The place requires a meal per person to occupy a table, and I'm happy to pay that, but the waiter service is terrible, the food is bland and doesn't taste good, and the restroom attendant is rude—even if you're ordering something, she refuses entry, and if she does let you in, it's rudely! They should improve everything! I would never go back.
They're selling fries for 200 MXN!!! Honestly, it's highway robbery. I don't recommend it.
The food is very poorly served for the price listed on the menu. When we asked for the bill, they tried to charge us over $800 pesos, claiming it was for service, even though they initially told us there wouldn't be a service charge. They also tried to add an extra dish to our order. I don't recommend it.
Completely ridiculous prices for what they offer; they want to create the new Tulum.
The tables and everything are in a good location facing the sea; however, the prices are outrageous for what it is. I think you can find tastier and cheaper food in other places that aren't even far away—there are literally several restaurants before you even go down to the beach. They didn't give us rice because they were out, and those who did get it had burnt and cold rice. Another side dish with some of the meals is a salad that's simply lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. The lettuce was bitter, and the cucumber wasn't even properly grated. They barely give you any limes. The tip is listed as "optional service," but if you don't check the bill, you might pay the full amount without realizing that a certain amount is for the tip. It's important to remember that tipping in Mexico is not mandatory, according to Profeco (the Federal Consumer Protection Agency). The service isn't bad, but it's very slow; it can take anywhere from one and a half to two hours to get your food. 🚽The bathrooms are disgusting. There's not even enough space to urinate in peace. They're unisex, and there's no water in the sink. There are showers before the restrooms, and they're filthy—literally covered in mold, and the showerheads are rusty. Honestly, I don't recommend it. It's a total rip-off.
The food was good, but the service from some of the waiters was very bad, and what I liked least was that they charge you for table service ($500) if not everyone orders.
Their stomachs growl terribly, they order a dish per person (drinks don't count), the food is good, the waitress provides good service, the others don't
Terrible service, the food is disgusting and expensive, I recommend not visiting that restaurant, it's better to bring food.
Terrible service. I waited an hour for a salad, only to be told, after asking, that they didn't have octopus. I had to go to the kitchen and stand up to get what I ordered. The owner was awful, rude, and drunk. The bathrooms were dirty, the showers had no water, and the kitchen was disgusting and unsanitary. I don't recommend it.
