Lan Larb Esan Brooklyn Reviews
Food here is always very tasty and authentic. The curry puff’s are a must, we always order it as a starter… and obviously the Thai iced tea! 🙂
We ordered 3 menu, nur nham man hoi, orange ginger chicken n duck noodle soup. And mango sticky rice for the dessert. All the food were delicious..good service from the staffs.
Ridiculously good Tom yum. Solid drunken noodles. Thai iced tea so good it tastes like chocolate. Peanut dumplings taste like meat made of peanuts; truly surprised how much i liked it given im not vegan. Great decor. Friendly staff. There are like 10 other dishes i want to try here after speaking with the staff. Def coming back.
Wonderful staff, very nice. Food came out quickly. The massaman curry was very delicious. Serving size is generous. Definitely a great spot to get Thai.
I always come here for special occasions with my partner, we both love thai food. Their menu has all the regular items and special items, pictures and spice levels included. Very cozy environment, dim lighting, smooth music that's not too loud. Usually not crowded so it's great for date nights or just eating out without feeling rushed. Been coming here for years, used to be called lan larb, hope they get great business so we can continue coming here. Thank you for your great services all these years and many more to come.
Actually we eat here several times already. The staff are very nice, respectful and accommodating. The ambiance is beautiful, pleasant and soothing. We ordered Masaman pork curry, Beef Pad Sew and Crispy Pork belly everything tasted so good! I always like Thai tea, my son ordered Thai coffee and Sapporo for my hubby. For dessert love the sticky rice with mango and the coconut pudding as well. We will definitely come back again
I had a wonderful experience at Yaowarat! The service was truly standout our waiter was incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel right at home from the start. As for the food, everything was delicious, but the Pad Thai with tofu and the Tom Yum soup were the highlights of the meal, packed with authentic flavor. To top it all off, they even gave us free Thai iced tea, which was such a generous and refreshing touch. I highly recommend this spot for great food and even better hospitality!
I absolutely love this place. I live around the corner and have had the opportunity to come back several times, by now eating my way through a good portion of the menu. I've had the currys, noodles, appetizers, chef specials etc. they are all spectacular. The khao soi chicken is in my opinion the best item on the menu and I recently had he kra pao moo grob which was excellent. The servers are always extremely friendly and accommodating and it's a great cozy spot to dine solo/have a casual weeknight dinner in the neighborhood. Love supporting these guys. Definitely stop by !
Nothing beats Issan style Thai food. This place is fantastic, not only is all the food flavorful and Rich with authenticity it's definitely the better restaurant on the Block as far as Thai food is concerned. Recommend eating here at the generic place next door. Everything we had was dripping with flavor. We have three apps and I entrees 4 drinks and it came out to $100 with tip the prices are very very reasonable 10/10. Would highly recommend coming here
Hidden gem for authentic Thai food in NYC! The portions are huge, flavors rich, and prices super reasonable. The boat noodles were packed with thick, tender cuts of beef, the roasted curry duck was crispy outside and juicy inside, and the grilled beef with green chili dip was addictive. Friendly service, cozy vibe, and you’ll definitely leave full and happy. Highly recommend for anyone craving hearty, no-frills Thai!
This is such a cozy, hidden gem. The space is cute, the service was amazing, and the food was incredible. We ordered: Gaeng Hung Lay – Chef Kenny’s grandma’s recipe! Tender pork belly stewed in a rich, aromatic curry and pair with sticky rice. This is a must order! Yum Woonsen – Glass noodle salad with seafood, it so fresh, zesty, and one of my faves. Kanom Jean Nham Ngiaw – Fermented rice noodles in an herby pork broth. Comforting, flavorful, and a favorite! Khao Kriab Pak Mor – Sweet savory tapioca wraps, a fun and unique Thai street snack. Som Tum – Classic green papaya salad with a perfect chili-lime kick. Ka Na Moo Grob – Chinese broccoli with crispy pork belly Cocktails: Lin-Ping and Ka-Sa-Long - both were light and refreshing! And we ended with Mango sticky rice as our dessert.
Highly recommend !! Heard from friends that the place is a must to try. And bang ! their foods were superb and flavorful. I ordered Moo Ping (grilled pork skewer) , Tom Yum Chicken and Beef Shank Soup with sticky rice. They are amazing !!! Love it and definitely come back. So full right now:)
