The fact that you can hear the bachata that the employees are listening to more than the ambient music is disturbing. The food is okay. If you can go to a different location a good ambience and music better.

Very unpleasant employees at times! They can be very rude, aquire an attitude when asking simple questions or completely ignore you however the cashier all the way at the end heard the question and answered. Very rude on that young ladies behalf. If i shared her ignorance i would have left the food there she had already served and ventured into a more welcoming establishment. Place was clean and food edible!

Something is seriously off with the food here. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with extra chicken. It looked fine and tasted normal, but within minutes of eating it I had severe stomach issues and immediate diarrhea. I have never experienced a reaction like that from Chipotle before. This was not a mild stomach ache — it was an urgent situation right after eating. That should not be happening from a fresh meal. It honestly makes me question the food handling or how long the ingredients were sitting out. Management needs to look into what’s going on because something clearly wasn’t right with that food today.

I get the impression they dont wana help you if you ask for stuff at the end of the register. Forgot my guac and prioritized another guys order before getting my stuff they forgot. Other then that portions ok… food good.

I love Chipotle but today the white rice wasn't completely cooked. It had a lot of hard rice. It wasn't even busy when I went in at 4:30, we were the only ones in line. I'm Disappointed, I came home to eat it and this is what I got.

Only one guy is here He prepared all the meals, then marked them as ready for pickup, after that he started to back them up. This is annoying. The space is clean and i never had food from here

Chile, I walked in POLITE as hell! Asked for extra chicken obviously I know it costs extra I’m surprised she didn’t remind someone usually does. She gives me a tiny portion. Now I’m obviously a big boy! So I said “can I have a little bit more plz” She gives me no lie like 6 little pieces of chicken. I said “okay that’s it!” She said “that’s it?” I said “yeah that’s it..” and walked right out. Nobody wants to be at their job, I know. I work as well. But never have I ever acted like things ppl buy come out of my paycheck. She was nice! Don’t get me wrong she was nice but obviously over the day. But with that being said I don’t understand the attitude over some chicken. Im big as hell, give me a decent portion or im going to uber eats to order some other shit

They really are skimping out, I literally saw the guy put back chicken from the scoop, it’s really ridiculous. $30 for a few pieces of chicken and rice, you guys have lost a customer.

If only the would be a chance of negative feedback that Chipotle would be a winner Manager of this place should’ve been penalized and fired long time ago because stuff he hired is a bunch of people with no knowledge and no clue what they are doing. Starting with bad customer service , rude respond all the way to Uber orders that take 3 hours to finally be cancelled. It’s a bad management , horrible customer service , disrespect for people time and money , not mentioning a chipotle is pricey. Serving old chips , tasteless guacamole to attitude “ if you don’t like don’t come here “. After half and hour of waiting for one burrito “Lady “ literally throws at you bag outside the door right after she was picking her nose …. Disgusting. Place needs the head quarter to take a good look at this bunch of irresponsible and clueless “ people “. NEVER AGAIN ! Looks like if all of you don’t like this job … go find better one ! And btw …this is 13 $ chicken burrito. Looks like kids menu No brains there

Despite other reviews I tried to give them a chance only because we had a discount code and I was already on Fordham. The staff has bad attitudes, they seen people outside waiting in the cold 12/20/21 after five minutes of waiting outside a rude lady final came to the door to ask people what they needed. Our order wasn’t ready even though we made it online through the app, so that was another five minutes of waiting in the cold. Then she put two full bowl orders and two drinks inside of one bag. Every spilled out because the bag was soggy from both the food and drinks. I didn’t get to taste the food is all spilled out.. moral of the story bring your own bags for your food and be prepared to wait.

I had the worst delivery experience at this location. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive but to make matters worst when the order arrived the packaging was sideways and all of the food leaked out inside of the bag. The queso blanco lid was left opened and all of the cheese spilled out inside of the bag. This isn’t the first bad experience I had here, I will never be ordering from this location again.

Hardly ever complain about food but for $13 I expected way more in terms of variety & portion. Ordered through uber eats, no option for tomatoes or pico not sure why. Tried to call 2x got no answer. Your busy due to corona ok but I really felt like my food was made on a production line like no personal touch regarding things I'd asked for

never have the drinks stocked, the sour cream is runny, and customer service when reached is very disrespectful. update Feb 2018 4 months after original review: I have been coming to this location since it opened and am watching it steady decline... you have to ask the employees to clean the tables 90% of the time, the soda /lemonade machine always has a problem for the past 3 months or more.. The employees need to take a refresher training on properly putting carbonation with the sodas and mix plus water with the lemonade .. lemonade is pure syrup and soda is pure carbonation... and no one really wants to pay more for a bottle drink because economically financial wise they aren't ethical. Chipotle needs to do better because something to drink is essential with food for most.
