Jamba Burbank Reviews
At first was a unsure about real fruit until a friendly worker gave me a free soy protein sample.my wife is type 2 diabetic. Not for everyone but mango fruit in one of there drinks brought my wife's sugar down to 110.It was a very hot day and it made me happy to see her enjoy a cool healthy drink. Thank you buddy and I hope to see you again.
Full Disclosure: 🥤🍌🍓🍊🍑🥕🍊🥤 Not Fast IF you are in a rush, this particular Jamba Juice is not for you during a moment of haste. OtherWise, the staff are an excellent robust team and this is why they are always SO busy. The drinks are Excellent, the keen attention to customer and drink details are superb, the drink preparers perform with magical wizard-like precision and do so quick, considering the waiting line often extends beyond the Front Door.
I needed a gift card for my uncle who visits Jamba Juice two times a week. Big shout out to Paulynn who not only got me in and out quickly but game me many options on the gift cards. Employees like Paulynn make Jamba Juice a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for making my uncles Birthday very special.
Great customer service. My cashier Angie was so helpful.
Amy took our order she was super nice and helpful!
Very friendly service. The juices were great and they had wheatgrass shots which made me happy as we don't have these anymore down in Australia. Great place :)

Located at the Empire Center, parking can sometimes be tricky. The staff is friendly and the several visits I've had have been quick. Not much wait time. Lunch time can be busy due to all the offices nearby. They are located next to other types of food options as well.
Jamba is an amazing place to get smoothies and the staff are friendly and helpful, their food is lacking (the cheddar and tomato twist is basically dry bread with very little of either cheddar or tomato to be found inside) but there are plenty of other food options in the Empire Center
Really good service and excellent juice options as to be expected. The acai bowls are okay. The have at of patio space in front for outdoor seating or chilling. They get super busy depending on the time of the day, but do a great job limiting capacity for inside ordering or pickup.
Quick, attentive and professional service, as well as a consistently delicious product. I wasn't quite as impressed with the cleanliness of the store, in front of or behind the counter.

Ordered the Chili Mango smoothie. I was told that they don't make that smoothie there. I checked online later and was able to add the smoothie to an online order for pick up at this same location. So either they lied to me, misunderstood my order, or need to fix the online ordering to reflect that they don't serve it at this location. Got another smoothie instead and it was good.
If you’re coming for an açaí don’t bother. They use a blend that tastes mostly of grape and still charged as though it was all açaí. Toppings were good and service was good. Upset about the açaí grape blend they use. Also it wouldn’t melt like normal so I think they add something to keep it from melting? Unhappy with the cost and doubt I’ll be back. I’ll just have to go to the specialty shop 5 minutes away again.
This location of Jamba was nice and the employees were quick with making smoothies. I tried their plant based Peach smoothie and it was decent, but they need to bring back Peach Pleasure to their Classic Smoothie line. Despite that, I've always liked Jamba Juice so there's that!

Gotcha Matcha consisted of like 70% ice and the Acai bowl was nice, but too little granola though if you compare with other bowls in town. The size also wasn't that big. Wouldn't go there again, there's better options
Staff here is top notch 5 star service every time. Two stars is for the owner/mangers. Literally half of the drinks you offer are "currently unavailable at this location" one or two drinks I can understand, maybe even 3 or 4, but 6 drinks currently unavailable? Unacceptable. And this message is not a daily or weekly thing, it seems they take months to restock on fruits? Is there a fruit shortage I didn't know about?

My order took too long considering there was only one other person inside when I arrived, workers were busy chatting it up with a high school aged kid. Ordered a protein berry workout whey smoothie which was mostly ice, it tasted so bland. There were a couple chunks of bananas still intact, and they must’ve thrown in only one strawberry in there. Disappointed with my drink today.
Walked in a group was standing in front of register that had already got their drinks crowding the register then 2 people walked in behind me and walked up past me to the register and we’re immediately helped and the girl looked right at me before she took their order and she decided not to help me or even acknowledge I was there first. I will never come back rude and racist Latinos working there. Seems to be a reoccurring theme lately and I’m very sick of it and will not support any business that does this. white people not welcomed here
WhenI was ordering I saw a huge cockroach on the wall and it crawled onto the table of where they served and told the worker and he didn’t even say anything he caught the bug and put it in a cup. Then he didn’t even apologize about the situation and I had to pay for the food and was very disappointed and disgusted after that was uncertain about the cleanliness.
I went and got a medium got mostly ice. So went back got a large asked for light ice and the worker said “I can’t customize the drinks” I always tip this location and think it’s unfair I can’t get what I pay for.i wish I could rate 0 stars for this.

Jamba juice Empire center, they do not have a single nutritional brochure in the store. So much for caring about the public's health or allergies. Just teens in store no manager. Poorly managed store. When some child is hospitalized because of an allergy, thus post will be the alert the management will be convicted with.
