well, this place is good with its low price, especially the French fries is the best! I also like their chill dog and this buttery steak burger. So good . It will rate 5 stars or at least 4. My childhood checkers were in Michigan. Any location you went out there had tasty food. My partner never had checkers, so i get them some food hear. The loaded fries are just cheese fries with too mutch salt, there fries tasted odd and sad, the lady told me they had a mushroom burger, and it was loaded with gravy that tasted like paint. The pie tasted like a candle. Overall the best thing i got from tjis order was a coke. For 15 ish bucks for two people, go to windys if you dont want to be sad. For three bucks you get a plastic tag that gets you a free frosty for a year, 7 bucks gets a small fry, small nugget, a burger and a soda.

The idea of picking up in the outside and waiting for the food is very tough in the cold weather and the stuff are so arrogant. It should recover.

I ordered to pick up, it said order ready in 5 minutes. I arrived and I still waited 8 more minutes. It wasn't in rush, When I opened the hamburger is cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, it was like it had just been placed on the meat which was even colder and they didn't heat it up . The other hamburger was the same, and the apple pie too. And my order wasn't ready when I arrived, just packed it, How is the food going to be cold? The funniest thing is that the manager was preparing my order.

I love checkers but after my experience on 07/26 I am disgusted. The woman working the window had open sores/wounds as well peeling skin covering her hands. Ive already contacted the checkers help line but this is a public health issue and needs to be rectified immediately not in 3 to 4 business days.

First and last time I will ever eat in this place. What the hell did I just eat? The taste was disgusting. Do not, i repeat do not go to this place. In between the half a pound of grease on top of the potato and the plastic lump of cheese they put on the sandwich or at least I hope that's cheese I do not know why anybody would eat here.

There is a white lady manager in the restaurant. I have never seen such arrogant behavior in my entire life. She never behaves with the customers well. Especially if you are waiting at the window pick up, she doesn’t even look at you even she knows that you are waiting there doesn’t matter if there was -20 degree or 30 degree. She let them wait for 20 minutes to give if the order is ready for pick up. I kindly request Checkers management to look into this

I am a Checkers Lover and order from them when I can find them when I am on the road (I am a truck driver). Today was a major disappointment. Placed my order in drive thru, asked if it was all there, they repeated the order to me, daughter passed the food out in my car, only to realize my Burford was missing. So I used the window, I was polite intially and mentioned they forgot my burger to which they said it was there and few are you sures so offered them to check my car ... 3 hots, my daughters chzbrg, mozzarella sticks and loaded fries is what we got.. NO EXAGGERATION 20 minutes for a missing burger they insisted I had..I don't have time to being making up stuff I have 2 younger kids in the car, school night, and still an 1hr and 5 minute drive home...ugh and after waiting I requested fresh fries since mine would naturally be cold not the loaded fries which was my orignal order cuz I wasn't out to take nothing but a hot meal which was also my 1st meal for the day. For some reason this was an unreasonable request in this mans eyes and at that point I did proceed to say at the window that, that was rude and inconsiderate after all that time that I had been waiting. I get mistakes happen but not be considerate to a mistake I didn't make and to not honor a simple request is crazy. To act like I was trying to take something I didn't pay for is crazy for me to have gone through the amount of time lost for that. I don't know about the others that represent this particular Checkers but this I hope isn't the best even over all good of the bunch or there is going to be a need for some serious damage control within the community. Very sad to see this is how this company I enjoy eating at is being presented by this location. (The man behind the lady is whom seemed to be the lead person)
