They had my favorite flavor ice cream pineapple/coconut. Not all Baskin Robbin's have it.

Wonderful staff, great service with a plus for a parking lot behind the store, it is small but there are spots available!

Order was on point. Ordered the caramel Iced coffee and they followed my order to a T. Will be going back when I pass there again.

My mother and I stop by Dunkin Donuts in City Island around 6 to 7pm and we wanted to thank for this nice kind gentleman white,tall Caucasian who lives here in City island in front of the nautical museum and he works at Dunkin Donuts.He was such a gentleman very kind ,very professional, he helped us, he gave his options and choices and we are very grateful and we want to give him a perfect a super perfect because nice people like him deserve a good rating for the business and his high quality of service, like my mother said right now ,I'm enjoying this donut with a nice cold glass of milk. He deserve an A plus plus plus plus. We don't know his name but this fine gentleman was doing his job by treating us like royalty with great respect ,good treatment as customers and the place leaving at sparkless during his last shift and closing the shop tonight. I was riding my bike in city island and on my way back I figured to stop and grab a bit and something cold to drink since it was a hot day. This is a nice affordable place to grab a small bite, some icecream, coffee or any snack for a quick run. It is true their moto America runs on Dunkin. I had me the veggie omelet which was very tasty and a mango banana smoothie, very satisfying. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Nice spot to go. Down fall is there is no parking.

SEE UPDATE Great staff, usually clean, not long wait times. Although City Island doesn't generally welcome national businesses, most of us are glad Dunkin Donuts is here. *UPDATE* Star drop from 5 to 3 Ownership and management has changed, and quality is beginning to decline. Employees have been closing the store earlier than advertised (at 4:00 pm). My girlfriend actually had the door shut in her face on 1/13/21 at 4:25(ish). Service is MUCH less friendly, no smiles or kind comments here anymore. Store cleaning has slowed down, with noticeably more dust and floor dirt accumulated. Doughnuts mostly sold out, daily, by 1 p.m. (or just no longer being prepared). Espresso is burned 100% of the time. I understand Covid impacts us all, but if I'm paying the same amount of money, I expect, at least, the same level of care, service and quality. ORDERS ALWAYS WRONG. UPDATE 2 3 to 4 stars Someone was listening and changes are being made. Ordering accuracy is improving and staff friendliness is much better.

Had ice cream and mini donuts here. The service was great, ice cream delicious, and price is affordable. Had a waffle cone, it was a bit stale. No sugar free ice cream and not as big of a selection of donuts as I'd liked.

This is one of the cleanest Dunkin' Donuts in the Pelham Bay area. It is the only location on City Island. As soon as you drive over the bridge and pull onto the island, look to your left immediately or you will pass it right by. I stopped by there yesterday but my friend went in while I waited in the car. I asked him to get me a Matcha Latte and he came out with an iced pink-ish looking drink for himself. I was VERY curious as to what it was and it turns out they have a new (or a hidden gem) flavor: Red Velvet - and it was AAAAMAZING!! It was so good that I couldn't help but drink about half of his. Now I am a sweetened/sugar fan all the way, but I have one important tip for this location - act like you want a lot less sugar than you actually do because the girl that works there makes everything way too sweet. I actually had to throw out a latte last week because it was too sweet. And like I said, I'm a sugar fan all the way but she puts too, too much!

Was in and out of the store. Just the way I like it. I asked for less ice in my drink, but got full ice. I asked for skim milk, but it looks like they gave me whole milk. I guess I will find out later....... We were in a hurry, so I didn't ask them to fix it. Their ice melts pretty quickly, and water downs the drinks. Full cup of ice equals, less drink. They have a decent variety of donuts and pastries to chose from. They have Baskin-Robbins as well. You can get ice cream, pre packaged pints and ice cream cakes. Something for everybody.

The cashiers didn't listen well so I had to do an online order in store and it didn't taste good.

2-star for the lack of service. There was only one employee working there when I arrived and he was making a single coffee. I watched him for 15 minutes to make that one coffee. I was behind the coffee customer. Within those 15 minutes another 10 or so people showed and the very dame people (including me) left because we got tired of waiting. The ice cream selection was nonexistent but the donuts looked delicious. A rude customer showed up demanding a refund for something she thought she had gotten for free (she claims she ordered three coffees but took four and got mad that she was charged for the four she took). The employee handled the situation perfectly. If the guy had help in sure this would be a higher rating. I'll never know because I won't be going back.

I guess they are ok. The 2 times I got coffee from here, which is all I utilize DD for, they screwed it up and it tasted filthy. One time I got a egg and cheese wake up wrap and they burned it. Honestly, idk why I am giving them a star at all. I guess because they are clean and service is decent. But not that decent if you're making a simple cup of coffee taste like dirt so.... I really don't know.

I’ve coming to this location for a while but after today I doubt that I’ll come back . Lady gave me a frozen cold “hot drink” and hard donuts . I told her why my drink is cold and she said that if I want another one I have to wait 10mins because she’s cleaning the machine .

They failed to get me my ice cream, I waited there for 13 minutes and didn’t get service when the people before me got service right away

Very poor service and the workers make their own hours. They decide to close whenever they please at this location. They are supposed to close at 9 and I went there at 8pm and they had already closed up. Terrible location.

I went in to get ice cream and the clerk kept trying to give me latte or ice coffee. She could not seem to understand English. It was quite frustrating! They should have someone on hand that actually understands English.

Update your store hours of operation. You're listed as open at 5am at the door after I arrived says 6am. I planned around your listed store hours and I have to leave the area and travel another 2 to another location.

They mess up your order almost every single time. The only reason we have gone back is cause its the only D&D on the island. But after today. I've had enough. Never again.

Worst Dunkin... went Sunday afternoon 2/9/25.. the 2 girls working have bad attitudes.... milkshake had to much milk... cappuccino blast was the worst made..... I spent alot of money for horrible drinks... they don't care about other people's money...
