Fast friendly service. Orders come out fairly quick. My boys love their breakfast sandwiches here. And if you're in a rush they have a drive thru.

We went there today to bring our pug her first ever pupachinno for her first birthday :) she loved it! We loved the fact it did not cost anything and the girl at the counter was super nice :)

Indulge with iced coffee year round, but had a few times where it appears that they put the burnt bottom of the hot coffee into the iced coffee making for a horrible experience and an inability to even drink.

DD is fine. The location can be difficult to enter if you're traveling north on Long Pond Road or want to go north upon leaving. There is a middle turning lane, but lots of people want to use it so near to the traffic light.

Prices are cheaper at this Dunkin, noticeably so. Usually coffee is made well here, unlike other locations that don't seem to know how to make a macchiato. Drive thru and parking is poorly designed though. Usually a long wait as well, but at least my order is accurate and I don't have to go through multiple times and repeatedly explain that I get the same drink everytime, so I know it is made wrong🙄😅

I do love their coffee here but it's honestly a hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee tastes fresh as can be and others it tastes burnt or stale. The baristas are always willing to remake the order but it's hard when you're crunched for time or have doubts the next cup will be any better than before.

I love dunkin donuts coffee, but today I ordered a large frozen coffee, couldnt even get through half of it before getting really sick. I'm not sure if their was an expired product in it or what but I'm very sick now. In the future maybe they can start checking their dates before serving anything.

In and out, walked inside, always, I never go to the drive through. Get waited on fast, the only thing is I wish the Carmel hot coffee was much hotter. It's always Luke warm.

Service is always Great and it's always pretty clean inside. My Bacon,egg, and cheese Croissant was a little dry and hard.

Four stars for me this trip because while inside picking up order it wasn't clear that what was standing on the counter waiting was actually my order. No clearly marked tags, labels or receipts attached. Had to wait for counter rep to advise. Other than that, was okay.

Their drive thru definitely takes some time but I'm not really certain it's employee's fault since inside orders go so quick. I think people just order ridiculous amounts of stuff at the drive thru, making more work for limited number of employees.

Cute little Dunkin'; pickup was easy and the drive thru seemed well maintained. Very little wait time. Donuts and sandwiches are always delicious. I've found that the way the coffee is prepared varies based on who makes it, but I haven't had a bad coffee yet. The interior is always clean, it's a cozy little lunch spot. Occasionally they'll be out of product but they're more than willing to do replacements if possible.

2025: I have stop here now and then, they offer great service here. This spot does a fundraiser with the NYS Police Department for the Special Olympics. Also, if they are out of a product, they do let you know. This year, new to me is the Holiday tree!

It was a decent option in this North Central section of New York State as if you are looking for food at a reasonable price. The choices where the same as if we were in the city so if you are in Brockport and you need some Dunkin then definitely stop by this location.

Good, not great. Half of the time they are out of dark roast coffee!! Ummmm your a coffee place so you should have more than enough regular, dark and decaf coffee on hand to never run out!

There is always a wait here. The drive thru often impairs traffic on a busy road. It's Dunkin though, the expectations of the menu are consistent.

This is the straw that broke the camels back. I love DD and I go there all the time for coffee and a bagel, but on countless occasions have I ordered a bagel with butter and I get home to eat and find out that there is cream cheese on it. This happens way too often and I have lost quite a few dollars to this and I am not going to make the trip back to get it fixed. It's just so aggravating sometimes.

Love the coffee here, and the prices. But when half the time the orders incorrect. Never any consistany.. Wish they could start getting my order correct. So I'm not wasting my time or money..

UPdate 10/8/20 it's gotten somewhat better. Slowest service. I like the coffee but management needs to work on expediting the drive through. It's always the slowest line, it must be costing them a ton of business. I'm dumbfounded everytime I make the mistake of coming here. Get your act together! Literally 20 minutes to get coffee.... one positive is I had plenty of time to post this while waiting! Lol they gave me the wrong order.... still here....

Device was great. Place was clean . Food was mediocre. Drink was too sweet.

I've been coming to this location for the last 2 years while working in Brockport. Last years service was excellent, fully cooked bacon, egg, and cheese Bagle. This new school year, they either don't have plain or seeded bagel. The bagel, bacon, even the cheese isn't warm enough to be slightly melted when it's served to me. Disappointed after spending $7 (includes a hot tea or coffee)

Dear Dunkin..... I hate to be the one who explains this but on your receipt and website a power breakfast sandwich when asked with no bread gets 2 veggie egg white patties. Why does your staff not do this? If you would correct this it would be greatly appreciated.

In general, I enjoy DD- in other locations. Brockport DD is loud. Cold. Some staff unfriendly every single time I have visited. I cannot understand why this site does not improve. If in town, go directly to Tim Horton's. Update: I took a chance on this location again because Dunkin was giving away coffee. The staff was wonderful! When I complimented the two staff working the drive thru- it turned out they were from another Dunkin and were there only to help out during the special day. From the window I could see local staff inside doing nothing. Sheesh!

Coffee inconsistent, the manager is rude and the help took three tries at getting the coffee right. If I am paying $2 for cream cheese i expect more than a skin coat on one side. I have walked out pissed 3 out of the 5 times I have been in the place.

I'm not a fan of this Dunkin or lately any of the Dunkin. Not sire of its staffing issues or what. Drive through takes for ever so never time to stop before work. Last time I waited over 20 minutes in line. Crazy! But the food always comes out burnt now or the snacking bacon seems to always come out chewy and cold? Dunkin has seriously gone down hill in many surrounding areas. Brockport, Spencerport, Greece.

When I pay for extra cream cheese this is what I get. This is not the only time this has happened. Very rarely do I actually get what I ask for.

Used to be okay, now extremely slow drive up service. I wasted my lunch break waiting on a latte and bakery item. Finally got to the window to find they didn't get half my items. Half the time I go, the cappuccino machine is out of order. I'll forgo the flavors for speed and go to Tim Hortons now.

Normally, I love dunkin’. But today i came here and the service was so slow. And when I got my donut, it was completely destroyed, just thrown in the bag, fingerprints all over it.

I order all the time from Dunkin, if I get any more than 2 items my entire order is messed up and tastes awful. Could you guys maybe train your employees differently? Or something? I’d hate to see yet another Brockport fast food place go down the drain more

Iv'e been to this Dunkin a number of times and everything was good. I stopped in with a co-worker for a cup of coffee. While waiting for our coffee inside an worker from the attached business next door came in with a used Dunkin cup. An employee took the cup and scooped it through the ice bin and gave it back to her. Unfortunately that did it for me, it's close to my home but I won't be returning.

Every time I go to this location, the 6-7 employees on duty, have too much to do and are not well trained with everyone asking people making drinks and meals how to do things. They need better training or a better manual to read. I have not gone to Dunkin in one 3 years. A friend gave me a gift card, but I will be giving it back. I never get just a coffee in under 10 mins. There are better coffee shops for $4 per cup of large coffee.

I love their coffee, when they get it correct. I've had too many times where my coffee tasted burnt or they didn't put sugar or flavoring in when I ordered the caramel craze. Having to go back in or having to wait for a corrected order shouldn't have to happen if they got it right the first time.

I had to wait 10 bloody minutes just for my pumpkin spice latte and it tasted worse than the water in my dog's water bowl. The coffee machines broke. I was late to my spa day WHICH I paid over $300 for. They had enbearably low energy. It just wasn't good.

I was given a drippy cup. When I pointed out to the girl at the drive thru window, she just stared at me, I was in a hurry so I left, not even a napkin. As I drove I quickly discovered there was actually a crack in the cup. Needless to say I wasted my time and money... Usually love DD, not this day!

Be prepared to wait 5 minutes at the counter while the employees finish gossiping to pay $2.50 for day old stale doughnuts and to be served said day old doughnuts like you are burdening them.

Wasn't thrilled when I went in yesterday and initially requested 6 vanilla cream doughnuts and was told by the girl who waited on me that if I wanted to order that many of the same doughnut I would need to call ahead in the future. While I adjusted what I wanted and changed it only 3 vanilla cream doughnuts, I found this to be incredibly rude. I'm there, with money to spend, it's not my job as the customer to worry about potential customers not getting what they want. I was there between 1130am and noon.

THEY ARE THE SLOWEST AT DOING ANYTHING! And don’t get your order right most of the time. This is the ONLY DD I’ve ever had trouble with. Given hard donuts, donuts with NO filling or little filling. Hire more people or give them more incentive to be faster and thorough instead of seeming like they hate their job (drive thru)

This Dunkin’ location is hit and miss. I have been getting the same order for over 2 years now regularly and the staff argues with you if you tell them your coffee doesn’t look right. I get 3 creams in my iced coffee and when they try to hand me a black coffee and tell me it is right, I know it is not. It’s so inconsistent here. Today when I told the woman at the window my coffee did not look right she slammed the coffee down in their clear box they hand out. She then proceeded to rudely give me my change and it all fell on the ground outside of the window.

Stopped here a half hour before they closed and sat at the drive through for 10mins with no one taking orders. Sign was on and they were still very much open but clearly didn't care to take any orders. When I went by the window a worker was just standing there, I understand it's close to closing time but they could have atleast said sorry we are not taking orders instead of letting me sit there.

I stopped ordering coffee a long time ago because I’ve learned how inconsistent it can be at this location & how frequently it’s incorrect but I waited 15 minutes at the window of the drive through today & then the quantity of my order was incorrect. I called the number listed online & it was an automated message saying that there was no voicemail set up. How am I supposed to get help if no one picks up? … I even called 3 more times, to no avail. Ridiculous.

This particular location seems to be one of the most poorly run in the area and I will no longer be patronizing it. The drive thru is always backed up, they're always out of something, or the order is entirely wrong. This morning I was told that they couldn't offer food because of a staffing issue, and yet there were 3 people working. You mean to tell me not a single one could put food in the toaster, it's not like they are cooking from scratch. My last visit prior to this one, the inside of the place was absolutely filthy and the staff were just standing around on their phones, nobody bothering to clean the tables or floor covered in food and coffee. I know you can't expect much from fast food in a small town but they seem to just not care at all at this place.

It's dunkin. Depending on the location, you get AWESOME or mediocre at best. Brockport location is mediocre. If you order a white cream filled doughnut, be prepared to either laugh or be disappointed. There is literally "*" that much cream in them. I ordered a dozen and got three of these in the dozen. You can see the issue in the picture. After the first one (i ripped all the fried edges off to feel less guilty) , I noticed it was basically empty inside. I decided to check the other two, and they were worse. How is that even possible?? 🤔 Do better. Dunkin used to be the best! Now they're the dollar tree of doughnuts. Not by price, but cheap plastic toy isle quality in Brockport. And still expensive!

I love vanilla chai so today we went through the drive up while we were in Brockport. I ordered a large chai and was looking forward to it. Usually when I get these which is not too often, they are too hot to drink. Not this one, I took one sip and it was lukewarm at best. Needless to say I was very disappointed and had to wait until I got home to nuke it. I won’t be stopping their again.

The Dunkin on Lake Rd. in Brockport is the worst!! They never get the orders right and that’s after you have to sit in the drive-thru line for 25 mins!! Also, whoever planned the space for the drive-thru clearly overlooked some major issues-like parking space and turning space, you can barely fit an SUV over there!!!Horrible service- if you don’t have anywhere to be , then go, otherwise plan to be late coming from this one!!

Always out of a lot of things. Every time I order I have to change almost everything then to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to be told if you want your stuff faster to go inside even tho it’s not any better when you go inside then when you do finally get your order something is missing and they close the window

This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are slow everyday no matter what time it is. The employees are rude and act like they have no idea what they’re doing. It sucks that this is the only one around this area. Someone needs to come in here and fix this place, it’s embarrassing for the company.

Ive postponed giving this review ..because its understandable that a order could be wrong from time to time ...after what has been at minimum 6 seperate ocasions now all at different times with all different staff ...this store needs serious training ...order after order always wrong ...not completely wrong just a part of them...but each item wrong someway everytime...and every person i know says the same thing about this location. Please get your staffing up to par ...and make this location what it should be ..and not the joke it is ...

Every time you go by someone new in windows does not know how to combine deals that come with drinks, so you pay full price, latte‘s when u order hot are always cold and when you pull up to window, you have to wait for 20 minutes for them to make a cold cup of latte that was supposed to be hot , not just one time occurrence but always

Why can they never make the right drink.... we all ordered. The same thing.. frozen coffee with caramel... yet they all tasted different and equally as disgusting!! Looks like Tim Horton’s it is from now on!

This is by far the slowest dunkin doughnuts around. I go to this dunkin doughnuts every day and it never improves. You could be the only person in the drive through pull up to the menu board and they're like I'll be with you in a moment..... 3 or 4 minutes later, it's sad. The line is usually out to the road but hey gotta have my dunkin can't be without it.

I have literally never had worse service at a drive thru than this Dunkin. I have been able to watch a full episode of The Office after I had placed my order. It literally took them over 25 minutes to get five cars through the drive thru. This wasn’t just a one time thing either it has been a consistent 20 minute wait in the drive thru for anything. Not likely to ever return to this location by my own free will.

Dunkin has not once gotten our order right. Decent coffee but would not recommend getting food unless you are open to missing part of your sandwich/meal. Update 2/2022 Tried Dunkin again thinking maybe it improved but it actually got worse. I asked for a sourdough sandwich meal and got just the sandwich. The bread wasn't toasted at all and the hash browns I paid extra for were soggy. This was garbage and I will not be going back. If a year can't fix it, nothing will.

Long lines most of the time and you are very lucky if you're coffe is made right! Last resort coffee right here!

I ordered a medium iced coffee,1 sugar, 2 creams, from here but should have turned around as soon as I walked in. If you can smell burnt coffee when you entering the dining area, just don't bother. This seems to be a common thread at Dunkin. I have visited 5 locations in the past 2 months and in only two was I not greeted with the smell of coffee that had sat on burner too long. The coffee was bitter and my normal order above which has been perfect at different locations was pretty much tossed after a few sips. If the coffee is burnt, there's no point in having them redo my drink. Stick to Gates or N. Chili locations where I have never had an issue.

The guy behind the counter was nice but they had to remake someone's coffee 3 times while I was waiting for my order to be taken. I ordered yeast donuts but they were all old.

Went there on 9/8 . their headsets weren't working so we pull up to the window. I order a medium coffee with French vanilla,one sugar extra cream hot, my boyfriend orders a large hot 6 sugars one cream. They try to give us an ice coffee, tell them that's not what we ordered. We get our coffee and leave, drive for about 10 minutes when my boyfriend takes a sip of his coffee and its tea.I take a sip of mine and it taste like tea also. How the hell do you mix up tea and coffee? If we weren't on our way somewhere I would have definitely went back. Needless to say we threw the tea away,wasted our money, and didn't get to have coffee. You guys suck.

Arrived at 12:42 today, got to the window at 1:05 and the order was wrong. We reordered two hot chia lattes with almond milk and two snackin bacon. They trie d to give us two iced chia lattes. People were just driving out of drive thru. Got the drinks, mine was freezing, and my wife’s was just warm, when we ordered warm. I had to park the car and come in... now it’s 1:15pm on November 1st. Very badly run!

Awful store. First off it's the slowest Dunkin' Donuts out of anyone I've been too. You could probably read a hard cover novel before the food/drinks are out to you. I've been to other busy locations that have been so much faster and have been just as busy as these guys. Then, the new summer flavors are in and I decided to try one of them out, I pull in at 7am and they tell me they aren't even open yet because an opener didn't show up and they are behind and can't help me. It's always something with this location. When does someone decide to step up and admit something is really wrong. Its ashame that Tim Hortons will have my business from now on because I don't even like there drinks or food that much but at least they will serve me.

6 o'clock on May 1st. Sitting here eating breakfast from Tim Hortons while writing this. I give all establishments at least 2 screw ups but this is the 3rd with this DD. I walk in to an empty coffee shop. Walk up to counter. Girl looks at me and walks away. I stand there for a full 5 minutes. She walks past me again and pours a coffee for the drive up. I leave and head to Timmy Ho's. The service is absolutely the WORST of any place I have ever been. How they are still in business is beyond me. Don't waste your time or money here.

Took 25 minutes on a Sunday morning to get to the order speaker at the drive-thru. 6 cars in front of me at the most. Had the time to wait at first and it slowly dwindled away. Never even got to order before I had to leave.

I’ve had so many miserable experiences with this Dunkin’ Donuts that I have only myself to blame for continuing to give them my money. They’re constantly out of things, most notably eggs for breakfast sandwiches. This is somewhat perplexing for a chain that specializes in breakfast foods. They also routinely screw up my orders (croissants and English muffins are pretty easy to differentiate, folks) and half the time don’t give you napkins or they’ll crumple one up and bury it at the bottom of the bag. Thanks! On my most recent visit I sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes only to reach the speaker and be informed that they weren’t serving food because they were too far behind. The employees are rude or indifferent and if this place even has managers they’re so useless they couldn’t pour urine from a boot if the instructions were on the heel.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes only to be told they weren't serving food. Everytime I have gone they have been missing obvious items you wouldn't expect a dunkin to be low on. Trash place - avoid until they get better management.

Currently have been in the drive thru for over 20 minutes now….. Update. Was able to place order after 45 minutes just to get the wrong drink. Only ordered 1 drink. 45 minutes and messed it Up. They seriously need new staff. Doesn’t seem that they have a single person in there competent enough to make a coffee.

Had at least 2 people on Staff after waiting in line for 30 mins in the drive through a woman comes out with a cigarette and a lighter in her hand saying they were closing due to understaffing. I stated it was a mobile order and she's like did you call for a refund? I'm on my way to work because that's what I have time for. I understand being busy and being overwhelmed but this is poor managed and you should at least finish the line you made wait that long. I will be reaching out to corporate. Also, you could hear her punching the door at the location so who ever is in charge should look in to this more.

Sat in the drive through for near 25 minutes with a line of cars out to the road and no one said a word over the drive thru speaker the entire time. Ended up leaving and going to Taco Bell next door and as we drove out you could see no one in the lobby or waiting at the drive thru? So not quite sure why this location can’t run properly especially at a non rush hour time but won’t be going back. Head over to the Taco Bell around the coroner, service and food is better anyways.

Waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes 2 days in a row like this. I finally left and both times I see them just standing there talking to each other. Not paying any attention. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

This location should be closed IMMEDIATELY. Recently, they became so understaffed that they kept taking pick up orders, but LOCKED all the doors into the building. So you could order coffee in the app for pickup, pay for it, but could not pick it up. Seems like fraud to me.... To make matters worse, they closed their drive thru, so you couldn't even drive thru and pick up coffee. If corporate wanted a good example of how to NOT run a franchise, this would be the poster child. I can't think of a single positive thing about this location other than the fact that they always give me a napkin with my coffee.

Pretty sure drive thru person was high..she was very rude and tried to rush us before they even gave us the rest of our order. Gave us the wrong drink then laughed at us for asking them to correct it. Worst service ever!

HORRIBLE. Not sure what is worse, the team members or the management here. Gonna go with management though because I don’t know how any employee could be in a good mood with such poor management. I am genuinely shocked this place is still up and running. You want to go through the drive through? Sure, bring a couple books because it will take a few hours. Then after your long wait, you’re lucky to have your order correct. It is embarrassing to see the operations of this place. The owner needs to get down here and evaluate his “management.” It is comical how the owner is making great income, yet runs a horrible business.

Workers are usually super rude, it's super slow, and my easy order is messed up a lot and i've been ordering the same thing for years. I was here the other day and I was AT THE PLACE WHERE YOU SAY YOUR ORDER, and i waited there for 23 minutes. That's right. (I was desperate for coffee). And this is after someone in front of me had also left after a few minutes of nobody even asking for their order. So I go in to see whats going on (mind you there was nobody in front of me) and i wait another 6 minutes to be served before the manager I presume angerly whispers to a worker to come serve me, I told them about my wait and they ignored it taking my order where im told theyre out of most stuff so I leave and go to mcdonalds where within 5 minutes I have my delicious breakfast and coffee and im back on the road. Moral of this story. Dont go here. Not worth the overpriced food, slow service, rude workers almost everytime i go here, and messed up orders. Go to Tim hortens Or mcdonalds.

The coffee if made to the way you order it it is good. PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE! Plan at least an extra 15 mins when going there. Bagels are NEVER toasted, still cold even asking for it to be toasted twice. NEVER ONCE when I ordered food did it come out right. People that work at this location either need to be trained longer or retrained the right way by the proper management. Would not be sorry if this location closed.

Firstly I am not blaming the employees because they are always kind, maybe there is new management or something? I used to enjoy this location but recently every time I try to go here there's a problem. My daughter can't drink milk, she gets almond milk every time we go, I asked for almond milk in her coffee and was told "we don't carry almond milk" The lattes are bitter every time I order one. Usually it's clean and smells like coffee inside, but the last time I went it smelt like a porta potty.

They are extremely slow that is if you get ordered on at all in the first 10 minutes standing there. The bathrooms are disgusting, I went into one and it looks recently used and the other just unclean. People eat here, take care of it please

Terrible. Went in for an online order that i ordered 10 mins prior and girl said she couldn’t make it Bc they were too busy. there was 2 other people in the store and 3 people in the drive through. I couldn’t wait because I ordered ahead for a reason This location sucks everytime i go here. Just the wait time in general are usually 20 mins if you don’t order ahead. The girl with a blonde pony was extremely rude.

What is this?!?! Just for clarification there is no meat on this wrap so it must be burnt cheese. My dog wouldn't even eat this.

Seems like every single time I go here, I’ve had an issue. Maybe it’s just chance though. I recently went to get 3 dozen donuts for an event-the “supervisor” yelled at the employee and said “we can’t do that! That’s too many!” I also got a hot chocolate. It was straight water with some chocolate at the bottom. It was simply gross. Save your time, go to Tim Hortons.

There is so much wrong with this establishment. First, the staff are highly inattentive; I’ve been ignored multiple times while waiting to order at the register. The employees work incredibly slowly, which causes the drive-thru line to back up onto the main road. The coffee and food are very inconsistent, ranging from mediocre to plain terrible. In addition, there have been multiple instances where their scanners didn’t work for app-based payment or rewards, which is frustrating. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

On 10/10/25 my husband got coffee and a donut from the drive though. He got to work five minutes later and the coffee was cold and he was given the wrong donut. Check your order if you go here because they are NOT.

The male manager Andy does not know how to handle rejection. After he hit on me and was turned down he has refused to make a drink correctly every visits since this occurred. I visit this location regularly for work and his lack of professionalism is very disappointing. This has been occurring for months, not a one off incident.

My iced coffee was not only wrong but also bitter and gross. Croissant stuffer was thrown into a bag of napkins, and stuck to them. Almost nobody in line and had to wait and repeat my order. What’s going on management?

Drive thru service is terrible. Placed mobile order, pulled up saw 5 cars in line, figured np. 14 minutes later picked up cold sandwiches. Watched them bring 1, drink at a time to the car in front of us. Yes, literally 1 drink at a time!!! Not too mention the girl taking orders was very rude at pick up window. Very Bad Service Find another location.

Came in for my morning coffee like I usually do two creams. Two sugars with vanilla flavoring with cold foam on top. Never have I ever had an issue ordering this coffee at any of your locations until this morning. I was told it's against company policy because it's a waste I would gladly pay for the cold foam but was told they're not allowed to do it. Like I said, the first time I've ever heard this before and I find it odd that I can go right next door to Tim Hortons and order the same coffee and not have any issues Manager was very rude when confronted about it.
