mins and gone in to collect while waited inside for another 10 mins. Fully staffed poorly managed.
Showed up at 815y order was not taken automated voice said store was closed. Stayed in this area for work. Was getting coffee at 815 ~830pm9/29/2025
Well I always put in a mobile order and head through the drive through but when I got to the window the girl had an attitude and said “well you just put it in 2 minutes ago so can you pull forward” which is fine but I don’t know what the difference would’ve been if I had put my order in through the drive through window or my phone… I feel like it’s easier for them just to have the order pop up on their screen and there’s less room for error. Anyway I pull up and another car comes and the worker yells at us to pull forward more(with attitude) so the other car can leave… mind you this car does not leave until like 3-5 minutes after we moved forward. Waited and waited and finally someone brings us our coffee and food. The coffee was not good at all, looked like it had been sitting there for a while(probably because they wanted to be petty and not bring it out). Waste of money and time
Wow awful. Went through drive thru for an iced coffee and waited over 10 minutes for it. I get it, they might be missing people or something, i’ve worked food before, but jeez say something at least. I even asked why it was taking so long and they couldnt even tell me. 0/10 service i didnt even want the coffee anymore by the time i got it.
I’m really disappointed with my visit to Dunkin’ today. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was burnt—crispy, blackened edges that made it almost inedible. Definitely not the quality I expect. On top of that, I also got a nitro cold brew, and it barely had any of the signature nitro flow. It was flat and weak, nothing like what I’ve had before. The whole experience was a letdown, especially for a place that’s supposed to deliver quick, consistent quality. I won’t be coming back any time soon.
Yes this is real lol. I go to Dunkin a lot so I had 600 points on my app. Redeemed them for a free bagel with cream cheese and when I opened it this is what I had… you have to spend money to get those points on the app so when you do get something free, it should be better than that. Disappointed
Burnt and a wonderful chemical taste! I've been to 2 stores owned and operated by Route65 and both of them are very, very, very badly managed. I would show you a picture of what the oven actually looks like inside, but it would probably make you throw up. How they pass health inspections is beyond me...corruption in the health department maybe?? When you do clean these fast cooking ovens, you need to cook something like a piece of there chicken and let it get super overdone. This allows the chemical "taste" to be absorbed into that piece of chicken. Throw that piece away and it then makes everything cooked after that taste like it should. The fact that they would even contemplate serving me the below burnt bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant says a lot about their training and uncaring attitude towards customers. So sad. I moved from Trussville, AL and truly miss that Dunkin and her amazing General Manager. That woman knows how to run a store!
