I'm so sorry, but even though the kebab was mediocre, for two days now my ass has been opening like a dam, flooding the toilet with sewage, and my stomach has been holding the rotten meat hostage, covered in sauces. I'm truly sorry, I've never had a bad experience (after eating here four or five times), but this was unforgettable, and I don't think it will make me come back. I hope you can improve the sanitation, because a little filth is okay, but poisoning the customer is a bit too much.

Ordered home delivery without Just Eat on Ferragosto... They were very polite on the phone and very quick with the delivery! The pizza was good and well-topped, but it was a shame about the large vegetables (I think parsley) that I don't know what they were, they were horrible... I'll definitely be back! Update 2024 The driver arrived an hour and a half late...luckily the pizza was hot, but it tasted like rubber...the ingredients were increasingly rare... The focaccia was tasteless...I had to add the toppings myself to eat it... Really absurd...

I've had kebabs to go for a while, but the truth is, they haven't always been professional. They never had change before, and it was always a case of "buy a drink too so I can give you change." Now, with every order, they get the ingredients wrong, adding chips, spicy sauce, or whatever else they like. It's a shame, because the kebab isn't bad at all.

I'm giving it one star because 0 isn't possible. I order through Just Eat 1 sandwich, 1 roll-up, a large bottle of Coke, and a Nutella piadina. The delivery driver arrives without the Coke and I tell him not to worry about just deducting the money. I go home and open the bag. Inside are 2 roll-ups. I call, sincerely expecting to receive the order I asked for! Instead, no, I'm told we'll fix it next time. I'm sorry, but there won't be a next time because it's not the first time I've been disappointed by the service (delays of over 1 hour compared to the scheduled time). I'm sorry because the product is good, but you've lost a customer because in my opinion, the service should also be decent!

I've always had the farinata and it was good. I had 1/4 of a kebab-filled pie and it tasted stale, the dough was moist/rubbery, the kebab was rainbow-colored and had a bad flavor. I paid and pointed out that it was stale, and they showed me a fresh tray to put in the oven, saying they always make them fresh, I think when they sell them, but if they haven't sold for a week, they're not that fresh.

We placed an order and waited for an hour, then called to check on the status of the order and were told it hadn't even been prepared because the delivery guy was missing. The restaurant offered to come and pick up the order. What can I say, by 2:30 PM, we'd lost our appetite. We asked to cancel and were told to call Just Est and cancel it ourselves. Terrible place (if you can call it that), terrible management, terrible customer service. I'm giving it one star because you can't give negatives.

I placed an order with Just Eat, and a pizza arrived that had been spilled in the car. Then I ate the kebab and the piadina kebab, and I had stomach cramps. Aside from the stomach ache, which could have been caused by my stomach being too big, I can't give the service a good rating because you can't deliver a pizza that spilled in the car. Plus, home delivery has to be done directly to your door. They made me walk 100 meters in a cold, frozen car because the girl who delivered the food didn't want to drive her car onto the internal road. Terrible service, I'll never order again!!!
