Great food
i love to eat
I've never been here but I order alot from them for delivery. Always timely, tasty and affordable.
We enjoy Anarkali when we visit Brooklyn. One of the few restaurants that serves Mushroom Muttar.
Great food good atmosphere cheap price...waiter could of smile other than that well recommend
Went here and the food is great its very calm and an overall nice restaurant
Great food. Best Indian food in the neighborhood and one of the best in Brooklyn.
Authentic Indian cuisine! Great food ,fast delivery!
Best Indian food I have had in our area
Great food and super friendly, fast service.
Delicious as always. My go to Indian spot!
Good food reasonably priced
Always most enjoyable dinners.
So I ordered from them on my Seamless app a few times and the food is really delicious. So I decided to go by their restraunt and see what it looks like on the inside. It's a romantic dimly lit VERY CLEAN restraunt, I would love to come here on a date night. They even have a 50% of lunch special when you dine in! Gotta come here for lunch and pig out! Lol The food is so good you'll keep stuffing your face even after you're full because you don't want to waste a bite. The servings are generous in comparison to other places that serve similar menu items. Give it a chance, I don't think you'll be disappointed 1/5/2019
Ordered from here on Uber eats and everything was really good. I ordered the anarkali deal with chicken tikka and sagwala chicken. Got kheer on the side. The sagwala chicken was really good and I really enjoyed the rice pudding. Would definitely order from here again iA
The best Indian meal I have had in Brooklyn. The chicken tikka masala was tender and rich. The vegetable sambusa was also very good and came with a variety of unique dipping sauces. A very cozy environment, highly recommend!
Excellent Indian cuisine and service. Not many people know how terrific this spot is. Easy parking, too. Could use a few plants and pictures...lots of natural light.
I enjoy Indian Cuisine, but every Kitchen makes its own specialties & flavors. I found that Anarkali takes special care when preparing their dishes. I enjoy dishes such as Mango Chicken, Samosas, fish or vegetable dishes! The flavors & authenticity I've become acustomed to long ago, are esplendidly re-created at Anarkali, and they do not shay away from suggestions! Thanks, Anarkaly!
The food was excellent and the people welcoming. We ate inside as we were the only party at the time. Good naan, papadam and sauces.
Perfect neighborhood spot with delicious food. Despite it being a busy night, our host was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
Anarkali’s food is delicious. My favorites are the mango chicken and the saag aloo. The chicken tikka masala is also delicious, as is the naan. The only thing I don’t recommend is the gulab jamun.
Amazing food. Especially for the $. Butter chicken was one of the best I’ve ever had.
Very tasty indian food with a great portion. And the restaurant is very quiet beautiful one. Definitely go again
Excellent undiscovered restaurant. First rate food and reasonable prices. I really like Indian food and this is my restaurant of choice
Such good food! Ordered for delivery and it arrived so fast, still super hot and everything was delicious. Will order again :)
I happened to notice this restaurant as I was on my way to work. I like Indian food so I decided to give it a try. It was a very nice experience overall. I ordered the seafood curry, asking that it be made as least spicy as possible, and a mango lassi. The food took a little while to come out, even though there was only one other person in the establishment, but it was worth the wait. The curry was delicious & just the right size. The mango lassi was served in a tall glass & was also very tasty. Street parking can get a bit tricky here, but the food & service make this one restaurant that I recommend.
Best Indian food i ever had in New York!
The food is good. I live around the corner and it's always been easy to order from there website and pick up with no problem. You can pay more somewhere else and get better I guess, but this is what I want to pay, the menu has what I want, and I'm always looking forward to eating it again.
The food was great I ordered take out. First off they were very polite on the phone, speedy service, food delivered was hot, fresh, and my order was correct. Not only did the taste hit my palate well it also sat well on my stomach which not many Indian food restaurants do that for me. They also gave a complimentary desert which was awesome. I would order again and recommend this place to anyone in my area or in the area in which they deliver. Great job guys!
This is our neighborhood's favorite restaurant. We come here about twice a month. We love all the vegetarian dishes they have there. Super flavorful and generous. We are known by the staff and they have been very friendly towards us. Best feature are the special deals: the 50% in-house lunch discount and the lunch boxes to go!
great food! have only had vegetarian meals, very quick and great prices

Good local restaurant
Good food.
Fast delivery service! Food was delicious and Naan was fluffy..will definitely order from them again!
Flavorful chicken breast. The bikirany rice was really tasty. The mango lassi was really tasty
Food was great. Didn't take a long time.
Cheap good food during lunch hour. In House only.
Never had complaints about their food. The restraunt itself is often empty, I assume most do take out. They have a good dine in special for lunch.
Ordered in. Samosas were great! Wanted to get kheer for eid, photos suggested it was a sevaiya kheer, but what was sent instead read rice pudding. Still a great snack, just wish the menu description on grubhub was accurate. Will order again to sample the mains!

OK
Meh. Food was plentiful and cheap, but poorly executed.
Food was excellent. The server was rude.
There is a significant difference between the takeout and the eat-in food. Eat-in always seems much better. We won't order take out from here anymore. They recently got their health grade up to an A from a B, so maybe its better now. The ambiance is .... zero. If they made it feel like a little more of a special experience to eat there more people would probably come. Play music or something! Hang pictures on the walls!
I’ve ordered from here a bunch of times and unfortunately it’s just super inconsistent. :( The sauce in the chicken tikka masala and butter chicken is so liquidy and runny, and the chicken is tough. Rice is good, naan and samosas are just okay.
Not a good quality food. Won't recommend.
Such a worst customer service.
We used to order twice weekly, not any more.. Potatoes not cooked well, cauliflower was very hard and no matter we ask nicely please make the food not too spicey and cook the food well, they never listen..time for a change!
Ok Indian food experience. It was ok portions and the food was only ok... Just a little taken aback when we say the B grade in the window.
Ordered naan and butter chicken from them. I had butter chicken from so many places now. The sauce was too runny and not creamy. The chicken was weird teasting. The naan was okay. Do not recommend it. I went around dinner time and the restaurant was empty. U can imagine.

This is Bangladeshi restaurant
Food was undercooked and nothing like the pictures!!! Also, was missing one thing that I ordered and paid extra for!
Very very disappointed . Staff was so rude and tried to charge me extra .and there behavior like don’t care about customer value
the one who picks up phone is so rude ! he screams through phone .
Worst service not friendly staff worst food to expensive
expensive food is not great
I ordered food two hours ago and am still waiting. When I ordered the man taking my order said my address was very far for such a small order. Still he took my credit card info and accepted the order. I just called to see where my food was and he said “you are too far”. He then said he thinks the delivery guy is on his way but has no idea when he will arrive! This is total BS!!!
Paid $14 for chicken tikka masala(which I'm obsessed with) and this is literally the worst Indian dish I've ever had. No flavor, can't taste the seasonings and they skimped on the chicken. My wife and I were both disappointed. Better off making it at home. Never going back.
I called them to order. Before I order I ask one of the guy who take my call how do you cook chicken tikka masala. I just wanna know do they grill chicken first or just put normal chicken in curry. And this guy told me everyone know how the chicken tikka cooked. If someone try Indian food first time then what they will do .. they don’t know how to take care of a customer. Just one word to explain then is Disgusting . I will never call them for food . Be careful guys from those guy .
They lie abut the price not only that. They charge you for food you didn’t order that is more expensive. Please don’t go here.
The chef is extremely rude and NASTY !! I was dining there , and I literally saw him picking his nose while sitting across the table. They also increased the price but did not update their menu. So look for hidden charges.
Horrible customer service. I wait 15 minutes in the restaurant, nobody came to take my order. Called them many times. They are busy to talk with their coworkers in kitchen. I can hear them clearly but they are acting like they are not hearing me. Will never go again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.
I got to admit that living close to Richmond Hill (Queens) excellent indian restaurants spoiled me a bit...nevertheless I did not expect the food to be so bland, completeley lacking seasoning and salt. Tandoori meats were overkooked beyond edible.
Great food, but terrible service. Forgot and messed up my order several times and phone attendant was very rude. Made me not wanna order from them ever again.
They lied and stole from me. I reordered the special and an additional plate. I did not get my navrata korma or the samosa. I am finished with them after several orders.
I ordered an Anarkali deal, the food arrived WITHOUT rice. I called the number and they said the delivery guy can't come back to bring the missing rice. Worst experience ever.
I ordered food from Anarkali yesterday and spent around $40 for the food which was no problem, I was looking forward to the food so badly, I was really hungry. The much awaited food arrived finally. I took my first bite and was like ewwwww, the food tasted so bad. I ordered spinach and cauliflower/potato (i am a vegetarian) spinach tasted like it was boiled and then they sauteed some onions and just threw boiled spinach in it...tasted awful, same thing for cauliflower/potatoes, tasted boiled and sauteed in heavily loaded curry powder and onions, ewwwww... unbelievable, horrible tasting food. What a waste of money. I will never order from this place again...I wish I could give ZERO stars but didn't have a choice. I guess people who gave anything above 1 star don't know what Indian food is supposed to taste like that's why they did that.
Worst food ordering experience ever they not only delivered every item wrong but also didn’t deliver some at all. Plus their phone is always busy. This was supposed to be chicken tika masala and the rice was supposed to be kasmiri rice. There were supposed to be 3 garlic naan they sent one burnt barely garlic naan. Such a horrible horrible experience. Never order from there
Google says the restaurant opens at 12pm. It’s 12:20pm and the front garage doors are still shut. The listed phone number doesn’t work. The employees closed the side door on me. Other days they randomly don’t allow indoor dining. I really wanted to try this place, but it’s clear the restaurant is trash.
Would give zero starts if I could Just ordered this off of Uber eats and there was a cockroach sitting on top of my food I immediately called Uber eats for a full refund .. disturbing and disgusting I’m never ordering from here again and don’t recommend anyone else order from here either

If I can give zero stars, I would. I ordered chicken tikka masala and garlic naan bread. Having ordered it countless times from other restaurants, I was expecting a thick delicious creamy sauce. Instead, I got a watery red sauce with UNDERCOOKED MEAT. After having to chew the meat way too many times, I realized once I cut into another cube of meat that was undercooked. Things happen right? I gave the restaurant a call where the man I spoke with informed me that is the way the dish is served. I stressed the meat was undercooked and he was welcome to come and get it for inspection. He once again stated that's the way it is served. Okay, so this restaurant serves undercooked meat by its own admission. What's worst? He at no point offered to make it right at all. Informing the general public so we can protect ourselves from food poisoning or worst. Makes me wonder what else could be going on in there. I will reach out to the health department. For now, order somewhere safe.
Too much oil in our 3 birianys even though we asked to add less oil. Prices are higher according to the serving size. Also, we wondered if their air conditioner was working enough. Outside was around 87°F and we didn't feel any cool temperature. It was warm inside. We asked about their air conditioner and the stuff replied with rude attitude!
I have ordered here once before and had no complaints, but this time I ordered and the food was inedible. The chicken tikka masala I ordered was flavorless and watery. The chicken was tough and hard to chew. I have ordered this same thing before and it was nothing like this, so they must have made a mistake. On top of this there were multiple thick black hairs strewn about the food. They also added food that I didnt order and I was forced to pay for it. When I called them to let them know, the person on the phone yelled at me and called me a liar and accused me of “placing the hairs there myself” and tried telling me that I DID order the extra food. I asked for different food or a refund and the guy hung up on me. I’m still in shock and cannot believe the way he spoke to me. There are so many other great places to order from in this neighborhood-whatever you do, don’t pick this one.
The most awful service I've ever experienced. It all started after I got a promotional coupon for dinning in this restaurant. The first time I came there I was told that this coupon is not valid for take away (wtf!?, but ok), though at that time there was no customer because of the late hour, the guy said that we can sit and eat in there. So I decided to give them a second try and actually dine in there with my family. But when we arrived there for the second time we were informed that it's unexpectedly closed and no explanation why. On top of that when asked they couldn't tell what their actual working hours are, either because of utter ignorance and incompetence or simply lack of English 😅 So, future customer, beware of this restaurant. As it has no fixed working hours and no competent workers which can give you meaningful answers and arguments!
Poor service, we waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. We were the only ones inside so I thought we would be greeted friendly. To the contrary. I've tasted better Indian food. First and last visit.
I had food from this restaurant before and food was average but service is horrible. Multiple times they forget to put utensils. Tonight I ordered from them at 7:30pm on seamless and because they didn't deliver yet, I called them at 9:15pm and was told super busy tonight and would take half an hour. After half an hour I called back and all I got were busy signal. Food was never delivered. I called seamless to get a refund but now stuck with no food for the night. So angry. Will never order from this place again.
The delivery from this place is good. But in house service experience is the worst. The server just doesn’t seem interested in his job. The chicken served to us was not tender, felt like it was reheated in the microwave and served. The chef didn’t seem interested either just like the servers. In all honesty, I would not suggest in house dining to anyone unless they’re in a mood for a completely disastrous experience.
I've never eaten at the restaurant, but it's close to my apartment and has a fantastic seamless deal. great service, and the one time they were delayed, I called and the apologized profusely -- I had my food just a few minutes later. a solid staple in our house on busy weeknights when there's no time to cook. EDIT: dropped to 1 star because they delivered a live roach to my apartment. I will NEVER order from them again.
