Let me start by saying I have been to many different Olive Gardens in many different states and this is the best olive garden service I have ever received, Thanks Jenna! We had a party of 7 who did soup, salad, and breadsticks. We got a bottle of wine to share. The soups came out fast, and she was quick to offer us soup refills, grab more breadsticks for us, and bring us new salad, always putting cheese on them for us. We never felt neglected, and we never felt pressured to order or not order, it was all up to us, and she was very caring and kind. Overall we had a great meal here for our birthday celebration and she came over to sing and bring a dessert which was great. We were able to get breadsticks to go and she brought little bags for the breadsticks left on the table. She even offered to bring containers for the soup left on the table as well! This was an excellent experience here tonight. Thanks!

Well a lot of people don't like Olive garden and don't consider it Italian food, that's not why you come here. The food is very good, and I love the unlimited breadsticks, salad, soups, and even breadstick dip! I highly recommend getting the Alfredo sauce dip because it's absolutely delicious.

We had a very delightful waitress of this evening that was very polite and very patient and kind it went over and beyond the call of duty and I can't think of her name right now but she was a very sweet young lady and we probably will be back just celebrate my husband's birthday on Monday

As the 14 rolled on thru once again i took my partner to Olive Garden in burbank. Great service by alexander A. Food was delicious finishing up the leftovers as i type this post. I will comeback for sure next time The sitting was pretty fast the time they took to serve us was also very fast it was like they were just waiting for us to get there. food was hot. soup was delicious loved the garlic bread. the cake was just mouthwatering. Good place to eat if you're traveling solo, as it's usually busy but always an open spot at the bar -- they take your order quickly and the food comes out fast. Love the chicken/shrimp carbonara -- it's my go-to.

Congratulation to Olive Garden management and staff team to create one of the best restaurant for those who are pasta lovers, very welcome and friendly environment, high level customer service, the pastas qualities were great and chicken, fish, steak tastes were excellent, salad was very tasty and delicious and prices are affordable compare to same restaurants.

On a visit from England we came to this location for some Italian. Super portion size, free bread sticks and salad were really nice. I had the Shrimp and Chicken carbonara which was very tasty. I consider myself a foodie having grown up with several members of my family owned and operated several types of restaurants. The food at this Olive Garden was just right per Olive Garden standards (which are just high enough for a corporate endeavor to be good every time). The service, however, was exceptional. Lupe anticipated our needs perfectly. Her service was much higher than the usual good service i find at any Olive Garden. And I was pleasantly surprised to have the manager on duty assisting servers, as well as stopping by the tables to check in with the guests. Keep up the good work, team!

Our server, Stacy, was wonderful. Checked on us often and gave us great suggestions to what we could add on to our entrées. The food was delicious and Stacy brought our food quickly. She then brought me a slice of cake for my Birthday. We had a great experience.

Had a delightful lunch here today. Dulce was our server and was wonderful. Olive Garden is doing a great job with Covid modifications. All staff were wearing masks and the restaurant has paper menus. Some tables are not being used to ensure social distancing is maintained. Olive Garden has a special right now to bring select entrees home for only $5.00 each, which we took advantage of (see attached photo for description)

Had the shrimp fettuccine. Was great. Had a few drinks loved those as well. Salad was a disappointment as I love their salad but it was drowned in dressing.

My wife and I are big fans of this location. We can count on friendly service and good food. Today we came in to celebrate both of our birthdays with my mother in law. First and foremost I want to say that by far this evening we received the best service since we started coming here. Emily was friendly, funny and spot on about her recommendation with the Zuppa Toscana. Although chicken gnocchi is seated safely as my favorite. Besides that even though she was visibly busy she still was able to anticipate our needs. We never once had to look for her, she was just magically there. As for the food I went with the create your own pasta (Rigatoni with meat sauce, sausage and meatballs) I enjoyed it. My wife and mother in law both went with the Asiago tortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken. We were all fans of the rich cheesey pasta. We ended the night singing happy Birthday to my wife. So if you happen to find yourself in Emily’s section you’re in for great service!

Our last Olive Garden visit was 11 years ago in San Diego. We had an awful service back then so we never came back to Olive Garden since. Yesterday, we took a chance when we’re passing by Burbank and it was the best experience in any food service industry we’ve had ever. Our waiter Christian is absolutely amazing!!! We cant stop talking about the service, the food…everything until today. I will go out of my way, drive 1 hour to this location everytime I crave Olive Garden bcoz of Christian and the entire staff! We came to grab something to eat i got the shrimp and chicken carbonara which was deliciously creamy. My brother got the chicken Alfredo fettuccine with broccoli which he says he definitely recommends, if you have a big appetite or can't seem to choose a plate, we would recommend you get the tour around Italy which will include fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna and chicken parmigiana. My mom and my aunt loved the tour of Italy and had leftovers to take. The only thing i didn't like was when we paid on the table it showed the entire table how much we spent. Our waiter Alex was very nice and patient made all the recommendations and then we decided to go simple with pasta and meatballs and fettuccine and chicken. The portions are huge and the same goes with the salad!! The restaurant is very big has multiple sections. Got here around 2pm so not too busy. Would come back again.

During our week-long stay in Los Angeles, we dined at Olive Garden twice, and both times we had a fantastic meal. The portions were huge, and the breadsticks are truly unmatched. It was also a nice bonus that you always get a soup or salad with your meal. The service was good each time, although on the first visit, everything was served at once, so my pasta was already cold by the time my soup was finished. The waiter apologized for the mix-up—apparently a kitchen error. Such things can happen. But it was definitely a great experience and highly recommended!

I hadn’t been to Olive Garden in a long time, I was excited to get a night of never ending pasta but I was blown away by the night I had, thanks to our server, Christan. He said he was a bit newer but it was some of the best service I’ve had in a dining experience lately. He was attentive kind fun and made sure we were having a great experience all night. I hope the management knows how lucky they are to have a server like him.

I just want to start off with saying that i had the best experience by far from our server named David Norek hope i got his name right he was very kind to my daughter and us he recommended us appetizers and some of the dishes of the day as well as the vegetarian dishes, even though we tried other things his very pleasant and up lifting mood made our experience feel even more special since today was our 10 year anniversary he kept coming over checking up on us even stayed to talk to us for a bit and was very surprised at the lobster drawing my daughter made making her feel extra happy the place just felt even more lively having his great attitude and perfect service i made sure to tip him well and i will be sure to ask for him next time we visit i love it when.i can come into a restaurant and bond with my server and them making our experience feel perfect i hope the store sees this review because that man needs a raise or something because it looks like he loves that job and apart from that the food was just amazing me and my wife got the Chicken Alfredo and the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara talk about flavor!!!! My thanks to our chef as well both of these people made this experience a 100 out of 10

Decided to hit up Olive Garden for that endless pasta deal, and it did not disappoint. Threw in the extra $4.99 for unlimited meat toppings, which was totally worth it. Started off with some soups, and man, they were fire...way better than expected. Then came the fettuccine with mushroom sauce, chicken, and sausage, and wow, that was hands down the best! Service was on point too. Cold dining room aside, this spot definitely hit the mark.

The staff here is SUPER friendly and nice! I love that they serve their food with excellence and it’s always hot, tasty, and fresh. It’s always super busy and feels cramped. They try to pack in as many guests possible which makes sense, but sometimes it’s a lot if you desire to just get away for a quick salad-lunch. Overall, they do a great job! I’d give this Olive Garden location a 7.5/10. A 10/10 would be a perfect Olive Garden.

It been awhile since I came to a Olive Garden but tonight was finally the time to come here. When we arrived, we were able to find parking easily because it's in a big plaza with many parking spots so I parked closer to where Target is. When we walked into Olive Garden, I checked in with the host and we got seated right away. They sat us where the bar is so it was good because we were near the TV to watch the football game. Now the service was kind of slow but it didn't really affect our dining experience because it give us time to chat. They have good wine and beer options here so it looked like they updated their drinks menu. My father in law got his Corona beer, my uncle got his Michelob Ultra beer, my wife got her Peach Raspberry Ice Tea and I got a coke. For our entree my wife got her Chicken Alfredo, my father in law got the seafood Alfredo, my uncle got the meatball and I got the Sirloin with Alfredo. I thought my sirloin meat texture was not good and taste more like sloppy joes. The seasoning was good but the quality of the meat was not. I would not recommend getting the sirloin steak here. Everyone else enjoy their dish and you can't beat the unlimited bread stick. My wife really like her soup that came with her dish and my salad that came with mine.

First time trying out olive 🫒 garden 🪏 thanks to my wife’s recommendation. The experience was great because we got our table fast during lunch hour. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, So I really love the never ending pasta 🍝 bowl special. Good deal but Honestly I got full with the bread 🥖 and soup 🍜 because it was delicious. We decided to give Olive Garden another shot despite my usual opinion that it's not all that great. The wait time was extremely long — nearly had us turning around and leaving — but in the end, the food was somewhat worth the wait. My family really enjoyed their dishes, and I’ll admit everything came out fresh and well-prepared this time around. What truly made the experience memorable was our server, Jaz. She was absolutely amazing! Jaz has top-tier customer service skills — attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. She kept a smile on her face the whole time, even with the restaurant being packed and chaotic. My family couldn’t stop praising her, and honestly, she’s the reason I’m even giving this place five stars. I finally visited the infamous Olive Garden with the ever so guilty breadsticks. And, I must say I was mostly impressed with the food offerings and service. It is seen as a three star chain restaurant, so no one should expect an upscale experience but I think it's good for what it offers. I tried their cheese ravioli with marinara sauce and it was quite divine. I would highly recommend it and the breadsticks were good, they were crisp and warm. But, they weren't as good as the hype surrounding it. Other than that, I received good service and I appreciated the comforting ambiance!

My main dish was the lasagna classico which is delicious. The bread sticks are always served hot as they come out. The soups are to die for. My advice don't over due the soup and bread or u will not end up finishing ur main dish and taking it home. Overall I enjoyed everything I was served. Reading from other reviews people say the waitress are rude, not the one I had he was very polite and always there before I even needed anything.

The staff at this Olive Garden always provide excellent service with great energy. The Strawberry Passion-Fruit Limonata is delicious and our food was prepared pretty quickly and tasted great. We came here on a weekday so there was no waiting although it was crowded. I really liked the food in here pasta was delicious and it was quickly served. We also ordered berry sangria it was also delicious and just alone worth a visit. I was not a fan of the famous house salad it was just lettuce and literally 2 olives 1 tomato but i really liked the portion. Only down side in Olive Garden is that all the tables have tablets and you can play games on them so if you have a child or a grown up child (like a husband in my case) keep in mind that they are not free, and it is automatic added to your tab. It should state that these games are not free more openly.

Olive garden is like a monument of mediocrity. Why give 3 breadsticks to a 2 top? And the miniscule amount of salad was refilled, albeit very slowly, by a mountainous heaping of salad? Should have been that way first. Fast enough service, thanks to the miracle of microwaves.

I used to love going there, but I feel it has changed. I went there with my friend for dinner, it was not crowded, there where a few available booths, and a few open tables, but they still wanted to give us a small table right in the alley where people and waiters were passing by and almost hitting our head every time they passed by us. I ordered spinach dip for appetizer, and fettuccine Alfredo for dinner, both were too salty, in fact so salty that I could not enjoy it and had it to go. I'm 45 years old and I have never been to an Olive garden, first time, the wait time to be seated was about 25 to 35 minutes, I've seen the commercials, heard the radio adds, but never really cared to much to go experience it till now and only because I was out voted, it was okay, the food was good, I got the Angel hair with meat sauce, and shrimp it was good, the soup was okay. I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience but yesterday I was left speechless. The place wasn't clean enough. There was hair in the food. Hair in the salad, the fettuccine, and there was hair in the cloth napkin that holds the utensils. My cup was dirty as well it had tomato sauce so stuck that I couldn't even remove by scratching it. I had asked for paper napkins and they said they didn't have any so they brought me paper towels similar to the ones used in the bathroom and then when I asked again they brought me the paper towels they use to wrap the breadsticks. The bathroom was dirty was well. No paper covers for the toilet seat and barely soap to wash hands. It was early in the morning they should've not have problems that early since it's near opening time.

Food was awful today lettuce was wilted and chicken was under done. Sent back salad had soup. Pretty ok.. not quite hot enough but passable Chicken I was afraid to eat.. kind of pinkish and tasted gummy. Put chicken on a separate plate..never asked if something was a miss. I think that was my last visit to Olive garden

Me and my family frequent there twice a month. I had a really bad experience a few days ago. There was a bunch of "old" salad, between the seat and the ledge of the wall of our table. We kept smelling something funny. It was really bad. We requested to be moved to another table, in which they did respond. What really threw me off is that the manager at that time, I was told by our excellent waitress Kaitlyn ,that his name was Marley, first time I've seen him there, didn't even bother to have the courtesy or integrity to come and apologize to us. As we moved to the new table he was standing over there just waiting to reprimand or bring it to the attention to the lady that cleans the tables. He did not come and say a word to us. Came in with my bf and the girls at the front said it was a 10 to 15 min wait which we were okay with. My bf got a text saying our table was ready so he went and asked at the front. He was told that the table had to be cleaned and then we would be seated. He then got another text 5 min later saying that if we didn’t check in with the host within 5 min we would loose our spot in line. So he checked with them again bc we obviously didn’t want that and the hostess said “oh I’ll have you seated rn” with an attitude. Groups and couples that came in after us were seated BEFORE us. And the last couple that was seated one of the hostess said “thank you for waiting! :)” with a quick glance towards us. The last hostess that sat us down had a passive aggressiveness that I did not appreciate. Finally, I can feel their stares as if they were chismeando. Everyone else was very respectful. Our waitress was a sweetheart and was professional and attentive! But maybe the management at this Olive Garden should retrain the hostess girls as they do not know how to provide excellent customer service and do not present a professional demeanor. I had some shrimp scampi, fried calamari and a peach tea. Shrimp scampi was so small, absolutely tiny on a huge plate like 5 bites lol and it tasted like something out the microwave. The endless salad that I ordered with it had way too much dressing on it. The peach tea was really good it tasted like something that is actually brewed. It was my first time that I've ever been to a Olive garden always heard about it and finally decided to go. Idk if I'll come back to try something else.

Very bad customer service. I’m not reviewing the food in this review. I was trying to use a gift card that a friend gave me which I accidentally damaged but I had the 16 digit number and pin and I had the actual pic also. They didn’t want to redeem it. They make me call the 1-800 number which they verify my card and my remaining balance, still they didn’t want to redeem my gift card with the worst excuse (indirect accuse me) that there is a lot of gift card fraud !!! Really ??! I had to go out and place order on line (which off course my gift card worked) and come back and pick up my food to go! All the management in this location really sucks :( horrible customer service.

Waited long, hostess was confused- supervisor eventually sat us, called us by another name even after clarifying it was our name/table. Sat us in an awful location- didn’t feel seen. We left before ordering. Too chaotic and not friendly.

Don't trust the online wait times. I saw how the people at the front kiosk will put that they've seated people when they haven't (throwing off the online wait time to make it look shorter than it is). The greeter in the front constantly gets ignored because they're too quiet (or not paid enough to be louder). Big parties are for some reason shoved to the same section where they overwork the same worker (who was already struggling with his section; I had to put in my order through the table device because the waiter was very busy). A large party got tired during what according to the online tracker was a "15 min wait" so they left and instead of removing them and immediately sitting another large party, they left that table empty. The bar area had lots of seating for solo parties or small parties and yet they were still making them wait when they had free space for them in the booths at the bar. Manager was asked for at the beginning to see if they were aware of the chaos and the whole time they were AWOL. For context, this was all on a Friday 4pm (so not an unexpected rush for them).

Walked in for a table at 8:45 tonight, TUESDAY 10/21/25. Kristina (maybe a manager?? She wasn't wearing the typical all black) was working the front. ZERO acknowledgement for a good 2 minutes. The other people in the alcove had already been helped. She was tapping away on her iPad but didn't offer a "hello" or a "one second please" literally no eye contact, no interaction for like 2 minutes. I looked around like I was on an episode of what would you do. Like ain't no way this is how I'm being treated. She called for another party, turned around to talk to someone else, got the party sat THEN finally greeted us. Told us the way was "ehhhhhhh like 35-40 minutes." LOL ok Kristina. We definitely left. It was absolutely absurd. I understand why the reviews for this location are so low. Sad service.

Unfortunately, my family and I arrived at this location to celebrate my son's birthday. The wait time was very long, and the first two responses were that the system reflected we were on the waiting list. The reality is that they didn't organize internally to assign us a table.

This is the 2x that we were mistreated by the managers that work at this place in different occasions and our house is 20 mins away from here. We call for reservations for 17 people but no reservations accepted. My visitors are from Canada due to my son passed and we decided to eat here after church on Saturday. Place was crowded. People coming with a party of 2 or 6 no problem to be seated. I was told we have to wait 1 hr and 30 min. Fine we waited. I noticed that at the waiting area my party are the only one left. After one hr. Ok. I said to myself. She said 1 hr n 30 but I asked her anyways. Just to get the status were we at. She said. Waiting for that party to pay and them to leave. After 30 min pass. This time she said. Its cleaning the table. After two hours. We finally asked for the mgr. The manager, useless. We told him with the big party like us, you guys should tell more that two hrs waiting so we can go to another surrounding restaurant. We finally seated after 2 hrs and 15 mins. The lady that took us to the table. Totally big time snobby. Never apologize with what happened. I don't have any problem with the food. But the service of the people at the front desk and the manager needed a major training how to handle this kind of situation. Never will be coming here from now on. I recommend to go to Glendale instead. Burbank, forget it. 2nd x around with a big party at this place and mistreated. Forget it. What a bad and embarrassing experience for the people from Canada on how we are mistreated. We paid. More than $600 and mistreated like this. Not acceptable.
