Worst management ever!! Waited over 30mins in the drive thru had to get off and get my order then waited another 20mins for it still not to be ready. Then I asked an employee if I could please speak with the mgr he stated she was busy and did not want to get out of her chair. Finally, after 15mins she walked up to the front very angry and approached me by asking me ‘ what do you want with me’ mind you this is the manager (Sheryl) she was so unprofessional and proceeded to yell at my husband and I. As I was continuing to still try to speak with her she walked off and never returned back to the front. Although the very young employees were very respectful and handed me my food the manager never once apologized to us nor did she ever acknowledge us waiting for our order over 45mins.

McDonald’s is always good but the minute they open up at McDonald’s close to my house they coming here. They’re always so slow. It looks like a ghost town in there feels like only one employee works there. Don’t come here if you’re running late for work cause you’ll be here for about 45 minutes

Terrible service. No one at the counter,I ask the lady cleaning the lobby if she could get someone she said just say hello,so I did. The girl with purple hair who was looking at her phone said one moment, continue to scroll her phone. The lady cleaning went behind the counter the girl with the purple hair went to the back and sent someone else he said he couldn't accept a 100.00 so he went to get the girl with purple hair who called herself Debbie I ask for the store manager name she said Shell. I ask for corporate # she gave me the store #. Common courtesy goes a long way MCDONALD'S chose better employees. Thank you! Annie.

They took over 30 minutes to give us our order. Yeah didn't apologize. They had us pulled up while a few people in the back picked up orders. We're here visiting Houston. Do not stop here

What's wrong with this place? To begin with, the people in the kitchen are on the phone and do not place orders, there are 8 people in line waiting to be served and the cashier just ignores us and continues to look at the phone. Finally they don't make the orders on time, we wait 38 minutes just for some burgers and drinks.

I'm not sure what they do to the Coke, but it is one of the better fountain cokes around. The food however, is awful. I had not eaten at Mc Donald's in at least 10 years and that may have been my last. I pulled the cheese off of a McMuffin and I was literally able to stretch it to fly like a frisbee. McDonalds should sell health insurance policies at every order.

Currently now sitting for 20 minutes just for 2 happy meals. I placed a mobile order and pulled in the drive thru. I sat at the second speaker for about 8 minutes and no one responded. I finally just pulled through and got to the first window. I told them I was sitting at that speaker for 8 minutes and no one was talking. He just kept waiving me off and said I was good. Well not good, got to the second window and they didnt even have my order. Now im parked waiting again for just 2 happy meals. Ridiculous and never coming back.

Horrible place. Food was cold after picking up from the window. The employee there said they were out of soft drinks. Your choice is coffee or water. This is very poor service. The cashier was very rude. You would have faster service at Denys across the street. DONT EAT AT THIS McDonalds!

We ordered 2 bacon double quarter and it came without bacon, took a very long time, it’s supposed to be fast, the clerks were really slow. It’s possible that we don’t come again, because of it the qualifications are so low. 👎

Went through the drive thru yesterday and all I ordered was 2 chicken sandwiches and a happy meal. I had to repeat my order to the guy over 6 times then he told me to go to the #2 parking spot.... I was there for 30 minutes and no one ever came out. tried to go inside they had the door locked. Tried to go back through the window and all they said was please wait and never came back. So I got charged for food I never received.

Avoid at all cost. Placed an order for delivery through the McDonald’s app at 10am for breakfast, they confirmed my order at 10:20am my dasher got there at 10:25am. They told him at 11:30 that breakfast was over and the order couldn’t be made. Should have never tried to order from here after the first time they took forever with my food and had the order wrong. Don’t be like me and make the same mistake twice. Customer service POOR. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

This place is horrible. I can’t believe the owner has these types of employees working here. The manager that rang up our order was very rude and unprofessional. She messed up on our order and wouldn’t fix it. We ended up having to purchase the extra items since she didn’t make it a combo. I also heard her screaming at her employees and them bad mouthing issues with customer's. Everyone could hear all their drama through the entire restaurant. Do better McDonald’s this is just pathetic.

The one thing this location is very consistent with is how horrible the service and staff are. Mistakes are constantly made and most employees act incompetent. Putting in a complaint to customer service does no good since the "restaurant leadership" never reaches out for further feedback or communication and you're case ends up closed due to lack of action on their part.

Avoid this location. This location is not designed to stop on a road trip for a quick bite. We've been sitting here 30 minutes waiting on a single nugget meal. This is not a normal McDonald's, it is in a gas station and not set up for people to stop in and get meals.

Why do you ask for "FRESH" to give you cold French fries and chicken trips too? They ruin my food and my time... Like in Mcdonals always, that's 3 or 4 times a week, if that's the quality of the new product... With me there were 3 customers in the store, maybe some more on Drive Truth, they weren't busy, and they didn't want to work well... that's all!
