Wonderful food and amazing service! Had breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food was always great, always fresh. The breakfast buffet had many options, including an omelette and chilaquiles station. But the best part of this restaurant was the service. I would like to recognize the team we encountered that included Florinda, Ana, Ariel, Javier, Alexis, Itzel and Gabriel! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience!

We got married here in 2018 and the food was good. They have made the food excellent in 2023. One of the best meals the wife and I have had in Cabo. Flat iron steak, salads, French onion soup, Lasagna all incredible. Doesn’t at all feel like an all inclusive.

Ate there a least once a day during our recent stay at the Pacifica. Solid breakfast offerings for an all inclusive. Sunday brunch had a much larger spread. Had dinner there our first night. All surprisingly good.

Ate here for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is buffet faire and good. Staff is attentive and super friendly. Dinner was excellent. Highly recommend the lamb chops finished flaming table side. They dim the dining room lights to add to the preparation. Great show!

A nice ambience in the Pacifica resort. Food we found to be slightly better than the nearby Pennisula. At least the combination of ingredients work well together. Beet soup and lamb are the recommended dishes. Lamb is prepared in two parts, the second part grilled on a hot stone at table side. The cooking itself is quite a show with flambe flames.

The food was pretty bad, especially for the price. The staff was nice. The restaurant really needed some music to create a more lively atmosphere

3 stars because of the atmosphere. I ordered the Foccia Chicken Sandwich with vinegar chips. Not a good dish. Chips were soggy, a sparce amount of chicken and veggies were not fresh. Table of 4, 2 others tried my chicken and agreed with my assessment. On the other hand, I was the only one at the table that didn't not like their dish. The others had the pizza and catch of the day. Those dishes were freaking fantastic. So, definitely check it out, just stay away from the chicken sandwich.

Skip Siempre at Pacifica If you can avoid this restaurant, do it. The food is mediocre at best, and not worth the high prices. There are far better restaurants in Cabo with better food, atmosphere, and value. The hotel and restaurant both feel old and tired. Definitely not what you’d expect for what they charge. The only good thing was our waiter—he was friendly and professional. Everything else was disappointing.

A beautiful view. But the greatness ends there. The staff was pushy to English speakers about ordering the extra cost entrees. Their grasp of Italian and other cuisines is deeply lacking. Noodles are mushy. Bread is hard. The food ordered comes not in the proper sequence. Appetizers sometimes arriving with the salad or after the main course. No apologies from staff for incorrect orders brought to the table. There is so much better than this.

I had the worst experience here! The service is awful My reservation was at 9. Got here exactly on time the staff took 20 mins to sit us down at 9:27 the waiter with an attitude came and told us to order everything before 9:30 since it’s last call! We ordered everything in a matter of minutes to do justice to the kitchen staff the food was amazing.i did try to order another dish again at 9:37 since the table next to us ordered but the waiter who was taking care of us instead of asking the kitchen of it is possible or not gave an attitude to us. No one took drink orders ever.even though we had 8 dishes and asked for plates so we can share the food among us there was never given to us! The dishes were taken away abruptly and rudely as well! Obviously no desert order was taken either! I’m not saying that all the staff would traumatize you in this place but our waiter definitely did!
