Her name is Daniel and she truly cares about providing outstanding costumer services and striving to provide a quality product for the customers. We had an issue with our order and she owned it and made it right for us. Because of her we will continue to use this place as our go to place for our pizza place!!! All the love for her and she is a true simble of what Little Caesar’s should strive to be!!!!

My family will occasionally order from here whenever we want something quick and it’s too late to cook dinner. Tonight, this place put out perhaps the best pizza in company history. This pizza was STUNNING, DELICIOUS & the pepperonis were cooked to perfection. I mean seriously, the deep dish pepperoni tonight easily takes down some typical pizza joints. Little Caesars might catch flak but tonight they shined.

Every time I go through the drive-through, I seem to get the manager, Jen. She is always friendly and happy to inform me on the different options no matter how many times she has told me lol. Our food is always fresh, our order is accurate, we never have to wait in line. We do wait for the pizzas to be made because we order non-hot and ready pizzas-(the crazy bread, cheese bread, and wings are always fresh) and we never wait more than 10 minutes. This is very different from experiences I had years ago and honestly that kept me from visiting this place again for quite some time. Now it seems like we’re going there a lot more often. Thank you!!

Little Ceasars is great for when you need to feed the family on a budget. The stuffed Crazy Bread is my favorite, but you cant go wrong with a $10 pizza either.

Ordered online and when I got there the employee informed there is usually a delay when putting in a online order, only had to wait 5 minutes and he was very nice explaining the delay. The atmosphere is really a product of that whole strip mall can't blame the employees

Have ordered from this shop so many times and every time pretty much without fail, I ask for marinara and I never receive it. Grubhub, Doordash and any other delivery service never gets marinara either. I just ordered online, and for the umpteenth time, no marinara. And I can't eat the bread sticks I ordered bc I cannot drive down to PERSONALLY DEMAND that I receive the marinara I PAID FOR

This is NOT the extramostbestest pizza I've ever had. I might as well have just ordered a hot nd ready pepperoni. This is not the first time I've been able to see the cheese (unlike in the picture on the menu), but it sure will be my last try anyway.

I went to pick up a Doordash order this evening 11/26/22 at the Brewerton NY location, arrived at 8:30pm. As I was walking towards the store a male employee quickly went to lock the door. I returned to my car and called Doordash to report this as well as alert my customer. All the sudden 10 mins later this employee opens the door yelling out something I could not hear but I assumed he was telling me to come in. I was still on the phone with Doordash who had tried to call them with no answer. I can not believe how disrespectful this employee was. He tried telling me there is a sign saying they lock the doors at 8:30 to which I replied “why are you open till 9 then?”(even if that is true, Little Caesar’s needs to add that into the app) He was so beyond rude and condescending and I’ll admit I was as well because I was also working and in shock over him seeing me and running to lock the door. Even the Doordash representative heard our conversation and understood my frustration. There was a female working as well and she was kind but whoever this male employee was, he was disgusting. I’ll never order from there and I will not pick up orders from there again. I’m grateful the customers were so understanding especially because they had a bunch of cars outside of their home when I arrived so they were planning on their pizza. Absolutely despicable behavior from that employee.

So sorry place to be a fast food business sad at the drive-thru for over 25 minutes at the window the employees looked right at had no intentions on taking an order then the phone rang and their comments are don't answer that very rude will never go there again none of my family or any of my friends who go there after this service place should be shut down or find better help they should reimburse for the fuel burnt sitting at the drive-thru. The place hasn't even worth half a star
