Food always tastes good. Order was done super fast. Staff was friendly.

The popcorn shrimp combo is pretty good. The location is strange. It's in side a mini mall and the directions say it's on the third floor of the parking structure but then it's not on the third floor. All these arrows point to where it's located and then you have to go up an elevator to the 4th floor. It's hard to find and it's kind of in the food court and it's not easy to access for just picking up a quick bite to eat. However the shrimp the mashed potatoes and the french fries and coleslaw were enjoyed by the family

By far the worst service at any Popeyes I've ever been to. I walked up with no one in front of me and placed my order... And even though there was a large pile of chicken ready to go, nobody started filling my order for about 5 minutes. 4 guys just milling around, rearranging empty cups and trays and not much else. After a few other people made orders they started putting those orders out before mine. I asked why they were putting other orders out before mine... When they finally did get around to putting my order together, they got it wrong. When I went back to complain about that, they got it wrong again. There was never any attempt at any kind of apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. I waited over 10 minutes for chicken that was sitting there ready to go the entire time. These guys would never survive the kind of volume that any Popeyes location in L.A. handles on a daily basis.

Service is bad. Said online they open at 11am . They didnt open until 1120am. No o e would acknowledge us while we waited for them to take our order.

I went here about 3wks ago to see if they had the new chicken sandwich witch they didn't so I ordered something else. It took them over 30min to fill my order & it was still wrong 🤬🤬🤬 won't ever come here again

Hours posted mean nothing. Went in at 7:40 (20 minutes before closing) and was told they had no chicken, no mac and cheese, only jambalaya.

The service is always so slow (the cashier is preparing food instead of keeping taking orders). This time I ended up waiting for 20 min just to be told the card reader is not working and they are only accepting cash! Didn't have cash at the time and the ATM near by was not working, so tried to order online and it failed to communicate with this location 3 times!

I was excited to try this chicken as a lot of ppl love this chicken. I wasn't impressed. We ordered the family meal and waited 45 minutes for our order. When we received it it was cold, greasy and just disgusting. The young guy working was very nice. The place wasn't very clean.

Opening night I was the last customer in drive thru trying to support local business. They shorted me extra box of biscuits paid for and all biscuits with family of 6 orders. Found out when got home after waiting 35 minutes trapped in drive thru.

Always sold out of chicken sandwiches. Even in 2021. And their phone number on google is no longer in service. Used doordash to get Popeyes from here once. Spent $30 for my order. They forgot my large coleslaw. And no utensils or napkins. Employees here have a “whatever” attitude and demeanor. You guys are a pain. You suck.

Tried and tried with this location. Worse location by far. Won't even give you a free cup of water. You must purchase a bottle of water. Also tried mobile order delivery. Again a fail. Cancelled my order not once but twice in one night. Played with my money, waisted my time, and left me hungry. As for popeyes app, made a complaint and response was just "sorry". Your money should be refunded in 3-5 days. That's the very least they could do and that's exactly what they did. The least they could do. I would give them a negative if I could.

For some reason, this Popeyes doesn't cook chicken until you order it! Which means you're waiting at least 20 - 25 minutes for any meal you order. I'm at the Source at least 2 or 3 times a month and I would eat here almost every time if this wasn't the case. It's not "fast food" if we have to wait 25 minutes for you to cook it. Its been like this for the past 3 years. Sell this restaurant to someone who knows how to run a chicken spot. Thanks.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The chicken is never ready. Today they to me that the Mac and Cheese would not be done for another 3 hours. 3 hours? I also wanted to order 16 pieces of the family meal and they said the chicken will be ready in 30min.

This place in 4th floor. Very confusing because map shows 3rd floor. Lot of parking. Very busy plaza. Worst customer service. No greeting at all. Ordered some food for pick up. Food was not fresh. Overall not very good experience.

All I'm going to say is terrible service, lazy and unprofessional staff, always saying they 'ran out food' hours before they even close. Went there once, bad service, thought may be it was an off day, went again same old BS, tried a 3rd time, my own fault for thinking they would be different. Never again!
