Wow!! I had an amazing experience here! The food was incredible. The Yemeni Mulukhiyah was honestly the star of the night, packed with flavor and the best version I’ve ever had. I also ordered the Muqalqal Lamb with Chickpeas, and it was tender and delicious from all of the scallions, peppers and onions. The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting. The bread was BIG, soft, fresh, and perfect for dipping into everything. As a main dish we had the chicken stew, which was so comforting and healthy!! Thank you!

Their aesthetic is so comforting 🥰 Mohammed is very sweet and very attentive, he always greets me and my friends every time we come.The food is always top tier, the owner is also very welcoming. I’ve visited Alshaybani restaurant twice, and I’m confident to say it’s amazing! We tried the Shrimp Fahsa, Fish, Haneeth, and Mzmoum, and everything was very delicious. The marag (broth) was full of rich flavor — the best I’ve tasted in Bay Ridge. If you want to experience real Yemeni taste, this is the perfect place!

The service was exceptional, a very warm and inviting atmosphere from the start and throughout our entire delicious dinner of lamb fahsa (a rich, hearty, four hour cooked, tender stew), clay oven baked flatbread and aromatic black tea. Beautiful, definitely hooked!!

The owner was there tasting a new dish of chicken he is thinking of adding to the menu. He invited to take part in the tasting of the new dish and it was delicious. The servers were friendly and fast. The food is beyond delicious. The saltah was hot, rich and bursting with flavor. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in authentic Yemeni food

Very welcoming, and spacious. Staffs are really friendly, specially Mohammad was serving us, appreciate his friendly attitude and hospitality. We ordered the lamb mazmoum and I higly recommend this dish.

Truly phenomenal food, delicious, fresh, fast service. Lots of vegetarian options. Friendly staff. Booths with curtains for privacy as well as smaller open tables. We got beans, a spicy cheese dip, a bread soaked in herbed yogurt sauce, coconut cake, and they brought out a huge flatbread in a beautiful basket. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Hope they open in Queens soon!

This place is Amazing! Aisha our waitress was spectacular, the food was delicious and the service was 20/10. The prices are reasonable, the ambience of the place is authentic to the Yemeni culture. They have curtains for those who want more privacy. Love this place! I will be back with my family !
