They have been pretty awesome since my move to Syracuse. Not once but twice they made recommendations to me that saved me money and I ended up with more food because of promotions that they were running. I thought that was pretty awesome for a drive thru place! Two thumbs up!

Bk has the best fast food breakfast hands down. I got the best service this morning at the Thompson rd location. Caniesha has an amazing morning personality, I wasn’t having a good morning at all and she def helped turn my day around. Keep up the great work.

Went in and ordered inside and eat inside because I saw they were letting people eat again inside. So I ordered a Whopper Junior and medium decaf coffee. They had no decaf made but she said she would make a new batch of decaf for me. That was nice of her to make a new pot of decaf. Help was all masked up and they all seemed like they liked working together. Tables were all cleaned and the floor was clean. It was a great experience being able to eat inside again after not being able to because of COVID.

This is my favorite BK. The quality seems to be better, and they don’t seem to mess up my order like all the other BK stores! The staff was courteous and polite everyone so nice. Happy with the food. Good job!

My mother, Daughter & myself went to Burger King 2 weeks ago, not 1 week ago as stated in my maps. Apparently, my stalker still emulates my moves! We dined inside & used a great in store offer that allowed us to get 2 full meals for $9.99.

Usually one of the best BK's around. Nice and courteous employees who'll get you through the drive-thru pretty quick and efficiently. They've never made a mistake on my order which is a plus. I personally love BK's burgers over the other famous places because it tastes grilled. I've tried the new tacos and while they aren't entirely inedible, I'm not exactly sure why a burger 🍔 place is making tacos 🌮.

I was reluctant to visit this time because of the poor service I recieved on a prior visit. Well I am happy I gave it another chance and as you can see I am giving it five stars today. Great job, I did need to wait around 10 minutes because they were prioritizing drive thru. A little ironic as my last really bad review was actually about waiting in drive thru...... Anyway the manager tossed fries in the bag for the extra wait. Without any sign of being upset about the wait or anything, which I was at first. A little goes a long way in my book. Even though I had to wait, his professionalism got his store a five star today and removed a one star from the review ranks. GOOD JOB BK!!!!! Thank you

I don’t normally come here, but when I do, the kid at the drive thru at night has never been friendly. Today, we went inside to place our order and Dan (maybe a manager) was so kind, I just want to acknowledge him. I overheard him tell a new employee that her hard work has not gone unnoticed today and he thanked her. Wow is that rare! Kudos to Dan for being a great man!

The gentleman at the counter was wonderful. I was facing the counter from the dining area as I ate my meal and watched as he made a point to help ALL the customers. That included 2 people with special needs. At some points it was busy but that didn't stop him. And the other customers were a bit more patient knowing he wasn't slacking off but being of assistance. He was patient,helpful and personable. It made the atmosphere much more pleasant.

I got the fish sandwich combo. I wanted more lettuce on the fish and a lady (brown hair, didn't get name) came out from behind the counter and saw I needed something and asked me. She brought me back a bunch of lettuce! Now that's super customer service!!! Great staff AND food at this location.

Went through the Drive thru this morning, placed my order and pulled to the pay window. I payed and the gentlemen told me it would be a few minutes. I waited and after the few minutes passed, my order was ready and the kind gentlemen explained that the previous order was rather large and for my inconvenience, he included some extras in my order which I greatly appreciated. There are three Burger Kings closer to me, but I drive 12 minutes out of my way just to come to this one—and it’s always worth it. They never mess up my order. Everything is accurate, fresh, and served warm every time. FAST FAST and FAST. The restaurant is spotless and very well-organized, which really stands out. This location sets the bar for what a Burger King franchise should be.

Was there late morning on 10/6/24. Needed to buy a number of items for a team that was playing nearby. My register person was full of kindness and warmth and made me aware of the combination specials currently offered to make the order more economical. I'm so grateful for them; they made my day! I'll be contacting the restaurant directly to share the name of the employee so they get the accolades specifically, but everything about the experience was excellent. Tried to call the manager to pay a complement directly! Unfortunately, I did not get the name but went on a Sunday 9/ 22 afternoon around 3:30…. They were a little busy and very slow at the drive-through however, The wait time was not bad ( maybe 5-7 min) and when I got to the speaker, the young girl said I will be with you in a moment which was super polite, She took my order and I drove up to the window. She was super super personable with a smile like they weren’t even busy and yet they were.! Then there was the food. All of my food was hot and fresh and delicious. Honestly, I haven’t had this kind of experience at fast food in years I commend the young girl who is working and I want her to know.!!! I do not go often but you won a new customer!!!

Always good! This location has the best crew! And the food is always good and hot! Today, I was trying to get $1 fries using my app which refused to work no matter what. This girl was do kind. They are usually pretty fast and my order is always accurate. The staff is friendly and I enjoy going here to grab lunch while working.

Very nice employees who were very considerate & helpful. I forgot to ask for BBQ packets until after our food came so I was very appreciative that one of the crew members gave me a couple BBQ packets.

Clean and friendly fast food restaurant that can get overwhelmed at peak hours despite the best efforts of the staff who were apologizing to customers. Wait time can kick in and some of my food was less than hot.

A great BK to go to. I went in drive-thru and the attendants at the window were all very kind. I noticed that the zesty sauce (my fav) was missing from my bag and the manager and another gentleman quickly made it right and offered more sauce than I asked for! All with smiles. I gave four stars because my husband told me his whopper didn’t have as much “flame grilled” flavor than he was used to in the past. But I will definitely go to this location again!

The service was just a bit slow and dry, but the food was hot and good. And I went through the drive thru which is normally slow. I love BKs’ flame grilled taste. I recommend trying the iced mocha coffee. It’s really rich and sweet and so good!

Could be a little cleaner tables, floor & drink area. No paper towels in bathroom. On a good note the servers were pleasant and accommodating re the ordering & food service.

I go to this one quite a bit. My last visit wasn't that great. I ordered two cheeseburgers fries and a coke. Cheeseburgers look like somebody threw them against the wall and then let them drop into the bun and had ketchup all over their hands. I was quite disgusted by it. Next time, I should hope that they put the cheese on the burger. And not on the outside the bun.

It's Burger King not much to say about the food. Everyone knows what they offer. I will say that this one is clean, has a friendly crew, and they work quickly. I'm not a fan of fast food in general but went with a friend who wanted something quick and prefer it to McDonald's. My food was made fresh (not a sandbagged burger sitting under the heat lamp waiting) and it was good for what it is. If you're into Burger King, and in Syracuse, NY this Thompson Road one is your best bet. Also, it's very close to the Thru-Way so if you are just getting into town or on your way elsewhere, this one is really convenient without having to pay the Thru-Way premium for a Whopper.

Went here for lunch break. Fries had no salt... 😕 Burger was messy and kept sliding apart. Only thing good was my coke with easy ice... Disappointed to say the least.

They deep fry the French fries too fast. I remember when the French fries used to come out as a golden brown. Now there's still yellow and don't even look like they went in and got cooked and the insides are soggy.

Half the time the food is cold. You wait for fries for 10 mins when you have your burgers so by the time you get those HOT fries your other food is COLD! I waited 25 mins for 2 cheeseburgers a fry and a onion ring. I'm at a loss with this place

Usually a good experience with purchasing at drive thru window. 3 days ago ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. Pulled up to window, paid bill, then requested that I pull ahead and they would bring the order out to us. 10 minutes later, I went into the store to find out where the order was. Received an apology and informed the employee that I felt 10 minutes was unacceptable, and given another apology.

This BK always has the freshest food. BUT they screw up my order 5/10 times. I've ordered the Italian Chicken sandwich 3 separate times and only actually gotten it once.

Food is good, but service can be slow. Never go around lunch or dinner, unless you plan on being there a while. Drive Thru seems to move faster and get more attention than people inside. Not unusual to see a dozen people or more waiting for their food.

Thought it would take forever at the drive thru was a fairly short wait. The burger bun was actually better and not so firm than most whoppers I have had in the past. Normal luke warm meat patty with the condiments that go with it. BK must have changed the fries again but not sure haven't been there in awhile. The one thing about the drive thru is there speaker is kind of broken.

Service wasn't so friendly & tables were slightly messy. But the parking lot was plowed after the snowfall and the mints on the counter inside was a welcoming gesture!

Went tonight and ordered a whopper and a double cheeseburger with just ketchup. Got home and the double cheeseburger was a single with mustard. Went 2 weeks ago and ordered a whopper w/cheese and got no cheese no tomato no Lettuce and no Mayo. Someone needs to pay attention. Not impressed lately.

Ordered a cheeseburger for my grandson at the drive thru, had to wait which is ok, but when he opened it in the car it was cold, cheese not even melted, and the roll was so stale it just crumbled! He couldn't eat it as he has sensory issues and his food needs to be hot, at least warm. So upset over this, and I'm not a complainer.

The staff was phenomenal but the ladies room was disgusting...I'm talking feminine hygiene products on the bathroom floor! My friend and i sat by the back door...our choice...but the door was constantly being used and it would stick open so my friend was constantly getting up to pull the door shut.

Ordered crunchy chicken, they gave me fish drowning in tater sauce ... Inedible, gross. Didnt open it until we were back on the thruway so no dinner for me. Not that i hate fish but this was saturated in oil/not crunchy and drowning in tartar sauce... gross🤢

I pulled up to the drive thru ordering station with no wait. Placed a small, simple order, pulled up toward the window to pay. There were 3 cars in front of me. Usually not an issue since that equates to about 3 minutes. Not in this case!!! 22 minutes!! How can that be!!?... when I got up to window they said it was because they had a few orders with long wait times!!.... how about having those orders pull up and a team member can bring it out when it's ready??... caused long line, unreasonable wait times, upset customers, and to top it off, cold food when it came out!! Very disappointed with the management of this location.

Getting into the parking lot was a nightmare, if you pull into the adjacent road that the BK happens to be on you get smacked with a one way leaving the lot for drive thru customers. AND You can only turn left out of the BK onto this road, so people that live in the neighborhood can't even go directly home... what?? The food was good tho, and made as quickly as expected

This was the first time I had been to this BK. The kid that took our order was pleasant and efficient. We were eating in and got our drinks and waited and waited and waited and waited. Our food was good but a little cold. Apparently no one filled the order. When we finally got our order the manager was screaming at the top of her lungs to the kids there! Those poor kids were all just looking at her and she was just screaming orders, I had come up to get some mayo and she didn’t even care that anyone was there. If my kid worked there and they were being screamed at I would have told them to walk out. That is not a manager. Those kids were scared. All in all I don’t believe I will be going back there.

I went to this Burger King because my usual was closed due to a water main break. I ordered 2 Sourdough Kings. After waiting from 8:07pm until 8:17pm to PLACE my order, I get home to find that my $9/$10 burgers had no lettuce, no tomato, no onion and a half slice of bacon. When I pay that kind of money for a burger, I would like all that's supposed to be on it. Tried calling but no answer.

The place was very busy but the food came out fast. That's what gets them two stars. My burger looked like someone sat on it and they forgot all the veggies that were supposed to be on it. This is all they have to do. Get food out the way it's intended to be made. Almost complete fail. Then on my way out the door I watch some jerk slam his car door into the side of my truck. Why is this a dig on them? It's the owners choice for the size of the parking spots. They're extra small to fit more vehicles. That shows a lack of consideration for customers comfort. So, three "dings" for three lost stars.

Ordered a double whopper with cheese mayo mustard onion lettuce and pickles with cheese and got a double cheese burger with ketchup and mustard I won't go there again I didn't find out til I got back to where I work and by then to late to do anything about it. Lesson learned don't trust burger king again

Updated from 4 star to 2: When the food is good here, its very good... but unfortunately, eating here off-hours usually means being served inedible food. It's just become a total toss-up whether they hand me fries or chicken fries that are hard/crunchy and edible or fine when outside of 10-6pm.

A spiritual journey I did not sign up for Look, I came to Burger King for fries and maybe a little bit of joy. Instead, I got food that tasted like it had already lived a full life, paid taxes, and was ready for retirement. The fries were so old I think they remembered the Housing Market Crash. The burger had the energy of someone who has seen too much. I took one bite and it whispered, “Let me rest.” The workers were cool though. They gave me my food with a smile that said, “My hands are burned from dropping these fries” Two stars because the soda machine still slapped and the crown hats never miss. But the food needs to be a little less ancient relic and a little more “freshly made today, not sometime last week.”

Very inconsistent with quality of food. I have received really fresh, well put together burgers. And I've received cold, horrible assembled, missing ingredient burgers. Today I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. And 2 impossible whoppers with cheese. All 4 sandwiches didn't have tomatoes, maybe some lettuce, 2 without. Cheese hanging off and out of the sandwich. Maybe covering a third of of the burger itself. One of my whoppers was obviously cooked fresh. And one obviously sat on the warmer for far too long. Unfortunate that at 6 o'clock dinner hour. With maybe two people in line, I can't get warm and correct food. Also, upon eating my impossible whopper, my vegetarian sandwich. I found bacon in it...

Very dissatisfying restaurant 2 months ago i get 2 whoppers 1 was ok the 2nd was not fit for human consumption it was so dry and hard i went kast night and got 2 chicken sandwiches for 6$ 1st sandwich was good 2nd one was hard the neat was like cartileidge could not even bite i to both times i tried calling and complaini g no one answers the phone so i get screwed out of money both times i wont ever go back her again its bad food from a bad ran byusiness

Burger King you have officially received the last $8 you will ever get from me. I drove through one of your syracuse locations this evening. The one on Thompson road. My order was relatively simple. A number 1 with a medium fries and Dr. Pepper, no ice with some zesty sauce. What I received was what looked like all the ingredients for a whopper, yet somehow the lettuce was on top of the bun. There was no zesty sauce, and I got a coca cola with ice. I could forgive (and have quite frequently) this inability to get my order right, however this is not the only location to completely ignore what I ask for and give me something else at what is a very sub par quality of food. This has happened to me at your Liverpool, Cicero, Clay, Manlius and Erie Blvd. Locations as well. As of now I am done with your chain. You either need to hire better employees or replace them with machines. As far as them deserving more than minimum wage, well they need to figure out that the lettuce goes inside the bun before I'll even think about them deserving 10.40 an hour. Even that is too much as far as I'm concerned.

Sunday morning 5/2/2021. Went to get my usual breakfast. But the lobby door was locked. Car in parking lot. And the sign shows you open at 7:00am. I walk to work so this is an inconvenience to whats advertised. That is all!

What a mess @ the drive thru window. I'm curious what manager thought it would be a great idea to have this young very loud and obnoxious girl at the window? I was greeted with a shout " I can't hear ya" she basically remained shouting the rest of the order. I understand it's Burger King however I think if I were manager it would be common sense to keep her far away from customers as possiblle. Again what a train wreck!

The Impossible Whoppers were cold, and I mean cold. For $6.00 they should at least be warm. "Large" fries are not really, and they were still $3.00. One star only because I had to give at least on just to rate the place.

Well....I feel bad for this review. Everyone was nice and food was fine. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location recently that I ordered large fries and they were only filled like 1/3 of the container. If I ordered a small fry, I would have probably literally got 4.

Long wait to place the order. Longer wait to get the food. I was told they ran out of tomato. So even a basic order was wrong. The food was ice cold. No napkins and no receipt given.horrible customer service!

Food was okay. However, the wait was ridiculously long and the service was rushed and awful. The employees behind the counter were rude to everyone, including each other. They kept shouting everything at one another, and letting it be known loud and clear when the other one made a mistake. We came for breakfast, not to watch some really bad version of high school drama. Definitely won't be going back to this location again.

P O S system down, after I ordered on my restaurant: meaning Credit cards were not working to pay after i placed my order, as I walked up to the counter I was informed of this Glitch my order was ready but BK couldn't released due to payment option prior to arriving, I offered to pay but it would be at full price! mind you I was utilizing my rewards points should've been 2.89 instead I paid $5.86 cash and when I checked my bank transactions the initial order did drop on my financial side. This Glitch not only cost me $$ but being late back from lunch, talk about a bad day on a Munday

Terrible customer service by that employee whom took the order. Back door propped open with multiple employees outside smoking instead of worrying about my food being fresh!

Great for lunch, but if you're looking for a quick breakfast the term fast food does not apply here. Just me and 1 other vehicle in the drive thru, but after 10 minutes I left. No time now for breakfast, thank you guys for that, never again
