Great experience and great food.

Republica Dominicana

La comida es muy buena, pero el servicio al cliente fue pésimo. Mi pedido costó $25.59 y llegó incompleto. Mientras hacía el pedido, la chica me colgaba sin yo terminar, y el delivery fue grosero. Cuando reclamé lo que faltó (después de haber pagado), la respuesta del delivery fue: “Es que ya tú dijiste que no lo querías, por eso no te llevé nada”. Aunque yo solo estaba aclarando, si está pagado, deben entregarlo. En conclusión: la comida es excelente, pero el trato del personal y del delivery es terrible. Tienen que mejorar porque así pierden clientes.
