dolce e salato Brugherio Reviews
Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Le due bariste Nunzia e Giorgia davvero sul pezzo
The breakfasts are delicious, everything is so fresh! I recommend the chocolate/jam brioche and ricotta. The vegan one is also very good. The aperitifs are excellent (for an additional fee), and they serve a generous selection of appetizers alongside your drink. As a vegetarian, I'd like to see more vegetarian/vegan options instead of the traditional cold cuts. I always specify this to avoid any unpleasant surprises. I bet even some omnivores would choose it ;)
Welcoming atmosphere Friendly, professional, and always helpful staff. You'll find fresh bread, pastries, and cakes every day. Also stop for a good coffee. Recommended
Very good quality/quantity/price ratio. Clean place. Twenty of us arrived, and they looked after us well. We had the same Christmas aperitif today, too. And I must say I stand by last year's review. The cold cuts were even better.
Excellent aperitifs: well-stocked platters and well-prepared drinks. The quality of the bread and pizzas is also excellent, always very tasty. The desserts are also remarkable. Clean atmosphere, very friendly staff. Definitely worth a try.
Tried it one morning before going into work early. Freshly baked and super-stuffed brioches. The smell of bread filled the entire square.
A bar with great potential, both in terms of location and capacity, and highly commendable. In addition to bar service, they also sell bread, focaccia, pizza, and cakes. The pastries are truly good, the place could be a little more upscale, and the morning staff could be a little more cheerful. Welcoming and making a customer feel welcome may not be for everyone; but if you work in customer service, you, the person behind the counter, must empathize, you must be happy that I entered your bar, that I chose it, and you must be happy that I will spend my money at your business. A smile toward the customer and a kind word should be the foundation. I understand that not all customers can be pleasant, I understand that some days start off badly, but the staff must be able to separate themselves from their personal problems and/or tiredness. I enter, with courtesy and kindness, I consume and pay. Your thanks for choosing you are making me feel like a welcome customer. This is something I believe you can improve; when you do, you'll notice that you have that extra edge over other businesses in the area.
I stop by this place every now and then when I'm in the area. I find the croissants very good, as are the coffee and cappuccino. I've read some very harsh reviews about the staff, which I don't personally know, but I can say that sometimes when it's busy, there's a wait, and the girls are sometimes more cheerful, sometimes less so, but they're always polite. They also have good bread. I recommend it.
The girls Erika, Enza Andrea, and the legendary Stefania make the difference. Friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. I've READ rude reviews and wonder: what's wrong with these people???? Change bars... And seeing the expressions used better, LOSE some of these customers. ONLY THE BEST hang out in this little bar!!! Bravo!
Right in the heart of Brugherio, in a pedestrian area. The atmosphere is pleasant, both inside and outside, both protected and heated. Two aperitifs cost €14, which isn't cheap, but considering the platter of homemade baked goods and cold cuts, it's reasonable. Of course, not every day. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good
Prezzi sicuramente alti per la qualità proposta, ad esempio un piccolo cannoncino di 5cm ad 1 euro e 50... vi invito fortemente ad andare in altra locali nelle vicinanze. Servizio lento e macchinoso
I understand that working on Sundays can be tiring and boring, but if you have no other options, at least smile! The waitress wasn't very friendly, the shop was spotless, let alone clean.... We sat at the table inside with crumbs and sticky stains left over from the previous service.... And honestly, since we're not in the center of Milan, the prices were high for two chocolates and some biscuits (which weren't even that great). Overall, if you can avoid stopping, you're right.
After ordering tea, I noticed that the cup and saucer were completely dirty: greasy, with hairs, small food residue, and fingerprints. I reported it, and the staff immediately apologized and replaced everything without any problems. I'd prefer to leave this review anyway because it's not the first time I've found dirty dishes. It's a real shame, because the place has so much potential, being so centrally located, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back.
**Disappointing breakfast due to poor cleanliness and lack of courtesy** This morning I went to this pastry shop for a simple breakfast, but the experience was rather disappointing. When I arrived, the table was dirty, covered in crumbs, and surrounded by numerous empty cups that had not yet been removed. A member of staff, with clearly visible tattoos, approached and placed my breakfast on another table... also dirty. Only later were the cups removed, but when I politely asked for the crumbs to be cleaned as well, the employee grumbled, clearly annoyed by the request. At that point, I decided to leave the breakfast on the table and walked away, saying, "Leave it alone, it's no problem. You can have breakfast at that table." It's a real shame. A little more attention would have been enough to offer a clean and welcoming environment. Hygiene and courtesy should be fundamental, especially in a place that serves food. LS
We've always had a vegan/vegetarian platter for aperitifs because both my friend and I follow those diets, as we've always told the waiter on duty. Yesterday, a waiter who couldn't even pronounce the word ("ostrich" instead of "lard") revealed that all the focaccias contain lard. This is extremely serious. If we had been allergic, we would have been killed or sent to the emergency room. Reportable. We obviously won't be returning.
ALLERGIC OR VEGAN PLEASE BE CAREFUL I bought a focaccia after specifically asking a clerk if it contained lard. Shortly afterward, my partner asked another clerk, who instead informed him that it contained lard, after checking the ingredients list. Very serious.
NEVER AGAIN!!! We went to this bar for breakfast. The cappuccino was very runny, and the croissants we chose were freaks of nature. There was a little cream on the outside, but nothing inside, just a hint of cream. At 1.60 cents a croissant, I wish they had a filling, and our complaints were met with sarcasm. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
There's no limit to the worst... If you don't have an aperitif with a platter (8 euros) but only drink a crodino (3.50 euros), no crisps or peanuts... it's truly absolute rubbish. Will they ask me to bring my own glass next time? 2 crodinos, 1 coffee and an iced coffee, 4 mini pizzas (to nibble on with the crodino) 14.50
