You guys never disappoint! Thank you for another delicious meal. 5 stars!!! Update: I got home and was missing my rolls and gravy for mashed potatoes. Adam said it would be ready when I got back across town. It wasn't ready and I had to wait. While I was waiting at the counter the female manager got upset because more people came in. By the time I made it home the rest of my food was cold. I spend about 100 per meal at a time. I think after this experience we will be eating somewhere else.

They’re consistent. But it’s consistently disappointing at this point. Thirteen bucks for a Bulldog Special is already upsetting, but that’s the times. However I’m starting to suspect that they cut their tenders in half before breading them. They’re always small. Literally the tenders are half the size of those from Marble Falls (Marble Falls usually gives you extra too) and probably about 2/3rds the amount of fries. I think at this point I’ll take the 22 mile round trip Marble Falls for a full box, than continue with being dissatisfied in town.

New to the area and have been here twice. The first time it took forever with only 3 cars in line and ended up getting dry cold chicken strips. I decided to give it one more try and got the same thing but with white gravy the consistency of water. I can't imagine how they are serving white water for gravy and no one knows.

Waited in the drive through for 45 minutes, Watching 2 employees close down 2 hours before they close. Poor management, lacking a lot things on the menu.

Stopped in today and was immediately turned off by the way the counter associate was treating two of the customers. She seemed openly frustrated with their communication skills and rudely stated "Well I wish you would have shown me that before!!". It was not appropriate and my husband and I immediately decided we did not want to support a business that treated customers that way! We found a better venue down the road with actual customer service skills.

Customer service was good but the food was not!!! We waited for them to cook the gizzards, they were hot but tasted like the grease hadn't been cleaned, the fries were cold, the chicken was cold. We would of took it back but we were already on 35

lol. some of you older folk like me may remember the movie "falling down" from the 90s. instead of a hamburger it's chicken though. four little "micro pieces' that are 90% batter and 10% chicken. lol. I try to stay away from these places but sometimes you're hungry and need to roll through a drive-thru. and then I still never learn. lol. taste like chicken!!! or fried bat! lol

Come on chick E. Every other location gives me plenty of dry seasonings. This is the only store in the state of Texas that gives me 4 packs of seasoning. Doesn't matter if I order a small combo or meals for 15. They only give me 4 packs. When I ask for more they give only another pack. This is a small town and my family knows the owner. This is my last time supporting this local franchise.

This location is a complete disappointment with the decline in food quality and customer service at your establishment. My family and I have been loyal customers, visiting at least once a week and consistently spending over $40 per visit. However, our recent experiences have been increasingly frustrating. I mean just take a look at the reviews recently Approximately three weeks ago, we visited an hour before closing, placed an order through the drive-thru, and drove 25 minutes home, only to find that the food was old and inedible. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager apologized and assured us our name would be recorded for a complimentary meal on our next visit. No refund was offered at the time. Today, we decided to give your restaurant another chance and placed another $45 order. Unfortunately, while one meal was satisfactory, the rest of our food was overcooked and unacceptable. We immediately returned to the restaurant, where the manager dismissed our concerns, insisting that the okra was “normally like that” and that the chicken was not overcooked—despite clear evidence to the contrary. She also stated she could not process a refund without my son’s meal, even after I explained that his food was fine. Beyond the food quality issues, the manager’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. Given that my previous complaint was never properly documented, I saw no reason to accept a replacement meal. The restaurant was empty both inside and in the drive-thru, making the lack of customer service even more frustrating. Having to escalate my concerns to corporate headquarters to seek resolution speaks volumes about the service at this location. I hope this matter is addressed promptly, as experiences like this make it difficult to justify returning as a customer.

How simple is it to fill a one person order. I ordered the 18 gizzards which comes with either a biscuit or a roll and I asked for a roll. The young girl behind the register, said they may have to make some more and I said I would wait for the fresh ones. She proceeded to take my payment and turned around and filled the order. My mistake is I did not think to watch or question her. less than one minute later she handed me what I thought to be my full order. I took my order and headed back to work to find I received 13 very small gizzards and no roll. The box it came in was over three quarters of the way empty. I only gave one star because it would not let me post otherwise.

The size of the nuggets are ridiculously smaller, it has been happening lately but this time these are just too small, it is like 1/3 the size they used to be, too bad we don't have many places with chicken around the area. Good people, good flavor but I feel I got the bottom of the barrel. Big disappointment today.
