Tung Hing Chinese Kitchen Brooklyn Reviews
The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The customer service was fantastic. The atmosphere was okay, but I would prefer to take out.
Delicious Food always good definitely would recommend eating there. Food always tastes fresh. Go there often only Chinese restaurant in my hood I'd eat at. Clean kitchen too.
This is the best Chinese restaurant I've been to. They are so cordial and even remember your order! One time I lost my credit card in the restaurant they found it and even offered to deliver it . They're the best and the food is amazing ❤️❤️
My favorite classic Chinese restaurant! Owners are so nice, food is delicious with good proportions and fair prices. 'Nough said.
Loved the food. Looks clean and wait time wasn’t too long.
New Hung Ting is a hidden gem in Brooklyn! The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Whether you're craving classic Chinese dishes or something a bit more unique, their menu has plenty of great options. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making both dine-in and takeout experiences enjoyable. Highly recommend New Hung Ting for anyone looking for quality Chinese food in the area!
The restaurant is low key, but quite neat. People work there are very friendly. I ordered shrimp broccoli a few days ago and loved it. I am usually very picky with vegetables. Their broccoli and shrimp are fresh and with good quality. I have made the restaurant my regular dinner spot while my family is in NYU Langone Brooklyn.
My favorite place. I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is so kind. They always remember my order (because I’m a regular). Food is consistent and great . Ty!
I ordered a small wonton soup and chicken with broccoli. The soup was fantastic so much flavor not just salt. The chicken and broccoli is so fresh, sauce was good and not drowning my plate. I definitely recommend will be returning sooner than later for other tasty treats.

I’ve found very few Chinese restaurants that serve pork fried rice with fried chicken wings, and man, does it taste good. The yellow rice mixed with pieces of pork and bean sprouts, and a nice crunch from the fried chicken wings was great. You can also add broccoli as well.

The food is good and they make it really quick. You’ll be impressed. But just to wait for the food in a summer day was awful. They don’t have a/c and the tables are horrible. Asked for your good food (as almost any Chinese restaurant) just don’t wait inside and run with you food at the moment you get it.
It was great because I wanted to dine in. There are so many places now that won't let you dine inside. All what they ask is proof of your vaccination. For $5 & a chance to sit down and eat in pre-COVID was worth it. By the time that I had finished my.meal, there was a line starting to form. Time 4 me 2 leave.
I was in the mood for Chinese food and stopped here for sesame chicken w/ shrimp fried rice combo. Surprised as I was it had the right amount of spice. It was spicy and it pinched 🤌 😋
Had the chicken wings and fried rice last night the wings are a little small but I like them and the rice was good. Fast delivery. My son had the same today and likes it as well and the delivery time was even faster.
The people in their is nice. food is perfect portion and affordable price especially their lunch specials!
Overall I do think it’s an average Chinese food restaurant. If your dining in be mindful that there not much sitting area and they are always busy. The service is great they just tend to rush you with your orders.

They raised their prices, I asked they said pandemic blah blah. Ok sure I'll continue being a regular customer. Now their portions are smaller, significantly smaller! Other Chinese takeouts in the area also raised their prices but their portions remained the same.

If you’re patient enough to deal with being cut off IN THE MIDDLE OF TRYING TO ORDER YOUR FOOD, please by all means, give it a go. Every time I tried to say anything, while ordering my food, I was being cut off repeatedly by the lady having a conversation in Chinese to someone in the back as if she doesn’t have a customer in her ear trying to order food. I get it if they’re talking about other orders, but this wasn’t the case. There was laughter between the convo, and just nonstop talking. The least she could’ve done was ask me for a minute, rather than just leave me on the phone wondering if she forgot about a customer trying to order food. Yet another terrible customer service from Chinese takeout.
WARNING TRIGGER FOR PHOEBIAS WEAK STOMACH. I ordered steamed tofu with broccoli, usually I would get it with some kind of sauce. This time I had no sauce, and thank God. With out the sauce I was able to see what was all over the broccoli. MAGGOTS, or some sort of LARVA. What bothers me the most is that I have eaten here before. How many of these WORMS! Have I eaten before. Eat here at your own risk, if you do make sure to examine your food thoroughly. Wish I had taken some photos, but I was just concerned with getting out of there fast. They offered to make any dish of my liking. Why would I want a replacement dish after finding MAGGOTS in my first dish? 😫 I'm reading all the reviews of the people who have eaten here. I wonder how many WORMS have they eaten too. 🪱 🐛 I'm sorry for the owner of this establishment, I have no hard feeling or ill intent. I just want people to know what happened to me and might happen to them. Do better New Tung Hing.
The lady is very nasty with her month and the rice to hard never again

The grossest egg roll I ever ate in my life. Completely tasted like fish. Gross! Change your oil or cooking habits!
