I had been curious about Jam Jam for a few weeks ever since it opened. I am a huge fan of boba and I have been trying to find new spots. I finally stopped the other day to Jam Jam. It took a few minutes for the girl behind the counter to help me but there was a little bit of a crowd. I went with the Thai tea which is always a starter drink whenever I try a new place. I really enjoyed it, it had a great flavor and I will be branching out to something new next time. Next time I am going with the Ube Slushie!!!

Not only are the flavor choices at Jam Jam delicious, but the branding of this boba spot is the absolute cutest. We ordered five drinks, which came in the cutest little Jam Jam tote bag: 1. Mango matcha - sweet and delicious; appreciated the option to go lighter on the mango jam, and more matcha instead. 2. Oreo - also delicious and maybe tied with the mango matcha in terms of preference. 3. Coconut mango - refreshing and tropical. 4. Barley boba with cheese topping - obsessed with the cheese topping, but not the biggest fan of the barley balls. I would forgo the barley balls next time, personally. 5. Thai tea crème brûlée - good classic drink, but not my favorite. The inside is clean, modern, and cozy. Again, I’m obsessed with the Jam Jam branding, and wish they sold merch - I would totally buy a tote bag, cap, or sweatshirt (hint hint!). Ig: @dawntc

First time here. Got their specialty drinks for their BOGO event. Good quality drinks and taste good with 25% sugar and less ice (not watered down). Nice reusable cups. Not disappointed. Will come here again.

Jam Jam has risen to become one of the best boba tea shops in the LA/OC area! They use the freshest ingredients and the boba tastes really fresh (there's a type of bouncy chewy texture I love!). The Burbank location is great because it's free parking :) Plus, they're also next to Tigawok and Chubby Dumplings if you are craving good food to go with your boba.

Went here after dinner at the Chubby Dumpling next door, it was their soft opening. I tried the white peach milk tea. PHENOMENAL! It tasted like a real fresh peach. Super refreshing on a hot summer day. I cant wait to come back and try all their other drinks.

This is the best boba spot in Burbank by far. There is a difference in quality of boba spots and this is at the top of the list. I go here every weekend and have tried most items. The white peach and brulee brown sugar are my personal favorites.

JamJam is now my go-to tea/boba fix in the Burbank area. It's menu features drinks with fresh fruit ingredients and is perfect for the Valley's hot summer days. Most importantly it features a mango pomelo drink (theirs has coconut agar boba but I like to substitute it out with lychee jelly) which is hands down my top choice drink here. I've also really enjoyed their cheese barley tea which is rich & a little nutty, and something I don't often see on menus. Their special peach yakult slush was also really refreshing and a nice balance of sweet and tangy. If you're a fan of jasmine tea, they also have it mixed with a variety of fruit options so that's nice. I always get 50% sweet on all the drinks which is just right for me. Lastly, the location is perfect, right next to the theater, several free parking garages, and lots of dining options in a very walkable downtown area so it's very accessible and an easy treat while out and about.

I visited Jam Jam Tea Lab in downtown Burbank recently and it really impressed me it's more than just a boba shop. Upon entering, the space had a clean, inviting feeling. The decor is modern yet comfortable, and the staff were very friendly service is a big bonus.

CHEESE FOAM💕! Both the milk tea and matcha were amazing with the cheese foam (haven’t tried without). That richness reminds me of the milk tea and ice cream in Japan. Highly recommend Jam Jam for your tea/boba fix in Burbank!

Delicious fruit teas with many topping options. My favorite is the grapefruit punch (or slush) with aloe. The flavor is very punchy and similar to the heytea grapefruit boom. Oolong milktea is nice too with a roasted flavor. Yum!

There were many famous restaurants, dessert shops, and theaters near the store, so there were a lot of people. It was my first time there. It was a fun place. It seems like a good place to go with family and friends.

It was their opening day. So, I can understand it being a little unorganized. However, I would expect for a drink place to have already made samples for their potential customers to try. When I asked for a Thai tea sample all they gave me was just tea (no milk or sugar). I wasn't impressed. I won't be back. Poor customer service as well.

An employee was telling me a long whatever story about why the company doesn't serve it and instead reccomended mango matcha. What's even more ridiculous is that I can order any jam on any drink except for strawberry jam in matcha. Also can't order extra matcha powder in my drink. But that's okay. When I got my matcha, it looked like vomit green about to turn fecal brown. Before that, I waited in line for 40 minutes just to find out they don't accept cash. Instead of putting up visible signage stating that the spot is "card only" they just wasted my time and the managerbdid nothing about it. Last time I was there, my card was short by one dollar so they refunded me for the drinks but not the tip. In other words, they can't take my order over one dollar but they can take $4 for a service I never got. The limitations are ridiculous, the employees seemingly just wanna take from you and the manager doesn't do anything for customer inconvenience because he doesn't know what to do. This company is a real hot mess.
