Good food, good service by the young people here. I think their names were Mikayla and Maurco they were very attentive and had good service. Give them a raise!
The place was dirty and all the young kids didn't ask about how we were or anything. Perhaps the crew was entirely too young and unproperly trained. Otherwise they were all awesome.
I Order Food for me and friends super friendly and nice they guy took my order was great customer service the food was freshly made like I asked would most certainly come back the team is amazing!!! Great Job
Angel is the best! I had stopped going here for some time because they use to get my orders wrong a lot, but ever since he’s been here the service has been beyond great and I no longer have issues with my orders! Great guy, and I will be making this my main spot!
I gave three stars because I pass this site for over 2 months at night at first I thought it was closed frequently passing it at night for about more 3months. It closes at 12 a.m which shows online. The lights are off for the Burger King sign , the menu display, you cannot see it the only thing this lit up is the order taker screen. At night time be sure to bring a flashlight .Also be aware of your surroundings because there is a high tall grassy field on one side. The lights are not on I repeat around this restaurant at night and that is a safety hazard. So if you think it is closed it's not, they just don't want to turn the lights to the right setting for the timers. So your best option is to go to Burger King in Kyle not Buda at night.
I ordered a maple junior whopper combo. My fries were cold. They were very gross. I also ordered a four piece cheesy bacon and cheddar tots. I really think if they would’ve been better fresh out as a fryer, they would’ve been fantastic, but they were old as well my burger, however it was On point definitely will not revisit this location again there was also no ice in the front ice machine for the customers to get ice when you had to ask it was a new inconvenience. Definitely the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to.
We waited in line for 10 minutes while all the workers played around and ignored the line of people waiting to order. We love BK, but unfortunately the staff at this location doesn’t care enough about their customers. This is the second time that we have this happen to us and the second time we leave with empty hands at this location.
I made a trip to the franchise in Buda, Texas approx. 11:40 p.m. and was met with an unpleasant experience. First, there was myself and one other car in the drive thru. I waited almost 10 mins to be greeted at the speaker. Finally, someone did speak but the language was in Spanish. I'm African American, and English is my only language. The worker proceeded to wave me to the window but the language barrier prevented me from ordering. I asked to speak to a manager or someone else who spoke English and her reply was in gestures (she didn't know). I repeated myself again to no avail. At this point, I just wanted information to make a complaint in which the worker ignored me until she finally decided to call someone on the phone. The woman who she called identified herself as the manager. The woman in question had a thick Hispanic accent. I told her what I needed and asked for her name, to which she denied once she knew I recorded the ordeal. She also stated she would call the police on me, and I told her that was fine and I'd be more than happy to wait. I ended the call with her and gave the worker back her phone. I sat for at least 20 more mins. Other customers were leaving as well. Eventually, a different customer gave me the info I was looking for on the receipt and I drove away. It's more than one employee in an establishment providing customer service to the American public and nobody speaks English? There's many safety concerns this establishment could be faced with. Is this something that frequently happens? There are many questions that should be asked. All in all, I was only trying to order food for my daughter whom had just got out of the hospital, and was hungry! This was one of the most surprising experiences I've encountered at a restaurant. A month or two ago I went through the drive-thru around 2-3am they had a sign on the speaker that stated Mobil orders only and that was fine I had ordered online anyways. We pull up to the window no one in sight we honked sat there still no one. We pull around and park because clearly the 2 cars parked by the front door must be the employees cars. I get out and bang on the door pretty hard to be sure they hear me then all the sudden a younger Hispanic guy pops his head up from inside a car and asked if there is a problem? I said yes my order is paid for yet no one is making it. He said I closed the store down a lil while ago but let me call my manager as he walks up to the door. Shortly after a black female comes from the back maybe restroom area idk but she opens the door he talks to her she closes it and he says go ahead and go to the window. We go to the window she takes her time then I tell her I don't have cheese on the one I added cheese to. She says it don't say cheese on the order. I said yes it does can I get the receipt? She said you know what you sure can as she grabs a recipe but does not hand me that one she looks around grabs another recipe and hands me this one that does not say cheese so I tell her you know with all the hiding in the back pretending to be closed so that I have to pull around and beat on the door just to get my order I mean you could have really just put the cheese on my burger. She then says all loudly NAWWWW girl don't be trying to lie on me I never was closed. I just said definitely not a lie but nice try and left. Super reduliious.
I came in to do Burger King with my friend for lunch. I had to steak house junior combo. I ordered mozzarella sticks, bacon, cheddar taught. They were cold.My mozzarella sticks were unbelievably cold and hard.I couldn't even eat them.I didn't work if it were fries, but I did receive them with my food.That was a bonus, but they were still cold.And nasty, the ice machine was out of ice.Just a horrible experience will definitely not return to this location
The managment there is horrible,the "blonde" manager can barely understand ,she was too worried cooking chilakiles ,my order never came out. She just ignores the customers.
Went to the drive thru at 10:30pm seen 4 working smoking near the back door I tried ordering and the response was they are only taking mobile orders I told them why was that if you had your workers inside instead of smoking weed out side of the restaurant you could’ve take my orders 4 cars in front of me all took off drove off without stopping at the window so I believe they all left for the same issue.
This 24 hour location wouldn't let me order at the drive thru as the employee said they were only taking mobile order pickups. He couldn't be troubled to take my order the old fashioned way. Ridiculous.
The night crew here are pretty good. The daytime crew lately has been insane. The drive thru will only take one order at a time. We've been sitting at the menu for 15 minutes with a single car ahead of us at the window. This isn't a one-time thing. This is literally just the system recently.
I went to this restaurant via drive thru at exactly 1:05 AM Sunday morning December 14 2025, and the young lady at the drive to told me that only mobile pick up orders where available at the time. The weird part was that she “offered” to help me out if I paid for the food via her personal Cash App or Venmo lol so I didn’t have do use the app 😂. I told her that using the app was okay with me because I didn’t want to be part of what it seems to be her side business 😂. She looked upset I didn’t fall for this sketchy set up. However, I thought the RESTAURANT OWNER would like to know about this worker “side hustle” .
After late night shift of work came through the drive-thru to try and order some food for dinner the employee refused to take my order over the drive-thru and when I tried to place it over the phone she told me I couldn't do it at the location.
Honestly, if I could get this place negative stars I would I sat in the drive-through for 17 minutes with nobody in front of me nor behind me just waiting got my food just for it to be nice and cold not even lukewarm, which would’ve been nicer than what I’ve received. The staff was absolute garbage, one reeked of weed so bad it stunk up my car and I don’t mind if you get high but do it on your own time. I do not recommend anybody else going to this Burger King because of this experience this is my third time going through with the same night and I know it’s my fault but this is just terrible and warn anyone against this place it’s absolutely garbage and needs shut down for how disgusting the crew is and garbage the service is.
Yall just need to close this place down. Tool 15 minutes for no response through the drive-thru speaker so I pulled up to the second window. Said it was busy, there were 4 cars parked which is probably the employees cars and 1 person inside eating.
Honestly if you’re looking for a fast food experience with mildly undercooked fries that have never been in the same room as salt, promotional meals without a couple of the items, or just plain wrong drink orders then this is the place for you. If you expect to get your moneys worth of fast food bullshit then go hit up McDonalds. They are willing to give you regular Coke when you order regular Coke almost like they’re paid to do it. Maybe this review will stand out to the franchisee and they could make some meaningful changes that’ll improve the experience but I wouldn’t bet on it. Good luck, y’all did your best, I guess. Oh and half the times I’ve been here the buns tasted stale.
Most insufficient drive thru. Car pulls up they take the order. Next car has to wait to order until the first car has gotten their food and left. Ridiculous, seriously take all the orders so your kitchen knows what the hell to make in advance. How is this no onion, no mayo add mustard There has been improvements especially after y'all started flame broiling again, but toasting buns is hit or miss, getting the order correct is hit and miss, and the sodas lack flavor and carbonation.
I ordered 2- 8 peace nuggets they only gave me 1 sauce telling me I have to pay for extra sauce, people are rude, don’t speak English and when you try telling them what you want they get mad because I didn’t speak Spanish, the drive thru was broken, the cashier didn’t even know how to place an order, my nuggets are so small like I’m feeding a baby bird, no salt on fries, no napkins, if I can give them no stars I would but it’s making me put 1
There's a terrible employee and a mediocre manager who treats Uber drivers badly. Be a little civilized and don't be a stranger to people. This is America, you need to be part of civilization.
These is not any more good burger That is casting Is boy or burger? Patty is not grill anymore looks awful smell like reheat. The iceberg is yellow. It’s not green tomatoes is overdue. I can’t spend any more money in there. I wish I wish to post picture. Harry looks my burger now even on my dog I can give it to them. I spent $11 for nothing.
Absolutely disgusting!! Luis is the worse person, if there is an issue he will laugh in your face and won’t give you your money back, I have a nasty roach in my burger and all he tells me was I’m sorry I can’t make another one nor give you the money back because you took a bite already. Wow 😳 like umm I don’t think I asked for a roach in my burger so how was that my fault, He just laughed at me and said anything else? So here I am trying to get my money back for them having a disgusting place and looks like I won’t be getting it back! And the 2 ladies their we’re looking at me very ugly and started to laugh with him. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!
I ordered a mix and match $6 meal. I got a big king and chicken fries. I also ordered a large coke at about 2:10pm. They did not give me a receipt. I took a bite out of my burger. Then I look at it closely and noticed there is mold on the buns. It is a blue grey color and I cannot believe this happened to me on my lunch break. There should be better quality control. I’m sure it will happen again or it has happened to many people today. This is ridiculous.
