Excellent restaurant! The service was wonderful and there were a ton of gluten free options. The food was all very good. We ordered the Johnny cakes, biscuits & sausage gravy, eggs and a bagel sandwich from the daily specials. The food was made with real butter and/or maple butter. The decoration was fun and quirky with lots of farm animal pictures!

Absolutely amazing menu, hard to decide what to choose. Glad I went with the chicken and waffles, was pleasantly surprised when the Belgium Waffle was legit with pearl sugar! Fantastic meal!

In this community, we are so very lucky to have an establishment like this. It's a unique and special place that is not a secret, with a huge reputation for being the best. And it still is true. We stopped this morning for breakfast and enjoyed my smazing meal with the same superb quality. The service was top notch. Our server was such a great person to talk to. Patience for perfect! Best way to describe how you must be here. So worth waiting just a few more minutes than at a chain. The food.. most flavorful I’ve ever had! Picture perfect plates. Cozy atmosphere and spot on service! The owner came to check on the entire restaurant, which is over the top service! We cannot wait to go back! Well worth every penny.

We almost accidentally dropped by to Brewer Union on our way back to Canada and it turned out to be one of the best food experiences we had for a while. Their food is not just super delicious but the portions are super generous too. I ordered a Reuben without knowing exactly what it is. Turned out it's not just a sandwich but the tastiest and largest sandwich I ever tried. On top of that they provide gluten free options for almost everything they have on the menu. Our family would be a regular visitor if it's not a 3 hours drive. Make sure you booked a table before coming, they are often busy.

We have come here about a handful of times so far and honestly every time we come the food is always good. I love that the menu options aren’t your typical foods that you find everywhere else. I love the creativity and variety, it’s the one thing that drew us to this place. And I love that it doesn’t disappoint. I think the only thing I would change would be that the breakfast potatoes could use some flavor, I know most people are afraid of flavor but I love it! The staff is always friendly, food comes out quickly as well. I also love that if there’s something you’d really like and they have the ingredients for it, they’ll make it for you. Very accommodating! The prices are a little higher than some other places so unfortunately we can’t eat there as much as we’d like but we definitely treat ourselves when we can.

I have had the pleasure of dining at Brewer Union Cafe many many times since they opened in October 2020. I certainly have my favorite menu items, like the Yard Bird, the best Reuben Sandwich in CNY, and the Hash Breakfast that I love to order, knowing that I will have a delicious meal each visit. But it's chef and owner, Christian Felix's Specials that show me he is a flavor genius as he creates unique, bold, delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I watch BUC's social media posts just to read about what Christian Felix had put together and I look forward to heading to BUC as soon as possible. Christian's wife and the co-owner of BUC is wonderful. If she is at the restaurant, she warmly greets everyone who comes in the door. The other wait staff, Krystina and Merisa are kind, funny and extremely helpful. I actually get excited after I call to make a reservation at BUC, for I know by experience that I am going to have a fantastic experience, from the service to the food.

One of my favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stopped in last night for dinner with friends. Besides all the amazing menu items there are always creative, well thought out specials. I started with a small Caesar salad, I loved the dressing and it had just the right amount! No drowning the crispy romaine, and the tomatoes, while unconventional were a nice addition. Buratta, olive oil and cherry tomatoes with spices served with crispy lavash, was a beautiful start to our meal. My entree of grilled scallops and shrimp (perfectly cooked) over gnocchi with a creamy pesto sauce and peppers and zucchini was delicious. I don't usually order pesto sauce as it's usually just too much for me, but this creamy version by the super talented chef and owner is my new favorite! My friends had a perfectly cooked Tomahawk steak that is by special order. Service by Erin was outstanding as always.

My family and I had a wonderful brunch here today. There were 6 of us. We had several different menu items, and all of us agreed the food was great and there was plenty. I had the chicken and waffles. My husband had the cowboy breakfast. So good. We will return and recommend this family owned cafe to everyone.

The chef here knows what he's doing. Every thing on the menu is amazing. Huge portions and well thought out flavor profiles. They definitely know their way around a smoker and meats in general. Highly recommend. Also very gluten free friendly for those with sensitivity or intolerance.

I visited their food truck Redneck Reuben Union at Great Northern Food truck takeover. Very short line and friendly staff. I had heard a lot of hype about an over the top Reuben from this establishment. Not sure which sandwich that was. I ended up ordering a Reuben and a corn beef sandwich. After a short wait both came out hot of the griddle. The Reuben a perfect blend of salty, sour, and rich, a true classic. Though the corned beef was hot and fresh as well just not to my liking, though I shared and it was happily consumed. The Reuben definitely rival some of the Irish local pubs. I’m not sure which sandwich on the menu was the hyped up version. Maybe the Reubano? I didn’t come across it this visit, maybe next time. $31.50 for the too sandwiches.

Friendly staff, huge portions, good prices but the food was bland. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles. The waffle was good and had sugar pearls, but there was no seasoning at all on the chicken or in the flour batter.

This Cafe was a last minute choice, my stars would indicate that I wouldn’t be happy but I am happy because I tried a new place now I’m gonna go on to the reason for my review. The cowboy is what I got and my gf got chocolate chip pancakes. My food wasn’t terrible the bacon sausage and ham were quite good they were cooked perfectly. Now the gravy the biscuits and the eggs and the potatoes were awful the eggs were wet and had no flavor the gravy was super bland and not flavorful the potatoes were plain and had no flavor along the biscuits were dry and really didn’t have any flavor either they almost were crumbly they didn’t really hold shape but overall wasn’t the worse experience I probably will be back to try something else but it definitely will be something else. One other thing I wanna say is the atmosphere is quite nice and very homey
