We had the black bean chicken and the house special Thai chicken and they were both excellent. Will definitely be going back again to try some of the other dishes. The staff were very attentive and friendly and overall it was great

Looks to be newly remodeled inside. The Pad Thai is my favorite, but there really are so many delicious options to choose from. The staff is so sweet! I have ordered online and went in before, but this time I called it in. They made it super easy! My order was accurate and so delicious!

Western Wok has great Chinese food. The dine in is great if you want to eat family style like we do. Everyone left full and there was some left over for the doggy bag to enjoy later. Also you can call in or go on line to order for pick up. The to go orders are filled promptly no long wait. There is a paved parking g lot.

First time to try their food. They have the best Siu Mai, big size and better than those in Chinatown. Chow Fun was good but a bit greasy. Lobster Sauce Shrimp had a lot of shrimps in them, a bit bland, so just add soy sauce. Will definitely go back and try their other dishes.

I'm surprised at some of the reviews here. Went for the first time yesterday and was impressed. Beef and broccoli, white rice, eggroll and hot and sour soup were all fresh and really tasty, and it was under $20 with tip which is kind of rare nowadays!

Western Wok has been on my list for a great while but it seriously disappointed but it was 110 degrees outside and hotter inside. The food was good and prices were reasonable. I only hope is they make there dinning experience more comfortable.

I ordered online for pick up. I was told the dishes no longer come with rice. Rice is an extra charge. Okay, I don't need rice anyhow. I wasn't told that the price listed was not correct, though. A small order of sweet and sour pork had almost doubled. And so had almost everything on the menu. I said no thanks and walked out.

This was the second time going there I will not be returning unfortunately the food is disgusting. My eggrolls were cold and they use cheap chicken for the sweet-and-sour chicken and I don’t want to even talk about the compound chicken how disgusting it was. I’ve had a lot better lunch specials than this unfortunately I will not be returning anymore. I do not recommend this place.

Food is horrible and the worst service ever! They don't even put napkins or utensils to go! Worst restaurant I've ever been to! The 17. Spicy Thai Seafood Soup tasted like leftover overcooked vegetables! It tasted and looked like leftovers (look at pictures)! Vegetables and broccoli where old, soggy and overcooked & there was literally no Seafood in the so called "spicy Thai seafood soup", the only seafood is that little piece of fish u see in the picture and imitation crab! Before trying the food, I asked if I could get some extra spicy sauce, since they only gave me 2 tiny sauces for the 4 large plates I ordered for takeout. The server said she could only give me one tiny spicy sauce per plate, and that she would charge me $2.00 dollars for an extra 4 sauces. See picture attached of the size of the tiny spicy sauce and that is even only half full. So then I said to the server that I wanted to dine in my food at the restaurant, and she said I would have to pay for service. What, pay for service? I paid for the food, isn't that the restaurants service? Horrible service! I can't believe they can't give a customer some extra spicy sauce or worst, I can't believe they wanted to charge me to dine in e eh I had already paid for my food. This server has been very mean in the past when I have come to dine in. doesn't care to treat customers with respect and not only does she looks like she's mad at work but treats customers as she's being forced to work as a server. I will no longer come here anymore and will write about the horrible service I have received on my Website and YouTube channel with 300k subscribers. Will also share my experience on My social media, family and friends. Change the server! She is Asian, has black hair and wears blue/gray contacts! Oh and they don't even put napkins or utensils to go! Worst restaurant I've ever been to!

I order string bean chicken, pork chop with Chile and garlic and walnut shrimp: String bean chicken has zero flavor. Pork chop with Chile had a lot of bone i felt like every bite I took I might hurt my tooth. The walnut shrimp not bad but the slurry it’s in was just all at the bottom of the plate. Very runny. Anywho very disappointed.

I called and got a respond if you want your money back you need to be bring back the food. It was 7:40pm and I took it back. That is how awful it was. For a mother of 2 kids under 10 to leave her home it was truly upsetting 😡. When I get there they didn't want to refund me and after asking them over 5 times to taste the food, one older man tasted it and you can see on his face how bad it was. Then from a bill of $66 they only refunded me $35. What a shame they lost a customer forever. Not just awful food but awful customer service. Very disappointed because I ordered from Western Wok many times. Beware maybe they lost there cook and now plain with no flavor.
