There was unloading. Due to waiting for more than 3 hours for loading, I was 1 hour late. You can spend the night near the company at the very top, there is also a gas station and, in principle, a more or less convenient entrance for unloading, even if they tell you like me that you need to unload right in front of the entrance in the parking lot for cars. The exit will be from the side entrance, if you go down from the upper entrance, you will go out right there or drive past it if they drive you to the central entrance. They unload through both sides. I did not play with the bell, but took the documents and walked down past the barrier, and then returned for the car and already rang the barrier. I think there are amenities in the store. The coordinates of the upper entrance and places where you can spend the night near it: 43.3665031, -3.6929331. Before the entrance there is 1 pocket and after it another long one for 3 cars for sure. The staff is polite. They unload quickly.

El servicio desde afuera no es bueno, no he encontrado correo, y los dos teléfonos disponibles nada, aquí ando con una avería de una caldera de butano marca Junkers, y así se me va la garantía.

I found it very upsetting that the same company has different prices depending on where you are in Spain, and even worse, the website is misleading because I bought a set that appeared to include a sink, cabinet, and mirror, but it turned out to only include a cabinet and mirror. If I gave it 3 stars, it's because the staff is very pleasant and helpful; otherwise, I'd give it less.

Mal horario para descargar, llegué a las 16:00 y me dijeron que ya para el día siguiente a las 6 que tenía mucho jaleo. Otro día fui con cita a las 10 y a las 9 pregunto ya que no tenían ningún camión y me dijeron que a mi hora, fui a mi hora y que estaban descargando a un camión que ya me llamarían, de risa. El personal poco amable o nada. Ojalá algún día les corra prisa la mercancía que les lleve que les va a tocar esperar a ellos.

En la sección de electricidad, el dependiente me dice que hay otro cliente delante, pero luego se va aordenar cosas, así que voy de nuevo a preguntarle y parece que no le gustó; pues después sólo quería discutir y acabó diciendo: - Vale, lo que tú quieras. Yo te vendo lo que quieras. Exactamente lo que pone en su chaleco por detrás....profesionales!

Parece que siempre tengo que coincidir con la misma persona en caja... menudo desastre no se entera de nada. Media hora perdida cada día que me acerco a comprar cualquier cosa. En cuanto abra el almacén la competencia os quedáis solos. Menuda vergüenza

El tfno de Burgos es imposible... salta aviso w están ocupados y llames más tarde. Quedaron en llamarme el lunes aún sigo esperando y a ellos no se les puede localizar. Me parece vergonzoso. Pero a una empresa grande y con el volumen de ventas, no le debe importar mucho las quejas de los clientes.....

Lamentable servicio postventa en Obramat. Nunca cogen el teléfono ni proporcionan un email directo de atención al cliente. Si algo de lo comprado no funciona correctamente, te obligan a desplazarte físicamente a la tienda para cualquier reclamación o devolución. Están centrados solo en la venta, ignorando al cliente una vez realizada la compra.

It happened to me with a pressure washer; I had to machine a faulty part, among other things. Another serious issue: One thing that worries me about Obramat is that the construction materials warehouse and the DIY store are right next to each other. The construction workers who arrive in their industrial vehicles, wearing dirty overalls and boots, and probably with unwashed hands, use the shopping carts and common areas of some large shopping centers. There's a law that requires companies to launder work clothes that contain any level of toxicity. Cement, asbestos, lime, fiberglass, grease, chemical waterproofing agents (up to 55 toxic chemicals) can always be present on the vehicles, clothing, footwear, hands, hair, etc., of these professionals. No one can guarantee that any of these workers haven't come into contact with sewers, drains, treatment plants, or any other significant source of contamination before going shopping. There's always the possibility of disease transmission through contact or airborne transmission, from a simple flu to E. coli or botulism. If the workers, as required by law, aren't supposed to take their work clothes home to be washed to avoid contamination—which is prohibited, anyway—why are some of them wandering around large stores among other clean people who could be infected? At the very least, they should disinfect the piles of shopping carts. This simple gesture would be worthy of a news story, with the headline... "WORKING WELL," and if the health of the customers isn't a concern, we'll just call it... "WORKING BADLY."

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. Nobody even says good morning, helps you, or anything. I just left there, and at the checkout, two employees were more interested in talking amongst themselves about their break than in helping me. I asked for a bag twice, and in the end, I left without one. Anyway, definitely not a place I'll be returning to.

No one is responsible for damages after 24 hours if you haven't opened everything that arrived at your home. They hire an external company. I bought almost all the materials for a complete renovation from this site. I've spent thousands of euros. To my surprise, when I went to return an appliance due to external damage, this is what they told me. They expected me to immediately open up an entire kitchen with appliances for almost 4 square meters and see imperfections. Obramat doesn't respond. No one responds.

I was a frequent customer at Obramat Burgos, but I just had a terrible experience with awful advice regarding my painting, which has caused me a huge disruption in my time and work at home. I tried to explain the situation, providing details, videos, and photos of the problem I encountered to find a solution, but they washed their hands of it, especially the manager (a certain Agustín, if I'm not mistaken). Terrible treatment, terrible advice, and terrible customer service. One less customer, although these large corporations don't seem to care, and even less so the employees who are here one day and somewhere else the next.

Lack of punctuality in delivery times for materials they don't have in stock, and what's worse, they don't give a clear answer when asked about it. I've been waiting five weeks for some doors when they told me they would arrive in two to three weeks. As construction professionals, they should know that project planning is fundamental for organizing the various companies involved, and that any delay severely impacts progress, especially in these times of labor shortages. Of course, they have the money from the moment the order is placed.

I bought a compressor, and the next day it was leaking oil. I took it to their store for repair, and when they returned it supposedly fixed, it started leaking again within hours. Now they have it, and it's been a month. They don't answer, they don't fix anything, and when I go to the store they tell me they can't do anything. They are shameless, completely unprofessional, don't buy anything from them.

I went to pick up an order of tiles from the store, and they make you sign a waiver of liability for any damage to your vehicle while unloading the order. I don't understand this, since Obramat staff are the ones who use the machinery for loading. I requested a refund and opted to buy 200m² of tiles from Leroy. They deliver them to your home for free, assuming liability for any damage, as is normal.

I was there yesterday afternoon (8:50pm) and just wanted some hinges for the kitchen cupboard doors. When I was deciding how many to buy because I was sure which one I wanted, a girl (long-haired brunette) came over, who was chatting with her friend (we could hear their conversation) and told us in a very rude way that we had to leave what we had in our hands because it was closing time and they weren't going to charge us, the tills were closed. (Which was a lie). Terrible customer service!!!! I've already bought them somewhere else where they've served me wonderfully.
