We ordered in the App for store pick up. We pulled in when they said our order was done only to find out our Pizza still wasn't even in the oven yet. They did offer us free Parmesan Bites, which leaked butter out of the box and all over the Car. The Food was good and Hot...hoping for a better experience next time.

Today was not a good pizza day. I went in to pick up a free pizza because of the last mess up at this store. When I look at my pizza, it looks dry and barely has any cheese. My philly cheese steak tots does not have the green peppers on it, I'm not happy with it but decided to write the review versus tell them because I've said something before. I honestly feel as though a note should be left on the profile of returning customers, stating if they have ever had any other issues in their previous orders so that the customer feels heard and the problems are not repeated. One good thing is that the chicken alfredo was enjoyable.

Their website is hit or miss. We arrived at the store 30 minutes after we placed our order then waited another 45 minutes to actually get it. Turned out they hadn't even started making it. This wasn't a one time thing, however, it was the last. We wont be going back.

The employee Alex arrowood was very rude to me when I tried to order my food he keep giving me an attitude I am not coming back until he gets fired or something because that was not good service at all

THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER!!!!I called in a order at 6:15 for a pizza a salad and some cheese bead was told to give them about 30 minutes said ok cool went to go pick it up a little later got there at 6:50 and still waited until 8:00 to get my food and then the whole order was wrong

They can’t take a credit card number; they’re that stupid. When the “pizza” arrives, it’s 1000% worse than the order itself, every single time. No one cares in this little town, pathetic.

Ordered a pepperoni, lovers, large hand, tossed pizza with mushrooms and Italiansausage for pick up and it was absolutely awful. The person answering the phone was not courteous and had a bad attitude, and I suspected that he purposely made us a bad pizza just because of his attitude. In the past, we have got excellent pizzas, but this time was absolutely a disappointment and then almost threw it away. We picked it up to meet with a client and I was embarrassed when I opened it up and apologized and it was just absolutely a total waste of $20 this employee should be fired definitely not a benefit to this fine establishment that we have trusted for many years.

Pizza came dry. Cheese was not on the entire pizza. I called back they agreed to remake it. It was exactly like the pizza I called about the first time, when it arrived. As I was speaking to whomever said they were the manager that evening. She insisted that the pizza had cheese. As if I was lying. So disappointing! I had just ordered this particular pizza a week before it was great. Unfortunately, I'll have to start getting my pizza else where. Customer service and pizza were not up to standard! Such a shame, because my family and I really love dominos. We just moved here a few months back and hate that this happened.

this is the second time we’ve received wings that look this terrible. the first time the manager was very considerate & mailed us a coupon for a free 8pc. this time whoever i spoke with, a female, had an foul attitude towards helping the situation. we are not looking for a hand out but the fact that she did not care to do her job and help even after the fact of me telling her our first experience is absolutely pathetic. she proceeded to tell me next time order extra sauce. distasteful.

I have ordered here for along time and this one time was awful the pizza was dry and hardly any cheese on top of that I still had to pay my even though it was late I'm a regular customer my order was supposed to be here at 5:10 and barely got here at 5:27 I have never had a delivery driver be so rude and not know where my apartment they have lost me as a customer well I guess here comes pizza hut or Little Caesars for my family never again ✌️
