Caffè Valencia Brooklyn Reviews
Café Valencia in Williamsburg is such a lovely spot! creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I tried a cappuccino and my daughter had a honey latte—both were excellent. The pancakes are absolutely amazing, fluffy and full of flavor. We also tried the GM Brooklyn dish and the chicken pesto sandwich—everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. The service is friendly, warm, and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The only drawback is that the exhaust system doesn’t work very well, so our clothes ended up smelling a bit while we were there. Overall, it’s a fantastic café with great food, drinks, and service—definitely worth a visit!
Wow! This place did not disappoint. One of my favorite meals on our NYC trip. My husband and I shared a Fig n pig. Absolutely delicious! I will definitely want to return just for this on any NY trips we make in the future. 🤤
Came for brunch this morning & so happy we did!! It’s very small inside but worth the squeeze. The food and drinks were amazing and our waitress Emma was so wonderful & friendly! Will definitely be coming back
Great food, very tasty, excellent service (s/o to Amadi!!!), very small establishment though can only fit like 20 people at a time. We had the pancakes, waffle, the Montauk (10/10!!!) and the parm fries!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Café Valencia and had an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. Our server, Sarah C, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was equally impressive—beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The menu offered a delightful variety, and every dish we tried was a culinary delight. I highly recommend Café Valencia to anyone looking for great service and amazing food. Can't wait to visit again!
Great experience for coffee in Williamsburg! A great place to go and have croissants and fruit bowls if you are with your friends in New York City. Look forward to coming here again for a coffee and croissant!
Best breakfast and brunch spot in Brooklyn. Had the best latte I’ve ever had in my life- sugar cookie/cookie butter. The G.M Brooklyn and Amigo Scramble were also amazing. Love the atmosphere inside as well!
Cute and chic cafe! Perfect on a rainy Brooklyn morning for breakfast and coffee. I had the avocado toast that all the reviews raved about and it did not disappoint! If you don’t like spicy, I would ask for the salsa on the side. Staff was attentive and kind and engaged in their work 🔥 Note that they have a no laptops policy so do not plan to hang out and work here. Looking forward to coming back to try their Brussels sprouts and other items!
I had brunch here with a friend last Saturday and I am still thinking about the amazing food and experience we had here! Nicole was our server - she was super attentive, sweet and friendly, with amazing energy! She made some great recommendations including the pancakes which were truly the best ones I’ve ever had! We loved all of our food and drinks and cannot wait to go back. 10/10 would recommend this spot! Thanks, Nicole for taking such great care of us and kudos to the chef!
Incredible food and service. I was on the fence about the lemonade and the waitress said she’d get me a new drink if I didn’t like it. I ordered it and it was perfect. The fig focaccia was worth every dollar and the Brussels sprouts were crispy and flavorful. 10/10 summertime outdoor meal. Would come back. Not a lot of seating space is only downside.
Loved this place! No laptops or phones permitted but it adds to the vibe. Great corner for people watching and delicious food & great customer service. Not sure how I have lived in the neighborhood for 6 months and this was my first time trying Caffe Valencia. Will be back!!
Had such a great time at Caffe Valencia! Emma was awesome—super friendly, gave us great recommendations, and made sure we didn’t need for anything. The food was delicious, especially the croissants, and the coffee was top-notch. Definitely coming back!
Spectacular sandwiches. Emma is excellent and ensures you have everything you need to have an enjoyable visit. The Montauk was our favorite however both great tasting.
We found this place and is amazing!!! The food is beyond delicious, really not a regular breakfast in NYC, and the staff was friendly too, Emma, our server, was very aware and always on time with our orders, besides the fact she was also making coffee. I will definitely come back ☕️🥙
Very friendly staff. Cozy. Solid waffles and inspired drinks.
Very cozy spot! Emma was amazing and made me the most delicious cherry dirty iced chai that I will be thinking about for weeks to come. The pancakes were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Ok first of the food was sooooooooooo delicious. I didn't have to add anything to it, no salt, no black pepper....nothing. It was flavorful, crispy and fresh. One thing I didn't like was the eggs, they were a little on the dry side but since they checked in I let them know. Immediately the made me a fresh new batch. And it did not disappoint! I love the staff, they were polite, friendly, and caring. Definitely going back to try their other items.
Needed to pick up a quick dinner on my way to visit somebody in the hospital. Good old McDonald's came through
5 stars because working in service industry is hell and i've never been there. The reason for my rating is, that i saw on Google Streetview how awesome this McDonald's looked, and what they took from us. This McDonald's stands for the change of the world, from a fun and thrilling place to....where we are now.
Lives up to the iconic Mc Donald’s name. Grabbed a quick meal on a Monday afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend downloading the app and picking up your order in person. Spent $5.44 in total. Reminded me of the prices i saw when i was growing up. I got a $5 meal deal that included a mc chicken, 4 nuggets, fries, drink and a free medium fry from the deals tab.
This McDonald's has just had a makeover, I do not recognize a place from before. But I must say it looks much better, even looks bigger than before. The service was great and the food even taste better. I got in and out quickly just what I wanted. And I really enjoyed it. They even changed the drive-thru, but I wanted to go inside to see the new place. I'm loving it 😂.
Great parking lot, got children play strict rules posted, restroom clean, floor clean, garbage bin properly maintained not left over flow ,no self order kiosk, accepted mobile order with very fast services, the McDouble that I got the regular meat a bit dry on both pieces, but the Mocha Frapp- is excellent prepared not too sweet the grinding is as great as it should be .
The manager is lovely and really does her best to take care of things despite the chaos of Bruckner. It is extremely overwhelming with the delivery orders, the kiosks, the cashier orders, and the drive through going on while people are peeping their heads over the countertop hovering over their order. I think for a South Bronx McDonald’s they are doing great considering the location and high customer demands. I have never had a bad experience here and have always received a fresh and correct order. (I mostly come early in the morning so I cannot speak on an afternoon or late evening experience.)
Meh... it's just alright. They put too much hot water from Americano... I could've asked them to make a new one but I didn't bother to. Not relaxing atmosphere. Food was fine but it wasn't my favorite.
It feels very claustrophobic and the food is alright, I think the price is pretty steep for what you’re getting. Stepping in, there’s literally a chair and table that blocks the entrance. It basically feels like you came in the wrong door. The interior is cramped and you’ll constantly bump into tables trying to get in or out of your seat. I ordered the avocado toast and the plain waffle. I wasn’t aware there was salsa on the avocado toast, and after trying a small bite was met with in intense burning sensation. This was extremely surprising because it’s not mentioned on the menu that it’s spicy when other items do explicitly mention it. The waitress was super nice and had them remake it without the salsa, and it was actually very good. When the waffle came out it was soggy. She had them remake it so that it was crispy, but honestly the batter itself just did not taste great. It’s also surprising you don’t get butter, whipped cream, syrup, etc for a $16 waffle. Tip included it was ~$45 for one person. There are far better and more affordable places in the area. I appreciate the quality of the service I received, I just wish the food and atmosphere was better considering the price
The food just did not hit, it was pretty bland and random. I can't even say it tasted basic because that would mean it's better than what we got, lol. But it was a pretty place, the staff was friendly. Maybe I'll give it another shot next time.
I ordered two sausage egg and cheese extra value meals. I was up charged $1.30 per meal for orange juice which was watery. The food was cold, cheese unmelted, there was shells in my egg (crunch with each bite). Called the location twice which rang out before hanging up. I rarely go to this location, but I work at a school and didn’t want to get out the car this morning, so the drive through seems like a good option. I was very wrong, it’s horrible to spend money and can’t eat.
Food taste like is been sitting there all day. It was nasty never coming back here
After ordering my breakfast through the drive-through, they did not have change for $100 bill they wanted me to go get changed and come back. We has McDonald’scustomers are not in charge of your register. I ended up leaving with no breakfast very well skilled managers I will put on social media so everyone too boycott this McDonald’s. 10-08-2025 9;37 am
I decided to go to McDonald after school and someone at the front door said to me that kids aren’t allowed I was just trying to get food and leave but they said to order from the window so I left but it was very rude because there was kids WITHOUT a parent inside and kids that came were allowed in but not me and my brother
Every time I order and pay at the first window, when I move the vehicle they always ask every vehicle to the parking lot. Please don't move when they want. The excuse are : the food is not ready and maybe is true, but the reason they want you to move the vehicle is because the timer keep counting and as soon as you move it's count as the service is completed. IF THEY ASK YOU TO MOVE, ASK THEM FOR YOUR MONEY BACK AND MAKE A COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER AND IF THE MANAGER DOESN'T AGREE IS WRONG MANIPULATE THE SYSTEM. MAKE A COMPLAINT AT THE MCDONALD'S WEBSITE WITH THE STORE NUMBER.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Today, I witnessed something truly disheartening at your location. A homeless man quietly walked into the restaurant and politely asked the manager if he could have something to eat. He didn’t cause a scene, didn’t beg at tables, and didn’t steal food—he simply asked for help because he was hungry. Instead of showing an ounce of compassion, the manager immediately told him to leave the store. No empathy. No human decency. Just dismissal. This situation could have gone a hundred different ways. That man could’ve stolen food, gotten aggressive, or acted out of desperation—but he didn’t. He chose to ask. That alone should have earned him a moment of grace. I ended up buying him a meal because it was the right thing to do. Not because I had to—but because I could. And frankly, so could your staff. No one is saying McDonald’s needs to feed every person for free. But when someone is clearly down on their luck and humbly asks for help, responding with compassion costs nothing. A simple gesture—like offering him a basic meal, a cup of water, or even just speaking to him with respect—can go a long way. You never know what someone is going through. That meal could have been his first in days… or his last hope. This experience made me view your brand in a different light. McDonald’s claims to be a family-friendly company that values community, but today I saw the opposite. Do better.
I ordered 7 Big Macs through the app and went to pick them up at the drive-thru. The woman at the payment window was very rude and looked annoyed. I waited over 15 minutes, and they gave food to the cars behind me first. When I got home and opened the Big Macs, they had a strange smell, and the patties looked off. Really disappointed with both the service and the food quality.
Late night hours ( after 12a) is no excuse for cold food or chicken nuggets that taste and feel like they were sitting and reheated to fill an order. This sites idea of serving the neighborhood is a joke. If there is a next time I will go back until it is an edible product, there’s no excuse for this. I’m rating it a star just to post this error of mine.
Order my food to the table waited about half an hour went to the counter asked were it was . She said we called your number. I said i ordered to the table. no apology. I ordered to the table which i know you can do as the couple across from me had there food delivered. You can also see i order to the table in the pic Food cold and my drink shocking. Had no problems for the last 2 weeks and this was appalling customer service. Well that 14 dollars in the trash.
So I arrived 1:19am to pick up my Dash order that was marked ready for pick up Only to find this young man sitting on the table. When I ask is any orders ready he pretended to not hear me.(Earpods) Only when I pulled out my camera and the staff saw me( He attempted to block my picture )did they all begin to work. Of course I had to start taking pictures of them intentionally not preparing my order before my order was prepared. I was the only person at the pick up window and then the picture of the drive thru .. This was my second trip there this evening and the first was also a unexplained wait. They need better night management.
Do they have a McFlurry machine? I’m always told that they don’t have ice cream no matter the time of day. How can this be? A gourmet establishment such as this should always have sugary confections available. TWO THUMBS DOWN! Also, their all day breakfast isn’t available at 9:15 pm.
