Gregory’s Coffee Broadway Reviews
Amazing coffee. Came back here every day of my stay!
Only got beverages, but I really enjoyed the service. Everyone was courteous, plus the order came quickly. Enjoyable place overall.
Girl with the short blonde hair was very nice love her!! She helped me figure out my gingerbread latte and it was perfect, I work at a coffee shop myself so I can appreciate a good latte!
Love Gregorys. I honestly love the Mocha latte the most. The notes In the coffee is actually better than Starbucks to me errrrrr lol..
Quick stop for a latte on a walking tour through Financial District. No complaints, quick service. Good spot to drop in.
This coffee had to be some of the best I have had yet. I was visiting the area headed to the statue of liberty and stumbled into this place. It was the best stumble I could’ve made. Service was quick and friendly, open seating, and the COFFEE was AMAZING. It had its own unique flavor. I would recommend this place over all chain coffee shops in a heart beat! The only con was no bathrooms, but the coffee made up for that.
I had an exceptional experience at this coffee shop! The ambience was perfect for relaxing, making it a wonderful place to unwind. I indulged in their creamy, foamy latte, which was superbly crafted. The banana bread was a standout—moist, fresh, and a perfect complement to my coffee. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a top-notch coffee experience!
Just spent ten days in New York and would class ourselves as definite Gregulars. We sampled several of the company's coffee shops across New York and this was definitely our favourite. The staff were super friendly and efficient and the coffee, both iced and regular, was great. It's also a great place to sit for half an hour watching the world go by. Shame there isn't a Gregory's in the UK so we'll have to make do with trying to recreate Fall Oat Boy and the salted caramel latte ourselves until we can come back!!
I love having coffee, and if you are a coffee lover you too will really love them as well. Their coffee is amazing, especially the dark/french roast… I would personally recommend to have it. They have some savoury snacks as well like cookies and bread which is freshly baked and I you can get the aroma of it… do try it and let me know
Great location to stop by and have a cup of a really good coffee. I ordered cappuccino and croissant. All pastries here are fresh. You can find good variety of vegan and gluten-free snacks as well. Stuff here is truly friendly and always welcoming. I definitely recommend this coffee shop for those who enjoying qualitative coffee.
Gregory’s coffee was right besides the stock exchange building and luckily was the only cafe open during the holiday period, making it a savior during the cold weather! The have a cute and not very spacious ambiance. We ordered a hot chocolate drink and coffee and had a Avocado chilly toast. The toast was super expensive, I am guessing it’s coz of the in-house bread dough. It was plain, simple and right for the to go brunch. Also, the name can be misleading, it’s not very spicy but just the right amount of chilli flavor. Hot chocolate drink was the star and was amazing for the holiday spirits!!
I enjoy their coffee, but I recently started going to a different and farther location because the customer service had become consistently poor. The baristas were so impolite that I honestly assumed they were the owners. I did leave a review and received a standard response along with a refund, which was considerate, but the damage was already done.
Didn’t eat or drink here Walked in , the place was completely empty and at the sight of the tidiness (or lack of it) I walked right out. Food on the floor , dirty cups on tables , just a total mess .
Got the banana bread from here today. I was desiring banana bread and this did not disappoint! A lot of walnuts, but since this is a banana walnut bread, that makes sense. I personally would opt out of the bread since the excess of walnuts is not my preference. Overall, delicious treat. I’ve been here before for their coffee and often enjoy it. A good latte or cappuccino have been enjoyed from Gregory’s! Looking forward to purchasing another coffee soon as I only stopped by for the pastry. And umm… yes, I ate the entire bread 🫢🙈, so is it your healthiest option? No, it seems like other options are there with less sugar but not too many. I was looking out for gluten free options but there were at most two options. So that is a bit disappointing— plus those options were next to the regular pastries. So for those with allergic reactions to gluten, this may not be your place.
We came specifically to try the new item, but the only staff member totally infuriated us. We walked in just before 4 PM, and he completely ignored us. When we tried to place an order, he rudely said they were closing. Then, in under 30 seconds, he churned out two cups of coffee that tasted really odd… After making them, he just tossed them aside, so we had to pick them up ourselves. When we tried to sit down to drink them, he wouldn’t let us—kept muttering “I’m closing” and forced us out. In the end, in pouring rain, I ended up drinking my coffee at the subway station…
