I'Milky Brooklyn Reviews
Omg literally the absolute best Taro Milk Tea I have ever had in my life!!! I walked in on a rainy afternoon telling myself I need a bubble tea to soothe this winter blues, I walk in and I’m greeted by Jen she was super sweet!! She proceeds to tell me that actually they use real Taro and all of their ingredients are fresh and they don’t use powders!!! Woah let me tell you how rare that is!! 🥹 I had their Taro Tea with the Purple Rice and it pulled me out of those winter blues instantly!! It was just nice and creamy and MILKY! It was so perfect in every way and the ambiance was super nice!!! they have a large selection of cute bubble milk tea related souvenirs perfect for gifts for those bubble tea lovers!! And haha BE MY BUBBLE TO MY TEA!!
After mastering opening the rice ball….yum! The Mala beef is spicy and amazing. The best is the pork rice ball with purple rice. The purple rice tastes more or less the same as white but with multiple health benefits!
It was really good. It was satisfying to shake up and I liked that the bubbles are not that sweet, but they are the perfect balance with the tea and that they are bouncy chewy and yummy
Small store front that serves delicious bubble tea 🧋 and rice balls. They use all natural real ingredients for their teas (no powders). They also have non dairy milk options for teas including lactaid and soy milk. It was cold so we ordered the hot jasmine green milk tea with soy and boba. Very delicious. Also the rice balls 🍙 are made to order! Ordered the shrimp tempura 🍤 with purple rice and it was very good. Recommend this spot 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really enjoy the Shrimp Tempura Rice Ball. I get it everytime I come here Downtown Brooklyn.
Had to check out this spot after I missed their recent opening. I ordered the dirty brown sugar milk tea- it was perfectly luscious and the boba was so soft. They take extra care to package the drink so it doesn’t spill. The staff were really helpful and I don’t know her name but she deserves brownie points for helping me and my friend take pictures! Also- the little cows as decor is the cherry on the cake. I’m coming back to try their riceballs!
Staff was nice and help me figure out what I wanted . They didn’t rush me at all
Excellent customer service & great drinks ! Will be here often !

Refreshing drinks made of fresh fruit! Comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Friendly and quick staff.

The tea was very strong and the workers in the front were very helpful. I ordered an oolong milk tea with no sugar at first and thankfully they told me that their tea is bitter so I ended up choosing 50% sugar and the tea was very flavorful and good. I also tried their rice balls and it was amazing, my kids loved their fried chicken and eel rice ball. The workers are very friendly and their services were amazing along with their food. It’s a great spot in the neighborhood if you want to get something to drink or a little snack. I will definitely come back to try their fresh taro milk next time and more rice balls!
Oh my god the matcha was so freaking good I almost saw an angel. Totally recommend and also I’ve had their brown sugar bubble coffee milk and that was so yummy and scrumptious
The taro was so good! It was my first time getting taro from here, and the nice worker warned me before I got it that it was made in store and is legit real taro🤯 (didn’t know it was a vegetable) but if you get it, its definitely is a thicker consistency and not purpley like the powder one other boba shops use. Def try it out!
The Mala Beef Rice Ball is amazingggg. The staffs are so friendly too. I love this place. Giselle was amazinggg
Service was amazing. I got help trying to figure out what I wanted and some great suggestions and it was fast. Cool little spot an good food too!
Stopped by here for some dessert and it was so good! Not really any place to sit inside, but they had a cute bench cut out. There was no line so we ordered quickly and our drinks didn't take too long either. I got the mango milk with oat milk and boba. The drink was creamy and it had so much mango puree. I could tell that it was real mango so that made it even better. The boba was nice and chewy! I would definitely come back here again

My daughter really loves this place, and as a big bubble tea fan we’ve tried a lot of different ones! Service is very nice and friendly, and although we haven’t tried the food yet, it all looks great. Shop is bright and very clean. Highly recommend!
Got three drinks - very high end natural bubble tea option! Matcha is delicious (I have high standards), mango tastes fresh like the fruit, and my son said brown sugar bubble tea was perfect. Good service too.
Their bubble tea is as good as it gets and sets the standard, using fresh ingredients instead of powders and what not. Fresh fruits and fresh milk always taste better than the fruit jam, flavor powders and creams. Must stop by if you are in Brooklyn Heights. We ordered the taro milk bubble tea and that's not an easy item to get right. They did. We will be back. It was so delicious I forgot to take a picture of the drink before finishing.

I’m now drinking the Matcha tea, the best I have tasted. The young lady is very nice and patient. My go to place.

There are interesting drinks on the menu, and I enjoyed my fruit based tea. I think the prices are a bit higher than some of the other local shops, but I did like the cheerful atmosphere of the store.
In comparison with other bubble tea places it stands high among the best. Subtle yet captivating tastes are Brooklyn’s signature spots!!!

Tried it for the first time with my daughter - limited fruit flavors (no lychee which is our favorite). $11 each for a mango fruit tea and strawberry fruit tea seems excessive - other places in the area have a better selection and give you more boba and jelly.
The food was ok but the drinks tasted horrible. And nothing special the tuna onigiri tasted dry. The chicken was too spicy and the mango bubble tea tasted watery. The taro bubble tea tasted salty. And it was not mixed well.

Milk taro was awful. It tasted like rotten milk and texture was super thick. I had to throw it away. Also staff were really rude. Bad experience over all. I will not come back. I suggest Vivi better.
Drinks are extremely pricey for a small amount. Got a medium bubble tea and it looked small. Mediums are usually $8-10 for just the drink and toppings alone. Tasted horribly and threw it out half-way through drinking. I never notice anybody walking in here as they are usually empty. Not worth the money in my opinion.
