When you decide to have a cheat meal only to get old food and one piece of chicken that looks like someone already took a bite out it. Is sad. They have a sign up to say be kind to their employees maybe we need a sign that says fresh food only. No I didn't go back because I did not trust they wouldn't do anything malcias to the new order

Ridiculous. Slow. Useless.. placed an order didn’t get it for over an hour. One thing right after another. Slow. Lazy. Even the door dash driver was getting mad at them for howlazy and slow they were being. DO BETTER OR GO FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!

They completely forgot some items and when I had to come back, I had to literally pull up my bank statement to show them the amount the amount of ignorance. These people have is insane. Not even an apology

Please, please, please save your time and money and go literally anywhere else. My recent visit was nothing short of awful from start to finish. I ordered the taste of KFC 6-piece meal, which is supposed to come with 4 biscuits and 4 sides. I was given only 2 biscuits, and one of the sides was wrong, I asked for corn, potato wedges, mac, and mashed potatoes I was given coleslaw and no corn. When I pulled up to the window, I was told the potato wedges weren’t ready and that it would be a 3 minute wait. I parked to the side, but after 15 minutes of sitting in my car, I went inside only to find out that no one had even started making my order. The manager then scrambled to put it together and didn't care about or even acknowledge their mistake. When I arrived home to eat, it was a complete disappointment. The breading on the chicken was falling off and the taste was even worse. It was greasy, and inedible. I ended up throwing all but two pieces away. I should have taken a picture but the other reviews should give you an idea of the quality of the food. Between the wrong items, the excessive wait, the lack of care in preparing my order, and the poor quality of the food itself, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn't even feed their food to my dog.

These negative reviews are on point and it's sad to say as I love KFC. Stopped in to get a family 16 piece meal for a team meal only to get back and find old, burned, falling apart, chicken crammed in the bucket. The coleslaw was spoiled and sour, the Mac &cheese was undercooked and lumpy, the mashed potatoes were bitter. Literally threw out $45 of food and found something else as there was no way I'd EVER serve this crud to anyone. This place should be checked out by a health inspector due to No gloves, no hair/beard nets and handling of food with bare hands. Very disappointed.

Went to get my dad and I some chicken for his birthday and was super disgusted. After waiting forever in the drive through I finally had someone help me. Then she was extremely rude and not helpful with options that fitted what I was looking for. Got home and started to eat to have RAW BLOODY chicken! It literally popped and had blood inside.

Ordered 12pc family meal and 2 3pc individual meal. It took 45 min to get the food. Then when I get home no tender meals. Now I have drive 20 mins one way to get my wife and mother in laws food.

Ordered food on website, they said they never received my order but my card was charged twice and have proof of both of my account. Person at windows was rude to my fiancé saying they were about to close and didn't have my order. Then told him there was no way to order online.

I ordered the 3 2 piece meat deal and the lady who took my order - rude. I asked if the 2 piece is a breast and wing or does it come with something else and is it white or dark meat. She didn't want to hear anything I was trying to ask then said clear as day, Oh you don't know what dark meat is .... 🙄 I know what dark and white meat are, all she had to do was not interrupt and don't rush me through the line. I've worked in food management and I know how it goes. Slow down and listen to your customer and if you can't do that atleast cook the chicken long enough. My breast and wing had soggy breading, I picked at the parts I could see are cooked but nonetheless I will NOT be going back to that location. I read other reviews about the chicken not being cooked so obviously that's a problem that needs to be fixed or someone needs to be demoted. Get it together Burleson KFC!

I stopped at this location on my lunch break. Drive thru was empty and very few cars in parking area. Instead of being greeted by them, I was told to hold on over 3 minutes. When she got back on the mic, I tried to give my order for a pot pie meal as a large combo. She interrupted and had a very ugly attitude. She argued with me that they didn't have it in a large. I stated it says on the sign under the meal deal that I could make it a large for 1.99 more. She then starts laughing and belittling me with other coworkers stating that how were they supposed to know that's what I wanted. Extremely upset and working in customer service myself, this is what gets people to NOT come and eat here. There was no excuse for her behavior today at 1:50 pm November 20. Do better. I did try to reach a manager but no one will answer the phone here.

So I never really do this. I hate to be that guy but this is one the most disappointing experiences I’ve had as a customer at a restaurant. I haven’t had kfc in years. My partner and I decided to get some tonight. They let us know there was a 20 minute wait on legs and we were willing to wait for it. Twice we were brought the wrong food. Also understandable it happens. Then when I get my order and finally get home I open the food and this is what I get. Both legs were this size. There’s a tiny piece of a wing with almost no meat on it (also in the pic spork for reference.) Then the rest were humongous breasts that were dry. The biscuits tasted off in a way I can’t describe. The Mac and cheese was sad. The “sweetcorn” was literally just corn. The only thing that was somewhat good were the potatoes. I’m so SO disappointed with this experience. This was expensive food. I waited so long to get it. And this is what I got. Also the store smelled rancid and everyone was clearly unorganized. Editing to add, neither of us even want to eat it anymore. And my partner will eat anything. Do better. You’re at 2.9 stars. Complaints like this have clearly been happening for a long time you need to do something about it.

Ok, this place is ridiculous and lazy as hell. Who the heck says, we turned our fryer off a whole hour before you close. Customer service is just getting ridiculous and it's time for robots at this point. Lady was nice but we wanted wedges!
