The place is clean and located in a very nice area, not far from convenient parking. And what can I say about the owner? He's a friendly and kind man. Everything is top-notch!

A small, well-maintained establishment in the center of Brescia (it's a shame the surrounding streets are rather shabby and crowded), with knowledgeable and patient staff. We didn't just try the usual cheap granita, but a true delicacy, the result of careful research and excellent ingredients. Delicious.

A nice place offering organic products. It's both a café and an ice cream parlor with a wide selection of infusions, herbal teas, and organic juices. We also tried the fig crepes. Overall, it's a nice place for a refreshing break. However, the staff is a bit disorganized, and there are often long waits.

Pirlo is good, luckily. But the staff (even though we had NOT asked!) also brought us a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. He DIDN'T ask because we would never have gotten it, even since I'm vegan!!! We thought it was the practice like in most bars in the center, so we didn't think too much about the problem. It's a shame that it was taken into account instead. 2 idiots and the elusive cutting board: 20 euros, no receipt, obviously. First time we go there, we will never go back.

There were five of us around noon, four of whom only spoke English. We sat down and had a drink (two glasses of wine, two Cokes, and one coffee). The owner asked us if we wanted the platter, and we said no. As we were leaving, he rudely told us in front of everyone that when you have an aperitivo, you have to order food as well because that's how it works in Italy, and that he doesn't waste time just drinking. But I wonder, if someone goes to a bar, are they free to order whatever they want or not? Who are you to force me to order whatever you want? Get a grip, go and fix the chairs. Those broken PLASTIC chairs are held together with screws and brackets, and I almost fell to the ground. Obviously, we weren't given a receipt. Never again. Since the platter is PAID for, I'll decide whether to take it or not. He calls me provincial because I pointed out that the plastic chairs are BROKEN and someone might fall. I think he could have absolutely avoided a response like that, and it really explains a lot about the place and especially the management. 👋👋.
