I don’t know what kind of culinary crime scene I walked into, but the chicken tenders and potato wedges I got were tragic. Hard. Cold. Flavorless. It genuinely tasted like everything had been sitting out since last Tuesday. The tenders were so tough I felt like I needed dental insurance just to get through one bite, and the wedges? Completely lifeless, cold, stale, and somehow both soggy and stiff. How do you even accomplish that? For a place that literally specializes in fried chicken, this was ridiculous. If you’re thinking about swinging by this KFC, save yourself the disappointment (and the jaw workout) and go literally anywhere else.

I picked up a 10 piece last night. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't you supposed to get at least 2 of every part? I got 1 breast, 1 thigh and all the rest drumsticks and wings. I don't like paying over $30 and getting ripped off. I'll never go there again!

I recently visited KFC expecting the usual crispy, flavorful chicken, but I was seriously let down. The chicken lacked any real quality—it was clear that it wasn’t fresh, and the texture was off, almost as if it had been sitting for too long. On top of that, it wasn’t even served hot, which made it even less appetizing. The seasoning, which is usually a KFC highlight, seemed dull, and the chicken itself tasted bland, like it hadn’t been properly prepared. It’s disappointing to see the standards drop, especially when fresh, hot fried chicken is supposed to be their specialty. Definitely not worth the money this time. Hope they step it up because this was not the KFC experience I was expecting.

Went for a famous bowl, depressing at best only halfway full, I specifically ordered without gravy and corn but come on!!! Also the Cashier Diogenes won't ask you if you want to donate to KFC foundation he will just take your money. That's what I'm more frustrated about

The manager at night on 05/03/24 was sooo unprofessional and rude. We were unsatisfied with an item in the meal and we asked for a refund. One of the cashiers went to talk to the manager and she came back and said we couldn't get a refund. We asked to speak to the manager and the girl came back and said the manager would be with us shortly. After a few minutes, manager call the girl back and she told her ( I could hear the manager talking) and she said " I am to busy I don't have time for them" and told the cashier to give us back the money. This was past 9pm. There were closing, there were no cars in the drive thru and there were no people in the dinning room except us. That lady needs to be re-trained or demoted. Very unprofessional and rude. I am never going here again.

Went buy 05/01/24 ordered bone in wings, chicken tenders and a spicy sandwich. Chicken bones were all burnt and hard as well as the sandwich. Tenders were fine. Not going back until change in management

food here is NEVER fresh. it always tastes like it's at least 4 hours old. I've tried ordering at lunch at supper, NEVER matters the food is always stale and just bad. The long john silvers side is just as bad. I highly recommend ANYWHERE else.

We got our food through drive through. We ordered the 20 dollar box. I just want to say that our food took a long time. But nothing was fresh. Everything was hard, greasy, old and chewy. The fries were old. It was disgusting. We did not any of it. The macaroni was ok. Disappointed in Buda Texas KFC

In the past month, I have gone through the drivethru at the Buda KFC and sat in the line over 20 minutes each visit. To make things worse they totally messed up my order each visit. Tonight I ordered all white meat original recipe. I got old dried out extra crispy legs & wings. It looked like it had been left under the heat light for hours. I paid for breast meat original recipe! I called 15 times when I got home but no one answers & they disconnected.Awful service

We went today to buy a famous bowl with extra cheese and gravy and we also ordered a fill up box ( chicken breast) when we got to the window we was told to pull around because they was finishing up the chicken tenders so we pulled around. Almost 10 mins later we finally get our food and the chicken breast was not even cooked properly it was almost slimy and my famous bowl was room temp even though they had said they just cooked the tenders and they did not add extra gravy. So we take the chicken breast back in to get a new one. When we took it back in the works said they have a newer clock and he does not cook anything right. Then they said that they have told the manager several times that the cook does not know what he is doing and the managers reply was ,” that’s ok “.

This has to be the dirtiest dingiest fast food place I've been in. I drive trucks all over Texas and this one wins. The pictures I've included don't do it justice. There are: handprints all over the glass, trash and crumbs all over the floor and in every booth, literal mold growing on the wall, and every table seems to have a film of grease on it. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to the Whataburger.
