Conveniently located and usually busy but tonight was slow. Mobile Order took about 5 minutes longer than suggested but was made correctly and I hadn’t noticed until I was half way done but I love the chocolate swirl design as opposed to the typical drizzle. Nice touch. Would be nice to see this location carry more hot and cold cup options

Mobile ordering is a lifesaver! I tried to get it via drive through but it has over 12 cars waiting. The inside is clean and spacious! To bad you can’t sit Inside due to coronavirus! With mobile ordering, I walk in and get my order, that Simple!

Super long line, took forever to get to the front. When I did get there, they told me they were out of food. I'll go to a different Starbucks from now on

Went on Wednesday 11/26/25 around 2:00pm and it seemed like the staff was having issues with each other and not helping one specific staff member. They didn’t make my order till she left had me wait 20 min for a drink. They gave me a cake pop because it took so long, but it was weird they made half my drink then put it down then started a new one. there was maybe 4 employees working.

I think this location must be really understaffed bc the drive through always has a minimum 30 minute wait. You can tell staff are trying their best but it's all really unorganized here.

Made my order in the drive-through, guy repeated my order in the drive-through, I pay for my drink look at the label and it's not anything that I asked for. I came because i wanted a water with ice and dried strawberries. Ive only had to pay for the strawberries and had no problem before. This time i came and the guy at the register wanted to charge me almost $7 dollars for a cup of water and some strawberries!!!! He said he had to charge it as a tea. I told him to just give me a cup of water then and he refused saying he couldnt give me water! Its over 100⁰f outside.

Have heard horrible things about this Starbucks. I was in a rush to go to work and they basically gave me a cup full of milk and sugar. Absolutely disgusting, waste of $7 and time. I was unfortunately unable to go to have them remake it due to being on a time crunch.

I’ve been to this location a million times and several other Starbucks in Tucson, Texas and California. I’m a creature of habit and always order a Venti matcha green tea latte with NO ICE. They always give me a venti sized cup full to the top. Today I ordered the same thing at this location and they gave me a “Venti” filled halfway up and said it’s only half full because you didn’t want ice. WHAT in the world!! This has never happened and is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. They should have charged me for a grande or tall size for this amount that’s they put in the cup. The Manager Dakota says that the way they do it is right and all the other Starbucks aren’t doing it right. That this is how it’s supposed to be?!!! This was so frustrating as me and my Daughter were just trying to enjoy our day and get our regular Starbucks as always. I asked for a refund and left. I will not go back as this manager is training her employees incorrectly on how to serve their customers. They were trying to shortchange me on my drink. Just an FYI , don’t come to this location!!!

The worst customer service ever!!! I usually get Brown sugar oat milk. This drink literally tasted like pure cinnamon powder😬. Came back to the store to let them know about the drink. Seem like they didn’t care. I got a different drink instead just because I don’t want the same thing happened again. Now the second drink, chocolate almond espresso, taste just like water down coffee with a hit of caramel. The worst place ever. I never had a bad service at Starbucks store but this one was for sure the worst! 😬😬😬

I work close to this store and every time I go there is some issue with the straws I’m not sure why this store has such a hard time keeping venti straws in stock but how am I supposed to drink out of a venti cup with a dome lid with a small straw… it doesn’t work and when people order this kind of drink and employees know they don’t have straws to accommodate maybe let the customer know so they don’t drive away unable to consume they’re drink that cost almost $8… or at least give me a different lid so I can drink my coffee. It’s so simple and so frustrating.
