The food was always destroyed, the service not even a good lunch, the atmosphere not to mention the bathroom then there are no games and the chests are uncomfortable.

I took the kids with some friends, and the service was poor. They brought a quarter of what I ordered to the table. I paid for a large cappuccino with a croissant (which I never brought). I asked at the counter and they made me a small, cold cappuccino, but the croissant was sold out. Cold fries. What can I say? Never again.

I often order through Deliveroo, and unfortunately, the orders are always incomplete. I always lose between €10 and €20 (desserts or even menus are missing). You call and they can't give you explanations or solutions. I'm sorry, I don't usually leave reviews. I find myself forced to. Sometimes sauces are missing, sometimes a children's menu is missing, sometimes desserts are missing. You can turn a blind eye, but at this point, it seems excessive. We're in the business too, and we can't afford even a third of these mistakes.

I waited over half an hour for my order. I went to the cashier to ask for an explanation and got no response, just a shrug of the shoulders! Plus, there were two people making sandwiches and delivering them. Never again! Plus, the food was freezing cold.

I almost never write reviews because I'm very patient and respectful of other people's work, but this time I'm forced to write a negative one. A month ago, a friend of mine and I decided to go to this McDonald's for breakfast. Even though the place was almost empty when we ordered, we waited half an hour (we were at the tables outside), and once we went inside to claim our order, we realized that in the meantime, they had served all the other customers who had ordered in that half hour (plus, the Nutella muffin we'd ordered was obviously no longer available because they'd run out and given it to other customers who had come in after us). I'll ignore the tone and annoyed faces of some of the counter staff, who simply told us we should "be patient and wait." A month later, we decided to order two McMenu Large Crispy McBacons with fries from this restaurant for home delivery via Deliveroo. Moral of the story: the order was incomplete. The fries were missing. Result? Homemade air-fried potatoes seasoned with oil, salt, and a pinch of NERVOSO.
