Soho Cafe & Grill Brooklyn Reviews
One of the best places I ever been too in a long time, I live in the Bronx and I am willing to take a trip out there just for a quesadilla 😆 love everything they made in here you know the food is good when I took a picture after the bite! 😅 the staff is also very friendly!
They have such a wide variety of foods and beverages and they are all good.
I've been coming to Soho for my breakfast and/or lunch breaks for 6 years now, and I'll continue to patron this place with my coworkers 3-4 times a week. Josè has always been more than welcoming and is always super nice. And the food, forget it. Always tastes homemade and fresh. After a 6 month hiatus due to an auto accident, I stepped foot into Soho yesterday and was greeted with *literally* open arms. They treat their customers like family and actually care. Love this place.
i loved eating here. the food was amazing and so was the scenery. will def be back here soon!
Amazing food and customer service. Everything was spectacular. 5 stars
The food is homemade and fresh every day. I feel like I’m eating a home cooked meal whenever I come here. They are family owned and it is always such a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Soho cafe and grill to anyone. They have an amazing, diverse selection of food perfect for everyone.
My experience was immaculate. The food was amazing and felt like I was eating home cooked meal which it was. Everything to the food, people, and atmosphere was all so welcoming. I am definitely coming back
A morning stroll in search of "bacon bacon" as the cashier put it, led us to this here SoHo Cafe... after mulling over all the options that they offer and taking into consideration the morning hour we decided on breakfast options instead of lunch or dinner dishes. They are a well oiled machine there and everything on the bar and the pastries behind the glass looked ABSOLUTELY divine.. we'll be back again, for sure... there's so many things to try... So we went back again... TWICE... A BBQ Bacon burger was ordered and devoured and the chicken fingers and fries... they served the type of chicken fingers I hate so.. there's that. HOWEVER, I ordered the IMPOSSIBLE burger Greek style... THAT was absolutely delicious.. not a one complaint. And cousin got the salmon and yellow rice with plantains that he INHALED, u hear me!? There still more to try.. stay tuned. #ForkJab all thru this 🤌🏾
This review is based on picking up/eating in. I had food from here delivered and would give that 2 stars (took forever and was sloppily thrown together. My sandwich looked like it had been dropped). But visiting in person was a much better experience. The counter staff is friendly and food came out quick. The ciabatta was nicely toasted and I thought the portions were good.
Food is usually great. But yesterday was the second time I ordered their nachos. First time they were amazing. Not yesterday. They put so much tomatoes on it. It ruined the whole plate. Made all the chips soggy. Barely any meat. It literally looked like someone puked in a container and served it to me. I called to complain. And the lady was very rude. Told me nothing she can do. Next time ask for less tomatoes. Which is dumb as hell. I spend a lot of money at that place. Tip the delivery guys around 5 dollars every time just to bring it 4 blocks away. She didn't offer me anything to replace it. Didn't give me future discounts. Even though I told her I'm not going to eat it. Cause it tastes horrible. She didn't care. Horrible customer service.
The food is okay. The fried stuff like the fries, onion rings, wings, tenders have like an old oil taste. You don't get to enjoy it that much which is why its a 3 star rating. The lamb gyro was good and also the chicken ranch hero was great. I would steer clear of any fried things though.
I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I call to place an order or anytime I go to place an order. There’s always some sort of ingredient missing whether it’s to make a simple penne and la vodka or a smoothie and to top it off, they need to correct their timing on Google because closing time should be 8 o’clock according to Google but then it turns out they’re closed earlier this place used to be good. I don’t know what’s happening. It seems like it’s going downhill with the service.
I ordered via a third party delivery service and that driver marked my order delivered. When I called to enquire what happened, a polite man picked up and transferred me. Then an extremely rude woman told me I was not being patient, that my address was very far away (it’s not), and hung up before explaining why the order was marked delivered. Because of this, I can’t trust that any other aspect of this business is respectful or organized. Please respect your customers, their time and their money .One star
The price for a BLT sandwich on a roll is crazy $8 Tff a BLT is always is $5 and always been 5 biggest scam ever I have bought my sandwich here but they never charge me 8 on a roll for a BLT
Worst eggs Benedict I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was bland and flavorless. Then they only put a drop of hollandaise sauce on it so it was dry bland flavorless eggs and toast. Disgusting and beyond disappointing
Customer service has a really bad attitude here recently. The crew working at the counter ignores me for a while and then asks if I'm ready to order. When I say yes, they go back to ignoring me and to whatever they were doing.
I had previously bought 2 pieces of cake and they tasted like freezer and bagels with cream cheese and bacon, no good. They barely put any cream cheese!!!! I tried to give them another opportunity and i recently reordered bagels with cream cheese and bacon and asked for extra cream cheese....they didn’t even put extra cheese and i paid almost $10😡 what a waste of money!! don’t come here unless u want to waste your money and have desserts that taste like freezer!!!
Terrible. Have been there twice, 1st time I ordered a grill chicken sandwich which came up tiny compared to the other places where I used to order it and was way too pricy: $8 for a little piece of grilled chicken on hero? Really? Alright. Decided to give them another chance, came for breakfast. Turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a roll was ridiculous 6 bucks, so I decided to get there No.1 special which was regular sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin and... I have the picture of how it looks like. Terrible. Big dislike, would never recommend it to a friend.
