I work out here and I don't normally eat Jack in the box period besides Whataburger they're the only thing that's open they have great salads and the people that work overnight are really nice I wouldn't complain about a thing

Jack in the Box never ceases to Amaze with the food, that's all I will say. I love the Egg rolls, Jalapeno poppers and the strips, not to mention their Burgers Wow! No complaints here🥰

Bit of a weird atmosphere when I waited for my food but when I got my order it was hot and fresh and that’s good enough for me.

Grilled chicken sandwich. From ole or Milagros at the Brookshire location. Grill the chicken jalapeños grilled, yellow cheese the sauce will be a mix of bbq ,creamy avocado ,jack in. The box hot sauce, Take the sourdough bread place on the grill smash it down as thin as you can . Add pickles spinach. Yep

When is Jack in the Box never good? EVERY time my family and I come to Texas, we ALWAYS have to stop at a JITB to grab a bite to eat. This time was no different. The food was made fresh, and the order was correct, despite having a large order. The service was good. Ordered through the drive thru and our order was taken quickly. We did have to wait in front but with a large order and food being made fresh, I'm not complaining. Can't wait to go back and have some more.

It's very seldom I come across a fast food restaurant that has one individual that stands out and deserves recognition. On Friday late in the evening on my way home from a long trip I stopped off in brookshire Texas at the Jack in The box to order some food. The person that took my order was very pleasant good speaking polite and considerate when I was ready to be the next car to pull it to the window I heard this person's voice talking to the car in front of me with respect kindness generosity and you can clearly hear what great customer service skills she had. When I pulled up to the window and this person offered me my food to include napkins ketchup syrup she explained everything in detail what she put in the bag and it warmed my heart how there is still great customer service skills in this crazy world we live in so I want to point this person out to the managers supervisors CEOs and business owners they could learn a lot from Miss Billie not sure if I spelled her name right but she should either be promoted or given a bonus great job well done I drove away with hope that there are still people like her in this world that care

After few years, I decided to go back and try breakfast again at this location, and they are doing better now, better customer service and I guess they changing the oil food more often than before.

Went through the drive through late and had great service. The guy was very professional. Yeah it jack in the box but I'm from odessa. The service here sucks.

Nothing in particularly impressive. Did was good. Service was kind. Location was well placed off the highway. A little slow, but typical of a Jack in the Box so not uncommon.

I mean it’s Jack in the Box, so my expectations aren’t too high but I do expect decent quality food. This location was good but could probably improve on the food presentation. Several of our orders looked like they were literally thrown together by a 6 year old. However, the older lady working the window did an amazing job and not only was she working essentially by herself but she was doing it during late night hours and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building.

The food was prepared well and came out quickly. The staff was very attentive and made sure that our experience was a positive experience. The dining room was very clean. The only downfall was the drink machine in the dining room had only Coke and Dr Pepper for options and we had to go to the counter to get drinks from the drive-in drink machine.

As always, the food is expected and pretty good. But when you go inside everyone is multi tasking. It would be nicer and more polite if when they are taking your order in person, they are not simultaneously speaking to the person at the drive through. Just a thought.

When I? Walked in I wasn't sure where everything was cause.This is a new jack in the box for me, but I can guarantee you.No one was hiding.Every employee made themselves known and asked if I needed any assistance.They were great people.This walmart deserves all the stars it gets

We went through the drive thru. I ordered #1 with lettuce, pickles and onions. Everything was excellent, except that the fries could've been hotter. Other than that, Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be returning to this location in the future.

Not your first choice as nearly everyone doesn't speak English. Very disrespectful wouldn't even take my order again when they messed up in the drive thru.

Been there several times in the late evening hours and the things I got where actually good. Most fast food places I've been to suck in the late hours. I was pleased with my order.

I am sorry to report this as -the- worse JIB that I have ever been to. They attempted to hand me a glass of iced tea with no ice. What I ordered was not what I got, and what I got is not what I ordered. I had to go back to rectify the situation, so I guess the best advice is to not use the drive-thru lest you find yourself back-tracking.

Look the food quality is usually alright and I don’t have issues, but the late night staff when it comes to putting the right sauces in my bag is just awful. It’s every single time with this place, idk how hard it is.

The young man was very courteous and helpful. We ate in. The service was quick. However, the food was not hot. The dining area mostly tables were unclean. The food tasted alright. A little disappointed on the spicy chicken since it didn't have a spicy flavor.

I have been this location a few time. My company moved in the area. Almost everytime I go to jack in the box drive thru, the lady that is assigned there is always talking fast. Once I get to the window she ready off what I ordered. Well when I am told to pulled to the front someone will bring out the food. When happens the order is wrong. Mind you I am on my lunch hour. To top it off eveytime I ask for a reciept she tells me it will be in the bag and it never is. So I don't know what my reciept has . This is unacceptable. Why is when a customer orders what customer wants, us customer get what the server wants to give. . It's not right. I ask to add cheese to my fish sandwich and no cheese. Was i charged or not charged idk a recipet was never given again

I love the egg rolls and the stuffed jalapenos. I have had them at other locations and they were crisp and delicious. My local store in Brookshire must use old oil or they cook them ahead of time and throw them back in the oil when you order. They taste bad, sometimes they are inedible. I have complained to no avail. I wish someone would change the management. They cut freshness requirements to make more money. Employees have always been good even when they are understaffed.

Never ate at Jack In the Box before but this is my 1st and last due to the famous taco 🌮 looking nothing like taco 🌮 n forget the combos 🥪 purchased—that missed items like fries 🍟 n etc. My welcome to Charlotte, NC started w/ a unsatisfactory taste. Don’t recommend any visitors like myself 💯‼️drive thru located near a dumpster where cats 🐈 had a major party 🎉 reimbursements could rectify....but I’ll just say Merry Christmas 🎄

The customer service was good, well compared to the competing restuarants across the street. But the food was old and dry, after a couple of bites, I realized my meal was probably sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours before it came home with me, just to end up in the trash.

What's there to say? Depending on the staff when you arrive, your meal is either: incorrect, something missing in your meal, sometimes ignorant people, other times, friendly or silly people, but professional, or sometimes get the one that you can barely hear 👂 over the speaker. Overall, they're good fresh and hot, well, .most times.

The server/cashier was rude. She got my order wrong and threw the fries in the bag. I asked for dipping sauce and she rolled her eyes like it's my fault she hates her job. This was at 5:30pm and hardly any people there.

Ordered tonight a jumbo jack and got a Jr instead. Order without tomatoes and they were added to the sour dough jacks

The food was ok, the guy working the window was working hard, but the tea. I have never in my life had tea that tasted or smelled so sour. It smelled sour, y'all. It was disgusting. There is no reason to let it sit out that long. It had to be days. Or they don't clean the tea maker. Either way, there is no excuse. And it was $3.

Restaurant was clean. Fries were cold. One of our burgers was made incorrectly. Freestyle drink machine was out of many flavors. Employees didn't seem to care about being at work

Nobody was dining in but the drive thru took about 5 minutes for the car in front of us for only one meal, and about 5 to 10 minutes for us even though we got a pre-made salad and a couple basic meals. The meals looked like they were rushed to make they looked thrown together cheese was half on half off the burger. They shouldn't look like that if you're going to take that much time to get them out. Store was not busy at all. Order was supposed to be two medium drinks and fries, but got one medium and one small. Didn't bother bringing it up because I didn't know if they could handle the simple swap. This store definitely needs some training or better supervision.

Had to come back and edit this review from my last visit of 3 stars down to 2 stars. 15min in the drive thru only to get to the window and find out they skipped my order and didn't make it (which they told me after I paid) so I had to pull around front and wait another 5-10min to get my food. Ended up spending my entire lunch break in the drive thru😒😒😒

Jack in the box took my previous review down because its not posted up anymore. Do not come here past 5 PM if you are in a hurry. This place is the worst place to go to in charlotte as I have sat in the drive through for over 40 minutes before.

Horrible service. I'm from out of town and I haven't been to one place in brookshire that has even remotely good service. Seems like a town full of punks running these places. I will no longer go to any fast food in this town.

WORST Jack ever. A Saturday afternoon and the dining room doors are locked, like wth??? For whatever reason, the employees inside ignored the knocking... Utterly unacceptable. Walked a half mile to Jack today, better believe I won't do it again. Have enjoyed JITB all across the country for 40 years, this is the first time I've ever been locked out in the middle of the day. PATHETIC and INEXCUSABLE. Wound up at a competitor across the street, not what I wanted, but what else could I do? Who's running this JITB location? He should be fired.

All pieces of my combo were incorrect-- sandwich prepared wrong, wrong drink and fries missing. Rude cashier and manager didn't know correct items for the sandwich. NOT RECOMMENDED

They are slow as hell, take forever to get your order eventhough they don't have any customers in the lobby or a line in the drive through. Not to mention they always mess up orders.

Ordered food, got 30 chicken nuggets and put teriyaki sauce as my sauce for all orders. After receiving my food, excited af about my teriyaki sauce they put bbq in the bag. I call and ask if they are out and the lady gets an attitude saying atleast you got a sauce.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. Whe. We walked in we waited for almost 15 minutes before storming out, as there were several members of staff that completely ignored us regardless of the fact that we made attempts to get their attention. And one of them was watching videos on her phone in the kitchen.

No one is even in the drive thru line, and i been waiting 10 min to place a order. I don't know what they are doing but they are for sure not working. Drive through on the way home, on a long drive. The food was going to take a little bit so we parked and the manager brought the food out b to us. We got all of our food except for 2 tacos. No big deal. My husband went inside to ask for our tacos. The guy that took our order at the window asked the manager "did they not get their tacos?" She replied "Yes, he just wants more tacos." She actually called my husband a liar. The bag of tacos was sitting right there on the counter, waiting. Don't eat here. Management sucks.

Worst experience ever. This was my second time going to Jack In the Box thinking they were going to have better service and I was wrong. I got there and they took at least 5 mins to take my order. The store was dirty and the workers seem to work so slow. After my order was taken I notice three cars passed by drive thru. They took almost to an hour you JUST for ONE MILKSHAKE and I also got home to nasty soggy tacos and I don’t even live 5 mins away. I called again wanting to speak to the manager and they asked why in a rude way. We said because we got bad service and We wanted to let the manager know. As soon As I said it she immediately said the manager wasn’t Available and hunged up. Who ever comes here ask for the mangers name before you get attended. One small bad move call corporate and file a complaint. They either need to get their management straight or shut it down. This is unacceptable.

The tacos are cooked ahead of time and are cold when you get them. Also they charge $2.58 for 4 tacos. Should be $.99 for 2 plus tax but that doesn't compute! Too much tax. Tax is 8.25 cents per $1.00 spent which would be at best $.09 for each $1.00. Should be $.18 cents.

My curly fries and onion rings were over cooked, the ketchup mayo was excessive, they were out of certain sodas on the machine and when my kids went to ask for them to fill it behind the counter they were ignored. I went up there and was ignored, even after I said excuse me ma'am twice she turned away and walked off. They were to busy laughing and having fun with some people that came in they knew. Half the food was cold, but they made sure the drive thru orders went out asap, while we waited inside for our food.

Extremely unprofessional, this location has refused me the right to recieve my w2 and checkstub instead the owner tried reassuring me that I could not recieve them in person in which he provided me an email that was either misinterpreted when givien or the email didnt not exist in the first place although my previously working there not even two months prior. the shorted my son 4 chicken nuggets out of 10 he also received an apple juice that expired in JANUARY 2015 (THAT IS ALMOST 8 MONTHS AGO) they messed up my husband's jumbo jack (they put the sauce outside the bun) and they let my food sit in the warmer for about 10 minutes before handing it to me. everything was soggy and only slightly warm. gross. and it was not even that busy.

Nothing like stopping by at 4:30 in the afternoon, looking forward to enjoying an Oreo shake. Only to be told the shake machine isn't working. Glad there's a Micky D's right across the street with a working ice cream machine. Thank you Ronald not Jack.

I went in to eat. I wanted their $5.00 special lt was freezing inside. I forgot the sign stated only on Tues. I would have endured the cold; but decided it was too COLD to stay. I went to Burger King where it was much more comfortable.

I have NEVER been to a Jack in the Box & had to wait 20 minutes for my food. I was thinking that since we waited so long the food was going to be nice & hot. My sandwich was cold like they just took it out of the fridge. Things are getting worse at Jack in the Box. I highly doubt I will be returning to this place.

The worker named Katherine was extremely rude and pushy when I was trying to pace our order in the lobby. When I asked how her day was, she just looked at me. She was playing on her phone, and even was talking on her phone with the speaker on. No one wants to hear your conversation. On the clock or or not, if you are wearing the uniform, you are representing the company. DO BETTER!

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. The bathrooms had obviously not been cleaned in days, the employees were working VERY slowly, even though it was not busy, and the food was NOT good. The fries were cold and tasted stale, and the tacos left a lot to be desired. I hate to waste money or food, and neither me or my husband finished our food. He didn't even want his fries, and I have never known my husband to not want fries. But the worst was the customer service. No one even acknowledged my presence at the front counter for at least five minutes, even though they could see me clearly. One of the employees (the most polite one I spoke with) pointed out that she has the same expiration date or her debit card (this was after they took the card over to the drive through station to swipe it, where I could not see it). I used to work fast food, and I never looked at the numbers on people's cards. Very unprofessional. When I asked what was the difference between two types of buns the woman who took my order just answered that they were different. And then walked away to check on something, before I had even given her my order. Then after I had stated the first item I needed she started walking away again, and I had to call out the other two items I needed. She didn't bother to ask what beverages I wanted with the kid's meals. I believe this is the first negative review I have ever left for a restaurant, but my experience was so negative I had to put a warning out there.

I went through the drive thru at about 545 am bc, I had to be at work at 630am. I waited at speaker for 5 min before anyone answered, now it's 550 am. Place my order and paid for my order. Here's the good part🙄. I'm waiting for my food, I notice it is now 6am, I never said anything, still waiting. It's now 610, I blow my horn and she looks at me and turned away. So I get out my car knock on the window, she comes to window and says yes? I said where is my food, I being waiting since 545 it is now 615, she said OH, they changing the grease, I said changing grease??? Who the hell change grease while you have people waiting? So you expect me to wait here for 30min, while yall change grease with no warning? Give me my damn money back!🙄🤣🤬

Horrible! Service wad awful. They forgot our order and had no urgency in fixing it. Luckily they had 1 guy who was cleaning and he stopped to help us. He saw that we had been waiting for 20 minutes as they only fulfilled drove thru orders. They took our order, we paid and then sat. Used to enjoy the place, but will NEVER go back!

Okay, went through drive thru....I noticed on my receipt it said two tacos I asked for two tacos no sauce. I even went inside to tell them after noticing my receipt and they said they'll make sure it's right. It's wrong...also order is wrong. I ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwhich after they told me they had no meat for hamburgers at 11:15 am. They gave me a supreme croissant. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Asked for a buttermilk ranch in the drive thru. I pulled to a parking spot, but they forgot to put it in my bag. The staff member walks back to doorway where another staff member throws one across the restaurant and lands on the floor. The person picks it up, busted and open, walks to my car and hands it to me.

Ordered tacos with no sauce no lettuce . With cheese and meat only.. tacos only came with meat PLAIN. I ordered a salad They didn't have ranch so they gave me dip RANCH. When I arrived home no silverware no croutons. Service was complete crap! If you don't have all the sides for a salad DO NOT SELL IT! I would of gladly picked something else! I asked for sauce for the tacos the guy gave me 15 packets for 2 tacos. I will be going back tomorrow when the manager arrives to show the pictures of the tacos and let him/her know what happened!

Have to love the new drive thru window. Why take people's order just to have them wait in front of the store because your service times are horrible. Window times reflect how bad the service is and they are faking them to their higher ups.

Had one car in front of me and it took 10 minutes just to get to the menu to order. Waited in line for about 25 minutes to get my food. Got home and the fries as usual are always 80% full and my tacos where cold. The only thing that was really good was the bombers! Very spicy just like I like it. One of the tacos had only half meat in it and there processed slice of cheese. Basically ate a shell taco with hot sauce. Prices have not only gone up on there used to be .99 for two tacos but they have also cut the level of meat in there as well.... what's gone wrong with the slow food restaurant industry these days. The lady was nice but I'd rather have been treated rudely and got fresh and full food that I ordered. Will be going to McDonald's or Popeyes, way faster and they usually don't give me half patties and pieces of chicken... what a joke.... it wasn't like this back in the day when I worked at jack n the crack.... food just isn't what it used to be. I used to beg my mom growing up to take me here, now you can't get me to go back.... jack is on crack now! Update: went back today because the poppers are good but, another round of half filled tacos... they said they double checked... I know that they did check because they added cheese even though my wife said plain tacos and they still gave me tacos with a very small portion of meat.... also, large curley fry was half empty. Maybe 3 full fries and some tiny pieces of fried batter. I thought I'd give them a second chance because everyone deserves one... fool me once shame on you, fool me twice..... C c c Can't get fooled again!

All I ordered for me was curly fries and the first ones they gave me where old and soggy. I asked if I could get some fresh so I guess they made some fresh but just added 1 third of fresh and the rest on the hottest where the same ones they had given me the first time around
